I came in on the morning of 9/8/2021 and the older lady with grey hair who was greeting me at the door was just the sweetest, the cashier- not so much. Cute stuff! Ill definitely be returning

I love this store. I used to live in Firestone and would visit at least twice a month. I moved to the Atlanta area about eight years ago. I have really missed my store. I took advantage of the subscription boxes. I made purchases online. That still was not enough.Then one day I called the store about an item that I saw in an email. I reached Augusta. She has been an absolute pleasure. She has delivered The Cozy Cottage to Georgia. It is fitting that her name is Augusta : ) She describes items in the store and sends me photos. She ships my selection to to me. I am like a child at Christmastime when my package arrives! I look forward to many more shopping “visits” with her.

I bought every hot chocolate bomb they had at Christmas... the adorable girls ran all over to make sure I didnt miss any.. My families stocking were bulging... Thank you Cozy Cottage... Ill be back!

I used to love this store but I will never shop there again. I was willing to pay the inflated prices for the things I wanted until I was told that some items were Final Sale and using Larimer County as an excuse. When I questioned why these same items could be returned at other stores the response was because the owner said. So which is it, owner says so or Larimer county says so. Bottom line is the owner is doing this to help her bottom line and I am ok with that if I was told that. I purchased the first time I went in and was told I could not return the items but second time there was a paper taped at the check out counter. I put everything back and went elsewhere. I know what I like and what will work in my home and I dont usually return items but I choose to shop elsewhere from now on.

Unique, cool things. You will definitely pay the price for the unique items! Sometimes I question if I could get some of the same things at hobby lobby for half of the price. But honestly, if youre looking for some very cool things for gifts or to put in your house as a place to go. I love how it smells so nice too!!

So by word of mouth. I’ve heard the owner is a complete nightmare. And the rumors stand true the owner is rude and disrespectful. My sister and I drove all the way from Denver to come to this specific store for faux plants. Was excited to get some flowers we had so much fun picking stuff out. Was told by the front desk “you have 10 days to return, take it home and play with them bring back what you don’t like” so my mother made a special trip for me to return it 3 days after having the items because they didn’t work. They were still in the bundles and wrapping the staff put together at checkout.... they tell my mother that the items are “seasonal items are only good for store credit” so I called requesting to speak to the owner. This so called business “owner” called me by the wrong name ( after I corrected her. Clearly on purpose) with a rude ungrateful tone. Proceeded to tell me about some seasonal return policy that was never addressed at check out.All around I would give this store a zero star.This business especially the owner lacks any form of customer service, I will NEVER come back and will be happy to tell all my friends.

In Ft Collins visiting family, what a wonderful store. Unique beautiful decor for all tastes, you will find something to take home, I will visit again before going home.

If I won the lottery this would be my first stop. I want one of everything.

I am sad to change my rating after having a kind helpful person my first visit to my visit today with no help or trying to resolve an issue of the ornament that was purchased having parts of the words missing. I was told there was nothing they could do. I am let down by not even attempting to make it right or anything. It was a round about no and sent on my way. Sad to see they arenok selling poor quality items.

I adore this shop. It has a beautiful presentation at any time of the year with unique and lovely items for sale. The employees are very helpful and I enjoy shopping here often! Cozy Cottage is very pricey which is disappointing, but all of the items Ive purchased have been of great quality.

The staff if very helpful. I was looking for specific items for my retail establishment. I sent an email requesting certain items and they got right back to me with several options. I ended up purchasing two large vintage cabinets that make amazing display pieces in my showroom. I highly recommend Cozy Cottage.

Cozy Cottage has an amazing array of gifts, household items, home decor, wall art, Christmas supplies with a shabby chic/antique/country look. It is all beautifully displayed. Its all interesting and very tempting.

I love the Cozy Cottage... unique, cute, rustic/country/farmhouse decor, furnishings, and kitchen stuff. They always have something, and is perfect for my style. (Joanna Gaines type of store)

You wont find another shop like it! Fabulous design and unique pieces all over the shop! I never leave without finding something I cant live without and a lot of design ideas! Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to assist you with whatever you need.

Love to walk around in this store but it is so expensive I couldnt afford a clothespin sold here (I dont know if they sell them though ;) I love antiques and I know they can be found at much better and unique venues. Also HATE that the other stuff is made in China!!! Come on! Get a clue here! Its so contrived and not unique when theres hundreds of the same reproduction item in any store in America. If I want something mass produced Ill just go to Home Goods...same junk but way better prices!

Buyer BEWARE. This is a lovely store filled with beautiful and unique home goods. The store has a clearly posted policy that antiques and furniture are not returnable. I recently purchased a small decorative table top piece for a considerable sum of money (considering size), and was not told it was an antique - nor was the piece marked as an antique or was my receipt marked that it was an antique. When I tried to return it, they were unforgiving, and indicated all they could do was talk to the sales associate who sold it to me. I simply do not understand how I was supposed to know that the item I purchased was an antique - had I known, I would not have purchased it. Needless to say, I will not be shopping there ever again, nor recommending it to any of my friends.

Unless you have a receipt AND the tag that was on it you can not return the item. Even if it was torn and wasnt visible till you got home. Never ever coming here again.
