Workers have no idea what they are talking about. Went in asking for something that would make my hair black for a night or two, she pointed me to a semi permanent that would wash out. Turned my hair green and went to salons and they cant fix it. So Im stuck with green hair for the holidays.

Customer service is horrible here. For such quaint store with a very small product line, the workers acted as though you were going to steal something. Needless to say, my money and cards went and shopped elsewhere. I have shopped at Sallys for over 20 years and this one is worst.

Hannah was really helpful there and made sure I got the right product for my hair rather then just getting a sale. Go to this Sally’s and ask for Hannah she was amazing!

The manager Sherri is incredibly helpful and such a great resource to have at a Sally’s - I know she has been there a while and I am so glad she still is! She really knows her stuff. Please do everything in your power to keep her happy

If I could give this specific store location a zero I would. They’ve got all the supplies you need but the customer service is absolutely awful. I went in there with my 3 year old son to get supplies and I was followed around by two of the employees the whole time right away. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable and unwelcome in a store before in my life. Never going again.

Went to get toner for my hair. At the check out the two women working insulted me multiple times by telling me how bad my hair looked, then they proceeded to try and sell me more products I didnt need.

My friend and I went in there tonight and the girls working gave us alot of advise...... If I wanted Orange fried hair and my friend wanted red hair with the grey still in it! Yeah it was great I spent $50.00 to look like a freak for the holidays! Thanks Sally

No stars!!I told both employees what I wanted.to.do and that was to stay blond. They both told me which product and which developer to use and my hair is orange/copper!! After one of the employees stated that this particular color had blue in it to prevent orange copper coloring!! Now my hair is damaged and the ugliest color!!!!!!! Im.very upset! And now the blond Ive been working on for a couple years has dissapeared and is dark! F!@# you Sally beauty!

I finally picked up a nail treatment. In this dry Colorado, my nails need just a little help. And I caved, and picked up one of my faves... Shea Moisture Hold and Shine Moisture Mist. Smells of a light coconut, and adds a light moisture. Plus the young woman who was working was kind and very helpful.

This Sally’s is doing a great job with safety policies and procedures during covid-19. Ran in today to pick up a few supplies and they had clear directions on the door limiting the number of people in the shop at a time and other safety procedures. Lines on the floor to direct traffic and all staff had gloves and masks on. They helped me find what I needed and I was in and out in a few minutes.

Horrible customer service. One employee was in the back room while the other was at the register on her phone. I was never asked if I needed any help. They were out of a lot of Ion products. I will not go to the Sallys again. If I had questions I would have never asked because the feeling I felt when I walked in..ignored, uncomfortable, just flat out rude.

I’ve shopped here a number of times for various hair products. Each time I tend to ask questions to get the right product. I get some information from staff, but it often just seems like their best guess or they read the back of the product bottle to me. It’s all fine, except recently I went in looking for clippers for my son’s hair. I was guided to buy a trimmer, rather than clippers. When I returned to ask if they had any larger guards for said trimmers and explained how I landed with this product that was far too close of a trim for my son’s hair, their response was, “all sales are final so I suggest you do your own research next time.” While I don’t disagree at this point, isn’t that the purpose of going in-store and talking to someone- so I don’t have to do my own research? Disappointed. I guess I’ll stick to amazon.

I’ve never had any issues. This a a specialty discount, beauty supply chain, and that’s exactly what you will find when walking through the door. Great for purchasing hair coloring products, accessories, and more. The staff members I’ve interacted with have always been courteous and helpful, when needed.

They would not take a return and did not care at at all that I will never buy the most expensive shampoo line they have because of it. Basically it can be summed up,- they couldnt care any less.I almost walked out screaming obdcenities on a Saturday afternoon and wont shop there as long as any of those people continue to work at Sallys. I went to the Sallys store across town, made the return with no problem and bought everything I would have bought there. I will waste time, miles and gas to avoid that store even though its near other regular shopping. I study law and knew I was in the right, told them, but again, they couldnt possibly have cared any less. Anything else I could say would be vulgar.

First off I get used clippers for 44.99. I decide to exchange them for the 99.00 clippers. I went home and decide yet again that I want to upgrade them to the most expensive. I ask if they price match and they say yes. So Im like great we do the exchange and the girl trys to give me a gift card for 52.07. That would be great if I paid 52.07 to begin with but I obviously paid 99.00 + tax. She trys to tell me that the original 44.99 is floating in space and that I already spent it lol. You would think I would get a gift card for 99.00 + tax which I spent altogether. Not in this girls universe. She argues for a half an hour and even calls the manager. Now we got 2 different people including the store manager that cant do math. After a half an hour, I say just cancel the transaction and that I will come back later. Lord helps us! We need to invest in public schools. So here I am pissed off with a pair of clippers that I spent 99.00 + tax on. Just know that when you exchange something here....you will only get half value on exchange. The best part was she tried to write it out on paper to make me look stupid and after I left shes having a laugh with other customers at my expense. I really need to find this girl in real life and offer her $50 bills for her $100 bills and make some money. This is why retail shops will die and Amazon will take over. BRAIN DAMAGE!!! P.S Lady you need Jesus and a math tutor

Earrings fell apart and I never got a refund, but I come here often to hair dye etc. They are paid on commission do dont get suckered into buying things you dont need.
