Stopped by this morning due to various issues. The gentleman was very patient with me and was even able to figure out what was wrong. I bought what I needed and my issues were solved. Cost me $20 and saved me tons of headaches. Thank you-give that guy a raise! Tell him I’m the E85 guy. 😉

Went to dump used oil and was treated bad by one of the parts personnel. Went with a brother and we both had 5 gals each and told us we could only dump 5 gal because we came in the same vehicle. That doesn’t make any since. We have to burn twice the fuel to recycle your oil.Advance auto parts is against saving our environment or what?Lost my business and many more.

In a highly competitive market, and customer-climate expected to usually be in red-zone frustration-level, These Employees give more comfort and assurance than a psycologist inside of a whiskey bottle. I just went to advance Auto on East mulberry and ask them for motor tune-up kit and they told me that my car does not have spark plug wires at all in my car totally has spark plug wires and this is the third time I was at this location and they have lied to me or sold me the wrong part to my car

Did know how to use their own computer system, sold me the wrong part that I had been reassured multiple times was correct. The part in the box was not what was on the outside of the box and NEITHER OF THEM are the correct part. Lets hope they at least know how to do returns correctly. 🙃

This is my favorite parts store. They checked out my alternator and it came back with a bad voltage regulator. They had the parts on hand along with the belts I needed. The staff is always eager to help their customers.

Great people working here! Needed help installing windshield wiper blades and found out one we bought was faulty. They replaced it for us for free and got us back on the road! Thanks to the great employees at Advance Auto Parts.

Friendly, helpful people. Check engine light came on, and they put it on the tester (free) and determined that it was safe to keep driving until I got to Denver. Also had the screws I needed to fix my sun visor. Thanks guys.

Girlfriends battery was having issues, and she went here to inquire about getting a new car battery. They could have just told her she needed a new battery, and sold her one, but instead, they took the time to test the battery, and even put it on a charger for her- Free of charge. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. With service like this, why would you shop anywhere else? Ill shop here for any auto needs going forward. I go to the store on occasion because my dad buys all his parts from here. But the staff there is always friendly and very helpful. they have a lot of patience with My Father which is elderly and has a lot of questions and they take the time to answer every one of his questions. I would definitely recommend this store.

Stood around for 10 min while 1 guy worked the counter helping someone. Saw drivers walking around in the back. I worked as a driver for advance. They can work the counter too. Common guys

Wow! The most helpful friendly staff. Anytime you need a part they either had it in stock or got it within a day or two.I had a heater fan for less than 6 months that was defective. I did not even buy it at Advance Auto Parts, but because the other company did not stand behind their part, Advanced Auto Parts worked with me on a price cheaper than their normal price. I have been to many auto parts stores in my life and none have been as consistently helpful, friendly and willing to back their products as much as them.They have made me a loyal customer of theirs.I would definitely recommend making sure your phone number is put into their system to track the warranty on your part. They will do this for free they back their parts sold and with several locations in and around the Fort Collins area it is always easy to exchange or return a part if needed.

Terrible customer service. One worker was wearing a mask the other was NOT wearing a mask (seemed to be a supervisor). I ordered online so I could come in quicky and pick it up. An hour and a half later I came in to the store and they didnt even have my order ready! I stood there while they picked the items! Lazy

An evening snowstorm showed me how trashed my windshield wipers were. Stopped in, got help selecting blades, and the guy put them on for me (in the snow!)...all in under 10 minutes. Great customer service!

The employees here were extremely helpful to get us back on the road after some car trouble. Cody specially used his breaks to get under our car and look at some things. Cody also payed for our fuel tank liquid out of his own pocket. Truly an unnecessary act of kindness from a selfless person.

Place is knowledgeable and helpful, but if you buy a number of items, keep your receipt and CHECK IT! Was charged for a $19.99 item that I did not buy. Had to go and get my money back for the ghost item.I have had this happen twice.

These guys are the worst. They never restock simple fluids when they are sold out. I went in to get a type of coolant and they sales guy tried to say they don’t sell it until I clearly showed him the tag on the empty shelf and also the clear photo from the manufacturer on there stand. Never have this issue from the north side store! Do NOT go to the mulberry store all the store clerks are clueless. Store manager needs to step it up big time...

Bought some 50 dollarmagnetic trailer lights. One of them fell off sm broke/drug behind me, inevitably falling off unbekmownsed to me. Someone wags me down tells me to look I look bring back to the store they wont exchange it without having the broken piece. But if I get one piece of plastic then they will consider it faulty and return it. You want me to go search I 5 mile long stretch of road and endanger myself and the lives of others to find a piece of plastic? I found it, and they exchanged it. Wth kinda policy is that?

Most auto parts stores close at 9, like Auto Zone. OReilly closes at 10. This store on the busy thoroughfare called Mulberry closes at 8pm on weekdays. Why?...To really tick off customers who show up at 8:03pm.
