Definitely like this store better than the Fontana location off of citrus and the 210 Freeway. This specific location on Sierra a lot more items on the Shelf. And the staff were very kind and helpful. We were able to find exactly what we needed.

The store on Valley and Sierra (Fontana), has excellent customer service.The young guy by the guns and knives area patiently educated me to choose the items correctly. Since I had no idea to compare between different types.I ended buying some items from that section.Very satisfied for my acquisitions.I truly recommend this store. The personnel from one section all the way to cashier is very friendly and professional.

This store is organized .They have reasonable price for workout clothing. since the quarantine the store has been hectic on Thursday , due to the high demand for weights and equipment.Employee are really helpful.If your looking for specific item research before hand!!!

I found what was advertised. Reasonable price range. The staff was helpful. The store was clean. Plenty of space and chairs to try on the shoes. I also found parking plentiful and close to the entrance. Will come back for my other sporting needs... but I wonder why this Big 5 has red letters instead of the trade mark blue? It did make it a bit harder to find the first time.

Called ahead for a hold on a product I needed. When I arrived the person I spoke with, helped me and guided me to a better product for a good value. Cashier was pleasant and the gentleman behind the counter in the firearms dept. was super informative and kind to my 9 year old son. A great experience.

Always go to place for softball gear. In & out in less than 1 hr. Had everything we needed. Cashier was a great help on a coupon for the gear that was purchased..

Football shopping for my son, a great place for good deals on cleats and apparel except for socks. Employees are very friendly and helpful but need to learn there store and inventory a little better as to help the customer more efficiently. Would definitely go back for the prices alone.

Young man that helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and took his time with me. Wish I would have got his name but he was a tall slender Hispanic young man. He deserves a raise.

We go to big 5 whenever we need sneakers, boots or work shoes for my husband. This is a must go to for gifts. This time we went in looking for a patch for an air mattress and left with one along with two new kids air beds which my grandsons love while theyre here. And we can never leave without checking out the beanie babies for the kids also.

There was a guy who worked there (didnt catch his name) who was very nice went up and down the ladder twice for me however when I went to pay for my item the cashier wasnt very friendly. I didnt catch her name but I just remember wanting to pay and leave so I no longer had to hear her. Rancho cucamonga has way better service and all employees are polite.

Manager is rude. I had shoes that were dirty she didnt even offer to go see if there was another size that was clean. She really expected me to buy dirty white shoes. What kind of company sells dirty white shoes. Cashier was friendly n store was decently clean.
