Came here in a hurry to replace my battery and get to my sons soccer game. I happened to mention I completely spaced out and did not leave my car running as I had needed a jump just to get there. A young man I want to say Jeremiah but I could be wrong said he could help me install the battery. Well this turned out to be one heck of a task. My battery was completely corroded and would not come out. Bought brake cleaner and auto zone associate worked and worked cleaning and prying until it finally came off. Battery installed and I was able to catch the second half of my sons game. I can’t speak highly enough about this store. I’ve always received great service here before but today they went way above and beyond.

On 9/27/2021 a shorter pale dark haired female denied me dumping oilClaiming it wouldnt fitt lolIt really wasnt much at all, she was just being a lame!Not going back to this AutoZone location

Youre greeted upon entering and service and pricing are always reasonable.

98 % they have any part I need for my cars.There has been a couple of times when they did not have specific parts.However, this store on Sierra Ave is one of favorites.Everytime I enter this place, I feel confident to leave with the appropriate parts and accurately finish my work .For many years, only one time I have returned an item due to malfunction. BUT THE WARRANTY IS OUTSTANDING.Some parts (not all), have warranty.

About 3 hrs there but they helped me out .just need to find the leak on my headers

Had a good experience at this Autozone store because of the friendly fully staffed employees. Did not experience any problems with my order when store was busy. Trash thrown by uncarying customers in the parking lanes right in front of the store.

I had to get a new battery and the worker told me they didnt have it in stock and sent us to the autozone in slover. Turns out the whole time they did have it in stock but the worker was just trying to avoid doing the labor of a battery change. Literally risked my car dying, going to the other autozone. Dont recommend this place for anyone. Nothing but lazy self entitled workers. If there was 0 stars Id definitely put it.

Well over 20 people in line for parts or purchase. About 7 employees there, but only 2 actually at the counter helping customers. The rest were in the back B.S.ing Worst experience ever. Never seen this at any other AutoZone.

The kids there are cool.

Awful experience, drove thirty minutes because they were the only one open, only to find they made me pay for the wrong part, ended paying what I thought was a $87 MAF but after driving another thirty minutes back home I realized they gave me a completely different $60 MAF that didnt even fit my car. Complete waste of my time, will never be return. Management needs to reprimand the employee who caused all this, short girl with black hair working around 11pm 03/17/21.

I love this auto parts store. They remember my name and even the year and make of my vehicle! They usually have the part I need in stock,if not,they will have it the next morning and always call me to let me know my part has come in.

Cant say enough good about this location! We were in desperate need of a engine light code reader at an odd hour for a cross country trip and having a 24-hour store is ingenious! The man that helped (I hate I cant remember his name - but it was about 2 or 3 AM 8/30/18) was SO very nice and helpful. He didnt talk to is as idiots, as many others do to women seeking automotive help. He assisted us, took time to explain things and suggested what he would do. So not only are the hours of this store fantastic but they have one employee for sure that is as well! Thank you!!

No customer service. Like they dont even care.The only thing is it is open until midnight.

This is my favorite autozone. I’m an emergency mechanic and being able to drop in here 24/7 to get supplies and parts is great. On top of that, I live in an apartment and can’t work on my vehicle in the complex, so I frequently come here and the management never hassles me about doing my work as long as I’m not disruptive and I clean up after myself. Management is great, especially at night. As long as I’m welcome this will always be my choice to get in the Zone.

I asked if they can help add the freeze on and they said yes. And they end up telling me they dont have the hose size for my car. Im guessing they just hire any lazy person here. Pretty upsetting because I purchased $73 and now I am getting my refund

I enjoyed the fact they were open on thanksgiving. Open 24 hrs is a mind blow. And if you have to take your kids(playground age) there a nice grassy area for them to play far from the street. Staff was friendly. Kind. And productive at finding what you need.

The fact that it is open24 hours earned it 5 🌟! I dont get home from work until late usually because of all the traffic coming from Pasadena. So i have no choice but to work on my car late in the evening and sometimes even later. Mainly just preventive maintenance. But it sure does come in handy having an AutoZone so close and open all the time.

They are open 24 hours. Very informative. They offer a free diagnostic so youre not wasting money replacing the wrong parts. On the down side, I didnt like being passed over in line and they clearly could see I am disabled.

My daughters car battery died and I got off work at 11pm went home , removed battery and went to this AutoZone because I knew it was open 24 hours. Arrived just after midnight and by 12:30 am had a new battery installed. Im so grateful that there is an AutoZone close by to get parts for emergencies like this.

They have what you need for cars and the employees are helpful.try to go during the week because its quite the wait in line on the weekends. you will wait quite a while on the weekends for service and it cant be helped.

Really bad service. Employees did not have a clue of customers needs . Another customer had to look for the part in the website so he can show the employees what the other customer needed.

Showed up late at night. 1:20 am. Saturday morning or Friday late at night. I needed a remote for my truck. The alarm was activated couldnt drive away since the engine wont start. The guy inside provided me with the right remote. But unfortunately it didnt work. There was something else wrong with my alarm. He sold me the remote but trying it he was kind enough to say. Well let me refund your money. After he suggested that I tried to open the door with my key. That may deactivate your alarm. What happened? It worked. Thou I didnt buy the remote his help was worth the drive. I was able to get home and my alarm is working again. Thank you for your help and going out of your way thou you didnt mafe a see your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you Auto Zone you have been my to go autoparts for over 20 years and havent dissapointed me once. Five stars.....are mot enough you got one million stars from this faithful customer.

I called in to check on availability and I got good morning, what are we working on today I stated I had a part number from their website and heard WD40 is gonna be in the third isle, what are we working on today I repeated that I had a part number which he then looked up and told me it wouldnt be available till tomorrow. Been in there many times before and not happy with being ignored while standing at the desk. Guess this was the final straw.

Its hard to rate an auto parts store these days because they all suck. I remember when you could take a part of an old beater and the parts guy would look at it and say, oh yea, the used this same blah on a 1982 blah.That aside, the store is clean and easily accessible. I dropped one star because there is always people hanging around this store. Other than that, its fine. Just remember to check online first and save yourself a trip, rather than thinking you can show somebody the part or explain what it is and expect him/her to find it. Even Napa has succumb to this.

Early in the morning I had my car stranded on Sierra ave and I went to autozone and William and jose n. helped me push my car to autozone. They helped figure out that I need to get a new battery and then Jose helped install the battery. Couldnt have asked for better customer service.
