I have been buying vehicles from Jim’s for the last 14 years. My wife, my kids and many family members. I have shopped at many other dealers previously but nobody comes close to these guys. Awesome customer service, no hassle or pressure there vehicles sell themselves. They do some really cool things to there trucks and Jeeps too that no other dealerships do. Most lots install cheap aftermarket parts to give it the look. No quality though. Half of there trucks have fox shocks, bulletproof lift kits. Surprising that stuff isn’t cheap. Richard in finance is great. Recently bought my wife’s Jeep there for her surprise Christmas present. Thought I would try my credit union for financing thinking it would make it easier. After him looking at my pre approval he found me and even better rate. I was pretty surprised he was able to do that. Highly recommend this place to anybody. Great family owned dealer. Bought a 2012 gmc sierra 5 years ago now that I go to get a new vehicle Im told i have a bad carfax on my truck that was sold to me with clean carfax Im very confused how this could have happened selling a truck to me at prime dollar....seeking legal action as we speak I had alot of faith in Ismael that was my sales men.....I am very disappointed and waiting on a call from a lawyer.....

Everything about Jims is great. Ive purchased over 70 vehicles in my lifetime to date, and these people really know how to treat customers. If you need more help with financing, they will take care of you. If you have great credit and can get financed anyplace, Jims can also offer just as good of a deal as you will find anyplace else. And, that includes the banks they work with as well as the deals they have on the cars themselves. Speaking of which, Jims has great cars, very clean low mileage cars, for some of the best prices Ive seen. I drove 1,300 miles to buy a car from Jims and it was worth every mile and the car I bought was worth every dollar, actually it was worth more than I paid. I would definitely buy a car from Jims again. Sales staff was very helpful and honest. Its obvious management here knows how to hire the right people, and implement good training, guidance for staff, procedures, and policies to create a very professional and fair vehicle purchase experience for their customers. This dealership is as good or better than any customer service Ive received at any dealership Ive been a customer of, and that includes new car dealerships such as Audi, Cadillac, and Mercedes Benz.

So I originally gave a great review, and I did buy the vehicle as is ,but the same night the actuator died then the very next day the ac compresser died,I spent over a thousand in two days after buying the freaking car , really some safety check, I said this was an honest business,now I would not recommend this place, and a test drive should last longer then 5 min and only right turns👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾,Im so done and disappointed with this place, I feel like I was totally misled by this car lot, and my 18 daughter is driving a car thats not it was presented as safe and inspected, I would not recommend this place to anyone I care about ever, I get it, sold as is but the same night really? Then I called the very next day and told the guy it was making a loud banging noise, the guy said it didnt do that at the test drive and he said its maybe the fan, not.Because if that would have happened that piece of car would still there at that lot not at my mechanic, so buyer beware , dont go there,or you will be sorry thats my experience with that lot horrible, lies about safety check,and fixing whats wrong,and maintenance, the stupid windshield wipers literally are dragging across the windshield to with the rubber missing in spots, what a terrible joke, no good ,bad business.

TL;DR: The Fontana location is permanently closed, made fraudulent claims, steals license plates and has shady practices overall. DO NOT BUY FROM JIMS AUTO SALES!First off this location was closed down recently, someone will answer when you call and pretend theyre from this location but they are definitely not. I bought a 2 year old car from this dealer and drove it right to my local subaru right away for extra peace of mind. The engine had a cracked piston ring and a long list of other missing internal parts. The warranty claim was denied and it took over 2 weeks to find out what was wrong in the first place(Past the CA cooldown period to return the car). They advertised the car as no mechanical issues fully inspected and backed by a warranty .. also my registration card came without my plates which I thought was odd so I called the jims in Fontana but they ducked my calls and didnt return messages, often reminding me that the plates are sent to the dealer seperate from the reg. which turns out is not true. The state and dmv licensing company that Jims Auto Scams used have both told me they suspect my plates were stolen by former employees of the Fontana location.

Do not buy from this dealer...ever. My sales man was a complete fraud and honestly I should have walked away. I purchased a 2015 Subaru WRX and was told it was in excellent condition and they did a multi point inspection. The car was fifthly and I was told they just didnt have time to wash it. After taking it home and actually washing it, I found door dings all over the car. I also found that the rear bumper had been hit and that the rear bumper support brackets were bent. They did tell me the car had been in accident but all repairs were done and it was fixed, WRONG! Then I found a major oil leak and now I have to have the engine pulled to fix it. I paid for a car in excellent condition but I was sold a car in poor condition and I was lied to. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!!

They say theyll help any type a credit, after my visit, I dont believe it. Where can working people go for a dependable car/truck that has bad credit? Dealerships should really look at the longterm of a dealership relation with people. Put a person in a car/truck they want, and watch there profits soar.

I wish i could give negative stars.The windshield was cracked and they said the would replace it also the check engine light was on and they reset it and told me it was just the gas cap come to find out it was the timing and I had to pay to replace the timing gears and chains. They told me they would reimburse me. Every time i called the to see about the windshield and abut the timing reimbursement they hung up on me or never answered my calls. They are a very shady business I will never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone also will be filling a report with the BBB.

Called at 9am to inquire about a car. Was told it was available. Called again at 11:30am that I would be heading down over there to look at the car. Got there and they told me they sold the car. They didn’t have the decency to call me back and tell me it’s sold, even after I made arrangements to go over there.

Well wrong, they sent it over to another repair shop cause they dont want to deal with it. Been there for a week and it hasnt even been touched yet. Whole staff is super rude, I would have never bought my truck from them if I knew it was going to be anything like this. Going through the lemon law process as we speak.

I bought a vehicle that claimed to be tuned, when I got the car turns out they had the car in limp mode, car didn’t even come with the key fob nor original key, I had to wait weeks before I received a blank key from them,Also to add, one of the employees relayed to me that every now and then they would take cars from their inventory and drive them on their lunch brakes

The receptionist is the worst i call to inquire about a car and tells me he does not know hes just a receptionist, then tells me to call tomorrow i call back then tells me he cant help me and the sales person that left a msg is not in and to call tomorrow, instead of passing me to a sales person.
