I had no idea this shop was located here (for about 6 years) and Ive been in Mikes Bait on 8 a few times before. My loss! I recently used them as an FFL when ordering a shotgun online. This was my first time shipping to an FFL and Dunaway Custom Arms made it a breeze! They were easy to work with, helpful and affordable. Not to mention they even had the shells I needed for my new shotgun! I will be back.

I was referred to Hunter and Sean by a co-worker after my Dad died to get rid of some of his collection and the experience was great. If you are like me and need assistance with a quick cash estate sale or commission sale, I highly recommend them. Since that time I have also purchased several more firearms and accessories, traded in a number of items, and had several firearms worked on. Every time it has been a great experience. Recently I needed some additional magazines on short notice for a training course and Hunter was able to get them in in one day. Great experiences all around.

Absolutely stellar service, Sean took a second look at the AR-308 he built for me, adjusted my gas block by taking it to a range himself because I had zero experience in dealing with it, and he was patient with me the whole way through (Not to mention he gave me some better ammo than the stuff I was using free of charge to test it with).Will definitely do business here time and time again!

Just had a rifle in for some deep copper cleaning and overall inspection. Sean and Hunter were great, took time to talk through some potential accuracy issues and I subsequently had Sean do the service, great price, quick turnaround and the rifle is back to driving tacks! great guys and a great price.

Great service, greeted right away. Had a gun smith job request to remove pin and welded muzzle device to install a new one. New one looks cleanly installed. Best place I found for gun smith work. First emailed them thru their website. It was a quick response, days before others. The shop is clean and they even have a silencer shop kiosk. Will be getting my next suppressor here. I recommend this shop.

My daughter shoots trap with NLA in Forest Lake. We used to bring her shotgun to Lakes Trading Company for yearly inspection. It is essential to have her firearm check for safety each year. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were forced to look elsewhere for yearly maintenance and inspection. Dunaway Custom Arms was more than happy to do maintenance and inspection. Unannounced to me they do inspections for nothing. Just goes to show you how much they care about your safety. I will now be doing all my business with them moving forward. It nice to know that there are companies still out there where the main objective is not always money! Not only do they have a nice friendly staff they do great work and have a wide range of merchandise.

Fast service! When I dropped off a gun to get modified, Hunter told me the gun smith might be able to get to it in a week or two. Two days later the gunsmith called me and said my gun was done!
