9439 Sierra Ave. location - went in to check out and possibly purchase some wheels at this location (since it was recommended to me by someone who purchased from them) and I was not able to speak to anyone. No one at the counter, and no one bothered helping me out eventhough they saw me there. I tried asking for help and the main guy was on his cellphone and the others would just pass by and not ask if Ive been helped. After 15 minutes of waiting for someone to help me, I just left.

Had to get my valve stems calibrated & found out I had another one went bad. No worries for the inconvenience of me coming back & forth and know one was available to fix the problem they gave me 50% off. The guys here are always friendly & they are fast.

I’ve been going here for 10+ years and i am never disappointed, very humble people.

Great service each visit. Whether youre looking to patch a tire, get a used tire or buying new tires they will always deliver great service. Great selection of tires and brands. As well as rims.

Dealer I bought my car from arranged for me to have new tires put on the front from them. I received no itemized receipt. Driving the car back, got a NEW vibration. Wheels have new weights on them but obviously weren’t balanced correctly. I checked the pressure, and they were at 55 psi! This is for a mini cooper that needs 33psi, did they think that I was towing a motor home with this thing! To top that off, when I went to take the wheels off to have them rebalanced at a shop close to me, the lugnuts are stripped and I can’t get one of them off, it even broke my wrench!! DO NOT GO HERE!

I brought in my rim to get repaired so they told me within 2 days to fix rim was leaking air . Then I called to go pick it up 2 days later they said it was done then I get there it wasn’t even sent out . So I waited for them to call me on the 5th day. I go to get the rim and they lost my tire I bought 6 months ago and they looked for an hr and no where to be found . DONT TRUST NOT RESPONSIBLE PPL.

This place is so twist, they try to sell a rim set to me and just because I said no, they hit one of my rims, I tell them and three gays come out with three diferent excuses, no customer service at all, rude and not a save place to go.

Have good prices on tires and wheels but the customer service is not that great...when they make a mistake or do something wrong they dont apologize... they try to make it right by fixing, but I believe they should apologize for inconveniencing people. Especially when youre sitting at the shop for more than 2 hours... I think it comes down to not beinge ducated in customer service and running a business ...I dont believe the employees are educated in that either....

Been going here and there only thing is fast to patch and anything New you buy your priority..but anything else and due to the fact that they are horrible with communication and lack of responsiveness to when I ask for a quote over the phone especially with more than two people I spoke to took half a day or next to send me pictures of in stock or other options mud terrain tires up until this day nothing back they sent me only one brand when I asked for others no response,obviously theyre family owned and most of these reviews are friends and family and care very little about losing a regular customer(non related) cause friends&family refer and have a decent customer base they suck! as a local guide trust me dont waste your time also they are very pricey on New Tires👎no thanks!

***Make sure you show up an hour before, as thats when they take their last appt.***I showed up 15 min before close on a Sunday, with a flat and these guys went out of their way to get me two new tires at a great price. David was awesome and they as a whole definitely care about their customers.

Called in asking for new or used tires & gave them my sizes. They told me they can only get me LionHart tires which are the Bottom Bottom Line of Tire Companys next to Chinese Tires & then when I denied the new ones & asked for used tires I was left on hold & then hung up on. When I called back no answer. I called again & the guy tried to play like he didnt just talk to me & when I asked for any used tires I was hung up on again. This Business has very poor customer service & sells you what you dont want & when they know you dont want it they turn there backs on you. I will never even think of contacting this business again & recommend that you dont either unless you want cheap knock offs products. A Real Tire shop should be on it looking for the tires to get business or be straight up & just say they dont have any at that size for used...

I bought two new tires from them on a good deal they did not tighten the center cap to my rim so it was gone the next day. Now the lugnuts show and it makes my car look bad. Went to them to have them solve the problem and there was nothing they can do but have stupid looks on their face. At least put in the effort to have my center cap replaced.

I took my truck to get my tires changes and on my way back one of the caps of my wheel feel off with no notice or was I ever told about it . I ask the guy 3 times if the Harley rim caps are ok and the said they were good .. I dont recommend this place for you guys they dont do the job right!
