I’ve had the pleasure of using Cooper Auto body twice in recent years. Despite my vehicles being older and not highly valuable, they have always treated me and my vehicles incredibly well. The quality of their craftsmanship is top notch. Most recently I had some ugly, deep dents in the rear quarter panel of my 20 year old work truck. The truck has 53k on it, so I wanted repairs to be done properly as I plan to keep it long-term. Other shops wanted to just pull the dents and use body filler. Cooper felt that the entire outer panel needed to be replaced and I felt the same way. Upon picking it up I noticed that not only had they done a flawless job on the outer panel, but they also took it upon themselves to fix my previously broken tailgate handle and even steam cleaned 20 years of filth out of my interior carpeting as well as cleaning up the rest of the interior! I can’t express how valued I feel as a customer. Their team is definitely worth more than what they charge in my view. I really hope that I won’t need to go back anytime soon, but it’s comforting to know where to go when accidents happen and you want things made right. I also appreciate their fast estimates without the need for an appointment. They are highly competent and seem to have things dialed in really well with the operation of their business.

My car was completed a day earlier than promised and cleaned and detailed (completely not promised or expected ) I will stop in regularly to visit the girls in the front office and the adorable office dog Willow will steal your heart and greet you lovingly at the front door. A friend recommended Cooper to us some years ago. Ive had numerous major and minor repairs done there. They are very helpful, friendly, and thorough.Recently, we bought a new truck and discovered out slid-in camper was a little too wide to fit in the new bed because of the way the tail gate structure was redesigned. It was either buy a new camper or see what Cooper could do. After spending a lot of time looking at what needed to be done they took it in and altered the offending steel of the bed, re-rustproofed the underside, painted it and there it was: A tight but workable fit. Unless you know what you are looking for you would not know the difference between our truck and OEM.Every time I take a car in for repairs it come out better than expected. Yes there are cheaper places to get the job done. But I wont bother.

We were driving cross country and had some mechanical issue with our car. Stopped by at this place and they immediately helped us with the issue. They were really sweet and also gave us some suggestions to prevent salt corrosion (we drove through salt flats and had lot of salt on the car).

Someone side swiped my new-to-me truck with the temp tags still on and dented two panels, scraping thru the paint. Cooper did an amazing job and wanted to make sure it was perfect so they kept it an extra day to make sure everything was correct. Its been over a year and the paint is still matched perfectly and nobody could tell anything happened. Outstanding finished product and reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend them and have since given their names out multiple times!

I got a brand new vehicle with less than 20 miles on it, one week after purchasing it a man ran a red light, and plowed into me :(cooper auto body got me in extremely quick, the staff was amazingly friendly, they kept me updated on the entire process AND when my insurance company attempted to put after market parts on my brand new vehicle, they had my back and made sure i got the OEM parts my vehicle deserved.they truly went above and beyond for me and I couldnt be more happy with the level of service they provided.

Ive taken my baby (2001 Ford f250) here twice for paint and body. Last year to completely repaint after an accident. They redesigned the early 2000s out of my truck and it looked amazing. Then the great Wyoming hail storm of 2016 practically destroyed her. Took her to coopers without a second thought. New side panels, windshield, roof, hood, paint, grill, mirrors. The works. Shes gorgeous again. The guys at coppers know their stuff. Always friendly, always willing to explain, and they dont gouge you. Id never go anywhere else.

It is a local, family-owned business, so that means a lot as well. When your daughter get in an accident and you have to have her car towed, how do you decide what to do? Referred from Auto Trends, called told Cooper Auto Body what happened. They said, no problem, well take the car. They paid the tow company and stored the car while insurance sorted it out. Sadly the car was totaled, but Joel reviewed the settlement and advised me what to do, even offered a few extra days of storage that insurance would not pay for. Excellent communication, feel very confident if I ever need work done in the future, I will only go to Cooper Auto Body! Thank you for all your help with a difficult, unexpected situation!

About the only quality part of this shop is the paint. Body work is terrible. Trunk lines dont line up, license plate bulb and brackets were both missing from my car, a bolt for my tail light is missing so it doesnt sit flush. And they lost my wheel lock key. I was hopeful for them and have heard some good things, but my personal experience was terrible.

Not only did Joel and his team save me from having to deal with my insurance company, but they also werent bothered by me going to their shop on a weekly basis to check out the progress on my car. They finished my Subaru two weeks ahead of schedule and I have had no issues with the work theyve done since. I highly recommend this shop for any and all body work that needs to be done!

Its rare to find a great shop like this anymore! I was referred to them by a friend of mine since moving up north of town. The door side panel of my Lexus fell off! I called them to schedule an appt. and was informed I needed to come in to get an estimate beings they didnt know if the current part was broken or would still work. I went in that day. Was worried because they were very booked and scheduling a few weeks out. Not only did they fix it ON THE SPOT for me, but only charged me about half the amount as I was expecting to pay! I had also just purchased a new headlight assembly to replace my broken one, but did not have it with me. They told me to go back and get it and they would fix that for me THE SAME DAY as well!! I went home, got the light, brought it back, and they were done and handing me my keys after a half hour! To top it off, they didnt charge me a thing for the headlight!! From the lady that answered the phone to the technicians that took care of my car, that was by far the best experience at an auto body shop I have ever had. Will definitely refer them to everyone I know! Amazing group of people to whom Im very thankful for!!

I was a mechanic in the military for six years and perform most of my own repairs, but for the few things I dont have to tools for(alignments, tire balancing, body work) I have to take my vehicles somewhere. I just had an alignment done on my truck and Ill be taking my car there for body work soon. Cooper Auto Body does the work right the first time for a fair price and theyre transparent about whats happening. I wish more small businesses were run like Cooper Auto Body.

Then bring your vehicle to Cooper Auto Body; the folks here are not just interested in seeing how many dollars they can get in and out of the shop doors but doing the right thing. My truck was backed into and there was a lot of damage done to the drivers side frontend. I took it to them and they had it done and back to me in 2 weeks looking perfect.

I was treated very well after getting hail damage on my 2005 Subaru Impreza STi. The did the repairs within the time they estimated it. They even fixed a small chip on my fender cleaned the inside of my car and a hole in my bumper for cheap. Very honest clean shop.
