Jordan, Chandler and Homer were awesome when it came to buying the Subaru Legacy Premium. From beginning to end Jordan my salesperson made it a seamless transaction. Everything was handled smoothly with none of the usual dealership stress. Jordan also answered all my questions and concerns with genuine care. All dealerships should be like 2Mazda!! Pricing on repairs is way out of line. People are friendly enough, but prices are outta sight. Never use then unless you absolutely have too.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people. I got a car from Carvana (disaster- never, and I mean never use them!) and after that horrible experience I went to 2 Mazda. Will found me the perfect car for what I wanted (actually better) and explained everything thoroughly and was so helpful and kind. No haggling and no pressure. The building has old 1960s vibes but is a much better layout than then S.B Ford down the line. They have some great cars on the lot and some awesome used cars. If the building was staying for longer than 2 years Id love to see a EV charger go in.

It’s never fun when your car breaks down, especially when traveling on vacation. Fortunately, the service I received was top-notch, and they were able to squeeze me in on a busy Friday afternoon. There were several warning indicators all going off at the same time and I was concerned it would be a long and expensive repair. However, I was given an honest and accurate diagnosis of the problem and one simple fix that solved all the problems at once.

Sales people were friendly about the only good thing I can say. Why I am giving it one star other wise it would be none. Gave them $50 dollars for gas to bring a truck over from their Sterling store so I could test drive it and it was a no show the next day. Plus the salesman I was working with was off so had to wait 30 minutes while they checked what was going on. Long story short I wouldn’t be going back and don’t give them your money to bring a vehicle over from one of the other stores.

Friendly staff, great knowledge of buying/leasing options. Kyle helped me come up with a lease option to help me get rid of negative equity while still getting a new car (which was my goal). He was very kind and knowledgeable. Eric was my sales guy, he was super friendly and very patient. He answered all my questions! Jason in finance explained everything thoroughly and was very personable. I felt comfortable and not pressured throughout the whole process. I was not rushed and they ensured I was getting the best possible deal. Got way more for my trade in than I was expecting! I would recommend coming here for any car buying needs!

Lyle, Homer and the whole sales team at Spradley Barr Mazda did a great job in helping me and my wife find the right pre-owner vehicle for our needs – a white 2018 Mazda CX-5 with low mileage. They were all very professional and friendly and easy to work with. Since it was late on a cold Saturday in February when we agreed to the purchase, they let us take the vehicle home – after we gave them an appropriate deposit – and we came in on Monday to finalize the paperwork.A set of all-weather floor coverings were included in the purchase. The Mazda floor coverings were out-of-stock with no known delivery date, so, the sales team offered to provide the equivalent WeatherTech floor coverings. When the WeatherTech floor coverings were delivered to the dealer a few weeks after we purchased the vehicle, the sales person, Lyle, promptly notified us. Great follow-up on the sale!The only downside to the sales process was that, when we sat down to finalize the paperwork, we felt the dealer finance manager was a little too persistent in trying to up-sell us on their prepaid service and extended warranty programs.We highly recommend Spradley Barr Mazda.

I discovered some time after having some body work on my car that the interior door handle on my front passenger side wasnt working. I called the body shop we were able to setup a time that worked for both of us where they could get it in and fix it while I waited. I was in and out in 45 minutes door fixed no charge. Ive always had very good service and quality work done at the body shop.

I took my car to have some work done. Paid $235 just to have some cables reattached. Ended up having more resulting problems after the work was completed. I had to take it to a different shop to get it fixed. The shop denied any responsibility. Attempted to blame previous mechanics. Will not be taking my car back to this facility.

Now thats customer service ! Greeted properly, made sure we were at the right location. Made sure the car was checked in and ready to go! Thank you for being awesome to us the customers.

Was greeted properly and they did try to help me asked to look at GMC truck they had on the lot. When it did not meet my needs Michael checked their other vehicles in inventory and found one at their Sterling store. Buyer beware they said they could bring it over from there Sterling store but would I would have to pay $50 for the gas to bring it over to test drive the next day. I showed up the next afternoon to test drive it and the vehicle was not there. The person that helped me then said that it was having a safety inspection being done on it and it would be brought over the next day. I instructed them to cancel it being brought over and I would like them to refund my money. So I went over to Weld County Garage and purchased my GMC. Would highly recommend Weld County Garage and would not recommend this dealership as now they have the sales man calling me and saying the truck is there and ready for me to test drive. Again don’t give these crooks you money as I have not gotten my $50 back.

On April 5th, 2021 we had an engine light warning appear on the dash of our 2007 Mazda 3. We were 1000 miles from home in Ft. Collins, CO. We located Spradley-Barr Mazda nearby. They were able to fit us into their busy service schedule within an hour. After a dignostic test, we spoke to both the Service Manager and servicing mechanic about the details of the malfunction causing the warning. They assured us that we could continue to travel safely. We arrived home with no further problems. As a retired Airline Pilot, I appreciated their professional mechanical knowledge, and the care we received from the dealership.

Had my daughter take her car in for it’s scheduled service and have tire rotation and when I see my daughter the tires are in the same place and we’re not rotated but she was charged for it. This place is as terrible as the building they are in. Besides charging $40 for a rear wiper on a cheap non-American car

After a small fender bender, Spradly Bar fixed the body damage perfectly. A month later I noticed a small leak and brought it back. They took a look a and fixed a hose clamp that had been jarred during the accident. Great, friendly place to work with

The warranty offered was not competitive at all, it felt like I was being ripped off. Luckily I found a warranty company with a reasonable rate. Shop around for service warranties before buying a car.

I test-drove a CX-5 and said this could be the one. After driving 10 plus more cars, I returned to Ft. Collins Mazda drove the CX-5 again and several other models. I decided on the CX-5 and love it!! Mazda built a superb vehicle in terms of performance, handling and styling. If you’re in the market for a new car, I recommend test-driving a CX-5, you won’t be disappointed. I truly felt that the staff here cared if I was satisfied and taken care of. Jason and Homer are the two employees I worked with most here. Jason was great, he did all he could to be personable and make me feel comfortable. Homer did some research for me when I couldnt figure out some of the dash indicators, and he asks how my mom is doing any time I call (she came with me to purchase the car). Any problem I encountered with my vehicle from this dealership was addressed promptly and I have been treated respectfully by all employees. There was a mechanical issue with my vehicle immediately after purchasing it and the service department took care of it at no charge. I’m not a mechanic, so I don’t know for sure, but I believe this was an issue that probably should have been resolved when it was inspected as it was a certified pre-owned vehicle and so the attention to detail with these types of issues before people leave with what they purchase may be a little lacking. I realize that there will always be issues to resolve when purchasing a used car. But, it did get fixed and I am overall very happy with what I bought and appreciate that I feel comfortable calling to ask questions when I need to.

My experience here is mixed. Ive mostly dealt with the service arm of the company, so check other reviews for information on the sales. I will say that when I waiting on service at one point, I walked around and the salesman who engaged me, though I made it clear I had no interest in purchasing a car, just wouldnt let up and thats frustrating, thus the missing star in the rating here. Oh, the other thing they seem to do is ring a bell when they get a sale and I have to say Im not personally a fan of that because it seems to celebrate the sale and not the person, but thats me and your mileage may vary.Their service arm has been fairly solid with me. Theyve followed through on what they promised to do or theyve come back and corrected it. The Mazda Im giving them to work with has a few issues I didnt know about going in (note: buy used cars from dealers, not used car lots). Theyve been honest about the problems it has and done what they can to fix them.As far as pricing, I actually thought I had been overcharged at one point and went to the effort to call around and see what that service would cost at a number of local garages. Not one of them was even close to the good price this service group was offering, so expect excellent pricing and solid commitment.

After having a horrible experience with Carvana we knew we were not buying another car through them so we decided to try this Mazda dealership. They were so wonderful with us!! Jon worked so hard to get us a great deal on our brand new CX-5 and we couldn’t be happier. Jon and Homer were both so friendly, polite, professional, and treated us like we were family. My shopping experiences here have all been poor. If you want to make an offer, be prepared to sit around waiting for management to decide. Also, do your own research. One sales guy continually spoutted off features the car clearly didnt have, and answered questions incorrectly without thinking or looking. He told me whatever he thought I wanted to hear. It would be laughable if it wasnt a huge purchase. 2 cars I looked at must have come straight from the owner: grease all over the console, crumbs and napkins in the back, etc. And thats for supposedly certified vehicles. You cant convince me they did a 160 point inspection. Not a chance. Honesty and trust are definitely not words that come to mind with these guys, and I dont think its just a single bad salesman. I was glad to drive 30+ miles to give my business to someone, anyone else, and am happy with my CX-5.
