I was rear ended and my whole bumper was clearly going to have to be replaced. I chose Crash Champions due to their availability and high value reviews. From the first time I talked to Ashley, I knew my car would be well taken care of. Though she did not work directly on the car, she knew what she was talking about and prepared me well for the repair process. I ended up getting my car back earlier than expected since the team was able to quickly get my necessary parts. I’m so happy to have my car back and even happier that it looks so seamless.

Crash Champions were very courteous and efficient my car was being repaired for some front end damage to the grill area they told me it would be ready on the 15th of the month and it was ready on the 15th of the month they appear to have a very good efficient courteous group of people they kept us updated on the repairs and the change if any on a pick up date. We have had the car back about three days and We have driven it on some crooked roads in the mountains and everything works quite well and drives good. The car looks repaired in a very professional manner. The employees at this facility I want to be congratulated on her work ethics and habits.

Friendly staff, that’s about the only positive thing I have to say. Their Loveland location fixed some minor damage from a small accident. They created more problems than they fixed. After the second visit to fix their mistakes I decided to take it to their Lincoln location. Same result. Multiple paint imperfections, finish work sloppy. Left over buffing compoundslung all over the car. Interior covered in body shop dust. This is a brand new vehicle with less than 6k miles. Extremely disappointing to say they least.

This was my first experience ever getting into an accident and needing body work done on my car. I wasn’t really sure how the process worked and was really dreading it. I was in on an extended trip from out of state and got backed into in a parking lot shortly after I arrived. I had this particular ACE Collision recommended to me and I cant speak highly enough about the excellent experience I had.I worked with Randy Gonzalez and felt completely taken care of the entire time. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely professional. Im not much of a car person but he explained every part of the repair estimate in a way that was easy to understand and that made me feel very comfortable. ACE is the first shop Ive ever used to offer text updates during the repair process, which is a feature I really loved. Gary and the other staff I interacted with were also fantastic every time I called or stopped by. The auto body team did a tremendous job and my repair was finished several days ahead of the original estimate, even given that the repair happened right over Christmas and New Years Day.If you have any repair needs in the Fort Collins area dont hesitate to visit this ACE Collision. Im sorry that I have to go back home because Id make them my go-to shop in a heartbeat.

My repair was around August of 2016. I was hit by a drunk driver, their insurance sent me to ACE Collision for repairs. (2003 Ford Mustang Cobra) My vehicle was in and out of the shop until late November/December of 2016.A summary: I returned my car SEVERAL times because it was not returned in safe condition, and other times because it wasnt remotely repaired to pre-collision condition.The first time I picked it up (I was given keys and said it was good to go) and I had to turn immediately back around and said Im sorry but this is not in safe or driveable condition The steering wheel had about 7 total inches of travel (play) left and right... (I may upload the video later) The response was Haha yeah, we thought you might say that... Why did you allow me to drive an unresponsive, and unsafe vehicle?!This process happened 4 or 5 times over the span of 5 months before I got frustrated and ate my loss on my collector vehicle.Breakdown:Steering/Suspension: Struts were not replaced as a pair, only one was replaced (bad). The parts used were different brands - One high performance and one appears to be stock (on my 550 hp sports car... bad). The wheel bearing seems to not have been properly (if at all) replaced and appears to be permanently buried into the control arm. The alignment was never able to be properly adjusted to pre-collision specs (not even close). Which would also indicate they did not fix all the existing issues...In part of my e-mail to them regarding these issues:Upon reaching highway speeds of 75 mph or higher, the steering wheel shakes badly enough to cause numbness over extended driving, along with the cab of the vehicle shaking in a manner that makes interior AND exterior safety mirrors difficult to use. This was not a pre-existing condition with the vehicle. I was told the vehicle was Extensively tested but it appears this is not the case.Bodywork: Repairs were done to the front bumper, or a new one was purchased. No complaints on this part.Tires: Again, only replaced one of two tires (high performance tires), causing uneven tire wear and requiring early replacement. They did not advocate for replacing them as a pair to the insurance adjuster for reasonable repairs on this vehicle.Paint: I actually paid for this out of pocket for some reason, and the new paint had displaced itself from the actual bumper and cracked in a visible split about 3 inches wide, 3 pronged.Misc: My air vent cover was lost during repairs, and was never recovered nor replaced because they were unable to find a suitable replacement. So I guess I just get to hope Im better at finding parts than a literal repair shop??There was not a point of this process that went right EXCEPT putting on my new bumper. At the end of the day almost all the work done to my vehicle had to be re-done... after 5 months of repairs and extensive testingIf you have a valuable or high-performance vehicle, do not take it here unless you wanna waste half your year just to get back a vehicle that youll end up fixing yourself anyway.

This review is for the new location at 3595 Clydsdale Pkwy.For anyone looking for a great company to do collision repair these guys are amazing. I swung in today just to get a quote after someone backed into me. The damage was minor and I know it should take more that a day or to to fix. We I just wanted in to get the quote and Steve went out looked and at the scuff. Steve asked if I had some time. Well less that 30 minutes later he had the scuff buffed out and the truck washed for me at no charge. He told me it was he way of thanking me for my military service. I cant express enough how grateful I am for this. If you are military let them know as they offer discounts to military personnel

I was sent to ACE by Geico after an individual insured by them backed into me. They got me in right away and from the time I showed up to my appointment, I was in and out within 15 minutes. They immediately started looking at my car and got me in a brand new rental car and on my way incredibly quick. Our vehicle was recently side-swiped at a stoplight. Ace had us in the next day. Excellent customer service, efficiency, and professional work. We had our car back in two days looking new. The work both times was exceptional and the turn-around-time fast (better than previous experiences with dealer body shop). Additionally, all we needed to do was put them in contact with the insurance companys adjuster and they took care of everything without us having to act as a middle-man.

Excellent service all the way around. From start to finish I knew my car was in very capable hands. My car rental was waiting for me when I dropped the car off which made it a seamless and stress free process. I was also given frequent updates on the status of my repair.Randy Gonzalez was incredibly helpful and provided details on all the repairs with me, making sure they fixed everything necessary. They worked with the insurance of the person who hit me and once I dropped my car off they fixed it within a week (thanksgiving week even) and my car looked quite literally as good as new. ACE did a great job with our initial repair. We had a small problem with a part a couple of weeks after the repair that had nothing to quality of the repair work itself. GM Randy Gonzalez graciously stepped in to help get the part replaced at no additional cost. That sort of customer services is rare these days. My car had damage on several spots on the front bumper. The repair was better then I expected. It looks like a brand new bumper! You can’t see any evidence of repair. Mickey & Brandon did an amazing job. There was also some touch up done and buffing for scratch removal. Even though my car is 3 years old it now looks brand new!! I highly recommend ACE Ft. Collins location. They truly are experts and the customer service is also excellent. Vince was extremely professional and easy to work with.

Jerry Schneider was great to work with. I had an excellent experience here. They did an awesome job on my car. It had severe hail damage and they restored it perfectly back to its pristine original condition. I had a follow up as well and they did great. ACE did a excellent job on roof PDR/hood replacement for some hail damage I had repaired through a GEICO claim. Ashley and Holly were professional, autonomously dealt with my insurance re: any supplemental estimates, and were great at regularly communicating my vehicle status throughout the process. The shop was able to source OEM parts for my VW at a reasonable cost. On delivery, any minor paint issues I found were buffed out on the spot. The interior panels R&Id to perform the PDR were tightly reinstalled - no vibe or gaps. Very satisfied - quality work performed on time!

I had my car in there for repairs. They knew in advance and still didn’t have parts ordered. Also took over a month for repairs. Can’t prove it but I’m pretty sure there are some new dings and scratches that weren’t there before. Not impressed. Also they had told me that it just came out of the wash bay yet there was a thin layer of dust on the vehicle. And when they put my back seat back in they screwed up my seat belt.

Pleasant staff, quick turnaround, nice loaner car, exceptional job done. I supplied doors from a parts car of the same model/color, and after their installation the car is looking like its old self. They also installed the trim piece that had sheared out of its plastic clips, which they didnt charge me extra for.Even when I inquired previously about the cost of repairing the car with their parts + repaint they gave a reasonable quote.The expert employees at this location made all the difference for me repairing my car- I really do appreciate them.

Having used to work in the auto-industry, I know that sometimes it can be intimidating talking to mechanics, or salespeople, or even your insurance rep. From the moment I walked in the door at ACE to drop off my car for an insurance inspection and repair I was greeted by the MOST FRIENDLY STAFF. Randy and Krista were both happy to see me, and warm and welcoming. Randy walked me through each and every step of the process, including explaining that the normal adjuster was off, and being covered by another person, Andrea, but that he would make sure communication to me was streamlined and efficient throughout my repair schedule.ACE has recently implemented a text Alert program that sent me daily texts updates on the status of my cars repair, which was AWESOME. One of them even said, Update: Your Honda is happy here! Why? Because we are taking good care of it until it comes home on (specified completion date and time)!How freaking adorable is that?During the repair process - something the team did not originally see was discovered, and not only did I get a phone call explaining what they found, why they missed it originally, and assurances that it had ALREADY been approved to be added to my claim, but it did not even extend my date of completion! My car was in fact, completed, washed, and ready to go A DAY EARLY! I completely understand that does not always happen, and would be dependent on repairs, availability of parts, etc but this entire experience was fantastic.I want to personally thank Randy, Krista, Andrea, Debbie, Brian and Phil (At BG Auto since my car had to go there for the surprise repair) for all their hard work on getting me back into my car in the most relaxed, comforting, fast, and affordable way possible. I wasnt technically a customer, but I was supposed to be. After an accident involving a deer, I brought my vehicle in for repairs. Immediately, I was met with pleasant and professional people who made what was a rough situation a little better. I wasnt a customer because it turns out the damage was enough to total the vehicle. However, even after that, Ms. Robertson (no relation) was helpful and kind enough to take care of things that I had left in my car in my spaced out condition. These are solid people, and from all the other reviews, it seems like theyre really good at the auto body stuff, too.Theyre also veteran / military friendly, which while I have no expectation of that kind of support, it is greatly appreciated.Thank you for how you handled my situation.

I was rear ended while at a dead stop. My car was in bad shape. The other guys insurance sent me here. It was the best experience. Extremely streamlined. I walked in filled out one sheet. Was shown my rental. Randy and Debbie went over the damage with me. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They called multiple times with updates. My car was ready 9 days before expected. Went to pick it up and the process was again very fast. Randy went over all the repairs on paper and outside while looking at the car. Randy and Debbie were extremely helpful and kind. I recently had needed all new brakes and rotors on my car and chose to head back to Auto Collision Experts because I have been so pleased with the previous work they have done. I dropped my car off in the morning expecting to be without it for at least a day... The shop got it done within in a couple of hours! Randy was really great to work with. I went in for an estimate and he made sure he knew exactly what I needed done. A neighbor scratched the hood of my car and was paying to fix it and any dents as a result of the accident that caused the scratch. I had some other small dents around my hood from hail damage, and I instructed Randy to leave those alone as they were not the result of my neighbors accident. Dropping off my car afterward was very quick and convenient, and they gave me a free loaner car which I REALLY appreciated! A few days later, I got to pick up my car, and the total cost of the repairs was exactly what Randy had put down in the estimate. They even went through and repaired the other dents on my hood from hail damage free of charge because they wanted to do the job right! She wrote me a check to my preferred body shop door the amount that they wanted so Im pleased with that. Other than that, not much else to comment as it was pretty straightforward. Would recommend

I will not be taking my business here any longer, and neither will the people I know.I took my car in for repairs on Monday, 20th of October, and they informed me beforehand that it would be done in 5 days unless there was further damage done that they could not see from the exterior. It is now Thursday that I found out that it would not be ready by Friday, only because I was the one that called them earlier this morning. They decided to wait until Wednesday to order the parts instead of Monday when they found out because they were waiting for the insurance to approve the additional parts. Which apparently takes two days.Bruce called me back to give me some more information about what was going on. I told him that I wasnt happy because I wasnt informed about them ordering more parts and I had to find out myself by calling them today. There was a long pause, followed by an okay. Then I asked Bruce (the guy that gave me my estimate and paperwork) why he didnt call me before ordering the parts, he told me that I signed a waiver that allows him to do so without my permission. At this point he had a condescending tone which was very discouraging. Implying that I have no right to know whats going on with my car.I then spoke with the supervisor, Rob, which did absolutely nothing for me either except get me information that I could have obtained myself about getting a rental. At this point I only needed a rental because I informed my work I would be available next week since I hadnt heard any bad news from the collision company. Therefore, putting my job at risk because they couldnt make a 2 minute phone call. I had additional fees for the rental because I am 22 years old that he did not offer to pay for since they were at fault for me needing one in the first place. And they would have totaled to about $10-12 for two days. But theyre worthy of over $3,000 worth of repairs Im giving them? Very disrespectful.And once I started getting upset after he told me that I was informed about what was going on (which I obviously wasnt) he was using the same condescending tone that Bruce used when he told me about the entire situation.Had I gotten a call on Monday or Tuesday morning I would have not informed my workplace that my car would be ready in time for next week.They were careless with my situation and proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and not misinformed.I believe they are taking advantage of me because I am a woman handling this on my own. I will NOT be coming back here for any service or repairs.And I WILL be informing my insurance company of this so they can either drop their company or take more precautions before referring them to their customers.This WHOLE thing could could have been avoided if Bruce would have given me a call on Monday or Tuesday morning informing me that my car would not be ready on Friday instead of me finding out myself the day before.Unless you personally know someone that works at that company, it seems as though your business does not matter. But why should they care anyway? Theyre getting paid either way.

I brought my vehicle to this shop based on their high customer satisfaction rating. Upon receiving the vehicle back, the rear bumper they worked on had the orange peel effect, as well as most of the rest of the vehicle. They explained to me that there was previous damage they had found from an accident which must have occured before I owned the vehicle, and that they had noticed that the paint job on it was already orange peeled throughout most of the vehicle. I explained to them that there was orange peel effect all over the rear quarter panels and up along the window pillars where they were likely to have blended the paint from the rear bumper being replaced during my accident repair. The receptionist told me that they didnt touch the passenger side where I noticed the orange peel, and her reasoning was because the damage didnt occur on that side. I disagree with this, because even if no damage was sustained on the passenger rear side, youd still have to blend paint on both rear quarter panels at a minimum if you had to replace the rear bumper, if you were trying to blend the paint correctly on the vehicle. They did offer to fix the orange peel on the bumper they replaced, and this turned out better the second go-around. But I noticed when the lady was telling her painter about my concerns, I could see him through the shop window shaking his head and becoming highly agitated, and when he brought my keys to me, he handed them to me without even making eye contact with me. I also noticed that when they replaced part of my exhaust system which was ruined in the accident, my passenger side muffler was bent a little outward toward the wheel further than the drivers side muffler, so it looks bent. My mufflers before the accident stuck out flush with the rear bumper, and after the repair they are tucked back a few inches. But what I asked of them was if they could possibly order a replacement to swap out with the part they installed. It didnt appear as though it was anything they did, but rather an improper bend was put in the pipe from the factory. The secretary also told me she had photos of my cars exhaust when they received it to prove it was not flush when they received it. This would be impossible, as the exhaust was mangled by the accident, on both sides, therefore providing no photographic proof for them to have that it was flush at the time they received it. They disregarded my request to replace the part due to the bent look on my passenger side muffler, and it was never mentioned again. I also noticed that after receiving my car back the first time, there was discolored spots on the butt portion of the drivers seat, possibly from the detailing chemicals they used to attempt to clean up the vehicle. I asked them before leaving the vehicle with them the second time to repair the orange peel on the bumper to see if they could clean that somehow, and the receptionist said they would. When I received the vehicle back the following day, the spots remained on the seat. On this day, the lady was less than happy to see me anyway, and seemed as if she wanted to rush me out of their shop just to get the car out of there. I dont like being confrontational with anyone because I dont feel I should have to tell someone twice to do something if they act as if they are intently listening, as this secretary acted. I feel as if there is no way for me to prove this vehicle was in an accident previous to my ownership of it, so I have no way to know if this paint ordeal had anything to do with them or not. ACE gave the car back to me trying to accuse a previous owner of an unreported accident, and taking it to a bad shop to repair it. But all in all, I feel as if I took mine to a bad shop as well. I have a car with a worse paint job than the day of the accident, a bent looking exhaust, and stains in my drivers seat, none of these things the shop was willing to do anything about without forking over a substantial amount of money.

I had my little utility trailer come off the ball and smack the back of my Blazer. Looked like crap but not enough to turn into insurance. Steve and they boys got it fixed for me without having to replace the whole panel and it turned out great. Quick turn around and they were very fairly priced. Recommend to anyone.

These guys did an incredible job of repairing my car after I had collided with a deer. When I picked up the car from them it was like new when I bought it from the auto dealership. Amazing customer service and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend going to ACE for your repair needs.My only frustration was the lack of communication during the process. Come to find out they had been calling the wrong number, so I have a hard time faulting them for that. Overall, great experience.

It took them a week to fix my car and then when i dried to drive away, about 10 minutes out, my splash guard under my car started to come off and rub against the road leaving a smoke trail till i could pull over. when i called them and told them what happened, they asked if i could just pull it the rest of the way off and that they could see me tomorrow even though it was still a half hour till they closed! i will never be returning here with shotty work and no apology for the stress and inconvenience they caused me.______shortly after leaving this review of a 1 star, i did receive a phone call of apology and attempt to make amends so i do really appreciate that and will raise my rating of a 1 star to a 2 star. hopefully they can make this kind of apology in the future at the time of the incident and not after a complaint is made

I was sent here to ACE by Geico after some jerk hit my car in a parking lot and just left a note that said Sorry .From the time I entered the door the staff was amazing. The claims adjuster greeted me with a smile and took pictures of the damage while the ACE staff prepped the car . They even had a rental car (FULLY LOADED FORD EXPEDITION) waiting for me by the time I even had my things out of my car.My car was repaired in one day and the whole process was streamlined and professional. I highly recommend ACE to anyone looking for repairs! I was hit by a Geico customer and was sent here to get an estimate for the damages. It only took 30 min to offer to do work on the car, get me in a rental, and get out the door. They called me two hours later to let me km now when the car would be done, and they finished a day early. Not only were they fast and personable, but the communication with the shop was outstanding! The waiting room was comfortable and clean, and all of the staff I came in contact with was phenomenal! Theyre also a Realities for Children Business, they donate money for the abused and at risk children of Larimer county, which is a charity near and dear to my heart! I have worked with the Boulder location for a few years, and I was so delighted to see their pride in being an RFC business! Thank you to Randy for getting me in same day and for the gift card! Unfortunately we have now had two poor experiences. If I could give less than 1 star I would. While this location can provide quality repairs, they also provide incompetent repairs. When we received our car the first time, we immediately noticed large gaps and unevenness within the bumper repairs. We also noticed the wheel that was replaced was a different color. ACE saw the poor alignment and said they could put an OEM bumper on to fix. We suggested that probably wasn’t the problem and to look at the brackets. Well....it was the brackets. The miss colored wheel was to be replaced as it was very obvious but during that process the tire was split. To ACEs credit they did purchase 2 new tires and we purchased the other 2 tires to make a complete set. After picking up the car for the second time, we noticed the 2nd replacement wheel was still the wrong color and to our surprise it was greatly scratched (remember this was a new wheel). This drove us to inspect our other wheels, and while they were not perfect before, we found several new chips and scratches due to lack of care when installing the tires. To bring this review to a end, we were told by Randy (assuming the manager) a bunch of excuses how it could have happened but all in all they would replace the one off color, damaged wheel, and buff the rest of the wheels to see if they can fix their induced scratches. As we made our 4th trip back to this shop to drop the car off for the wheel service, they mentioned they were only replacing the wheel. We mentioned that they needed to buff the other wheels as promised before and Randy shrugged his shoulders more or less saying piss off. Sadly to say, we will never be back to this shop and ensure we share our 2 experiences with everyone we know.

My boyfriend recently got in an accident in my car, and Geico insurance directed me to ACE for repairs. From start to finish, everyone was friendly and very attentive. I went in for an estimate first, as we were considering paying out of pocket depending on the damages. They were able to give me a number on the spot, and I decided to go through my insurance. The insurance rep met me when I brought the car in to drop off, went over the estimate again, and we talked about the damage we could see on the car. She mentioned some things I hadnt noticed, and vice versa. It felt like I was kept in the loop the entire time, which I really appreciated. The car was in the shop for about 5 days; when it was time to pick it up, I paid and left with my car in about 10 min. They are very efficient. Ive heard horror stories about paint from repair shops not holding up, so I was very happy with the shops warranty guarantee. After bringing the car home, I did notice there was a new stain on the passenger seat; it was waxy, and I couldnt figure out what it was or clean it myself. I called, they said to bring the car in anytime, my boyfriend went in a few days later and they removed it in about 5 min. at no extra charge. Start to finish, this was a great experience!

Randy, geico claims and the woman up at the front desk are AMAZING! I was not happy that my car got hit, but these guys were so helpful and got the job done. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND! My fender was ruined when a woman backed into it, but Randy and his crew completely replaced it and fixed minor issues that were unrelated to the crash! They fixed my mirror and the fuse to the clock inside of my car. They truly were out to meet my best interest and i appreciate them so much for it. I HIGHLY recommend going to this facility if you are in a crash and you want it to be resolved easily and as quick as possible!

They have been calling me and updated me regularly to update me with my truck but never seem to know what is truely wrong with my vehicle. They also keep changing the dates to which I can pick my vehicle up. They keep telling me its going to be done and it never is. Probably just trying to get more money from the insurance company instead of getting me back on the road. So I would not go to this shop if you are expecting organization and done in a timely manner.I would like to add they they did call me today and apologise for all the inconveniences. The biggest thing is the communication with me and letting me know exactly what is going on with my truck. I would like to say thank you for calling me and reassuring me that it is getting done. So I will move from 2 stars to 3.

I would give this company a zero if it was an option! I had an appointment to get my pickup repaired. I made this appointment over a month in advance. The repairs were for extensive hail damage so I knew they would have my vechicle for at least 6 weeks. The day before my appointment at 4:50 pm, I received a call saying they were canceling my appointment and I could reschedule it for 8 weeks later! I had already paid for a rental car and it was totally unprofessional. Go someplace else, these guys obviously aren’t customer oriented.

I chose this shop because of their partnership with Geico (my insurance) and the xpress repair program. Body work was completed in a time frame I expected. The body work looks fine, but lets be real, my Ins. was paying for this, it was a full repair, this simply meets the expectation of a full repair honestly and I’m not going to give you a ton for simply doing the job you were paid to do; thus it’s not 0 stars. As other reviewers have noted they are pleasant to deal with as long as you don’t have something wrong, then the tides turn. I examined the repair and was about to drive off until I noticed minor cosmetic damage inside the vehicle that was not present on drop off. I want to be very clear here, the damage is under 50$ and was not really a concern of mine except I wanted (as anyone would) the vehicle returned the way it was dropped off. I approached the shop concerning this, showed one of their employees the inside and what had gone on. It is clear to me that during the repair something was either overlooked in putting things back together or broken in the process, neither of which are a big deal when you handle the situation correctly, and boy did they not. Different lady, appeared to be more senior staff (has her own desk off to the side) comes out and says in a short tone, no clue what happened, we’ll order another one, I bring up my concern that during repairs this was damaged and that’s really the only conclusion anyway, in hopes that someone would take responsibility for the actions. You’re barking up the wrong tree with these guys if you want that, I get a harsher “we’ll order the part” and she swirls away. Excuse me, is that any way to treat a customer who is having a small issue picking up their car? A simple apology is too much, a pleasant tone is out of the question, what else is wrong that I can’t see now? You’ll certainly say nothing and that you warranty the work, but how can I trust that now. Someone calls out a mistake and you jump at them (seen other reviews of it too, don’t lie in your response), this is not customer service one bit. Remember, it’s not about making mistakes, everyone makes mistakes, it’s about how you recover from them that defines you. You guys recovered poorly, left me with a bad taste in my mouth and doubts in my mind. Will not return or recommend, my advice to you is to teach your staff about taking ownership of their actions and workmanship as well as responsibility for the outcome; until then how can anyone trust you?
