Do not go to hail co! This company tries to get you by saying they pay your deductible, which they did and pay for your rental car, which they didn’t. To start off they took my moms car and my own after there was a hail storm. It took them over 3 weeks to be done with them, which was fine I wasn’t to mad about that. The second we got them back both of our cars looked horrible. The trim around my window of my car literally fell off when I touched it because it looked like something was wrong. My moms car, which was brand new had 3,000 miles on it looked even worse. There were scratches all over her fenders and drive side of her car. So they took them both back. Mine came back and it was fixed but the trim still looks out of place, not happy with the quality of work at all. My moms car had to go back multiple times. The second to last time they brought it back it had a huge scratch on the back drivers door, they said it must have been from the car wash. Whatever they took it back and fixed it. Finally when the cars were done they billed our insurance for the rental cars. What they don’t tell you is they pay for what your insurance doesn’t. So there’s a lot of false advertisement happening. And lastly I recommend my my mom to the company and she recommended a friend meaning we should get a $100 referral check. Well our cars were completed in mid August and it’s not October 31st and we still haven’t received them. I’ve ever called about them 3 different times and every time I do they say they’ll get them in the mail. This company is a joke and if you actually want your car fixed right go somewhere else!

Great overall experience. They met me at a local enterprise, got me in a rental car and less then 2 weeks later, my bmw was ready and looking better then ever! Their customer service is top notch and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Hopefully Ill never need their services again, but its a relief to know that if I need hail damage repaired, HailCo is the best place to go!

Stan was amazing and very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me file my claim and get my car fixed for free. They even put me in a rental car and it didnt cost me anything! I really didnt believe this was possible and just want to thank everyone at HailCo for doing such an amazing job!

I was extremely pleased with the work done on my vehicle, it looks brand new. Matt Taylor did a great job keeping me informed from beginning to the end of process. He was so knowledgeable and set up everything. HailCo gave me a rental car to use which was great. I totally recommend Matt and HailCo.

I didn’t know my car looked bad until I got it back from HailCo after they fixed it. Since I only noticed the hail damage in a certain light, I had put off having it fixed. Garrett from the HailCo shop here in Fort Collins helped me to make the repair as easy as possible for me. It didn’t cost me a cent, and I was treated with courtesy and respect at each stage of the process. My car was returned cleaned inside and out. Maybe they should consider getting into the auto detailing business. ;)

I have had my car fixed twice for hail damage over the past couple of years. The first shop I took it to was awful. The shop just didnt know how to work with insurance companies, which delayed getting my car by several weeks. The second time, I took my car to Hailco. The company kept its promise on delivery time and the work was of good quality. Pretty easy decision who I would go back to.

Did a great job. A little longer than anticipated but they covered the car rental so all good.

ASK FOR SINUHE, HE ROCKS! I worked with Sinuhe at Hailco and he was absolutely amazing! When we arrived at Enterprise to switch to the rental car, they were there to help walk us through the insurance claim process. This helped tremendously as it can get confusing at times. Once we were in the rental vehicle, we were constantly kept in contact with on where our vehicle was in the repair process and to answer any questions we had. Even though there were a few snags along the way (none to the fault of Sinuhe or Hailco), they were always there to make it right and work with us.I really appreciated his genuine care for others and their vehicles. It helped me trust that I was leaving it in good hands. I would personally recommend Hailco to anyone and always ask for Sinuhe! Hes the man!

Absolutely loved that this company really did pay our deductible AND gave us a rental car for the entire time my car was in the shop. The only reason I give 4 stars is that it took a while for it to be done, I do understand that they might have a lot of cars to do but some more transparency for when it would be done wouldve been nice. I have a 4wd truck and the rental was a 2wd charger that we did not feel comfortable driving in the snowstorm. But overall really great company to do your hail with.

Stop sticking advertisements in the driver side window of my car. Coming in to my apartment complex to market is not professional. Will not be using this service.
