The LED headlights I purchased a little over a year ago (3 sets total, low, high and fog) have failed so many times. The first one was fairly quick to be replaced. But I had to have them replaced several times after that and it took for ever. Like a month and a half and literally 20 emails to get a replacement bulb evey time after that. I had yet another fog fail 2 weeks ago and another low beam failure tonight. I have not bothered getting replacements on the last 3 I have just replaced them. They are complete JUNK and would recommend you spend your money elsewhere. The worst $200 I have ever wasted.**UPDATE **Sense I cant reply to your response. Yes I believe I know how to use headlights. I turn them on at night so I can see where I am going. There is not a way to mess that up. SMH. Your product is trash. I will not get involved in another endless email conversation to wait a month + to get a replacement. I know the new ones will fail in the next 6-8 months as every other bulb has so there is no use.

I find these bulbs to be much better quality than the others I have purchased. The quality of materials and production is superb. And being able to switch between 3000k (yellow) 4300k (daylight) 6000k (crystal white) helps with every type of weather. The price is right and they are very bright with a great beam pattern. My only con is that you can’t rotate them to adjust the beam pattern on the 9006 hb4 bulb.

SCAM ALERT!!! What kind of company is this that they try to bargain with you over a return? One that was never installed. When you return an item your entitled to a full refund if it’s new, not used and within in the time allotted. DO not USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!!!

Placed an order and did not receive a confirmation email. Took my money and did not provide me any information. No one answers the listed customer service number. Better to stick with eBay.Update: Unbelievable, I received the package but one instantly stopped working after 3 days. While removing the bulb out of the socket, it completely snapped in half. Auxbeam refuses to give me a full refund and keeps demanding 50% or 65% refund. The build quality is terrible and this company continues to surprise me. Do not recommend or buy from this company.

This is a bad company, they send decent products but when you try to get a refund, they won’t answer the phone number given to you on their website so don’t even bother trying to call it, and honestly they just take your money, bought a led headlight bulb from them, and it was delivered back to them for some reason, and I’m trying to get my money back but nobody is answering me, horrible customer service, I wish someone would help.

Amazing lights I just put some on my ford ranger its mind blowing Ill never use regular lights again. 5 star products. I hope I can find bulbs for our Honda recon 250 4 wheelers.

I ordered 2 lights for almost $200, I received 1 light. When I called (took about 15 times for an answer) I was told there was a second package and they never provided the tracking number. When I did get the tracking number, I checked it only to see they had just created the shipping label and it wasnt ever sent. So 1 week of waiting for the first, and another week of waiting minimum for the second bulb. The customer service representative couldnt provide me any answer at all as to why this happened and quickly ended the call. I do not recommend this company what so ever.*** update ***The bulbs I received have broken internal pieces, for $200 this has been a good learning lesson. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is a great wiring harness. Great packaging, came with everything I needed to hook up my 12 Auxbeam LED Light Bar. So simple to install, switch fit factory dash cut out perfectly. Light stays on while the ignition switch is activated if wired to the switch and not hooked directly to the battery. I would highly recommend this wiring harness to anyone installing a light bar

Receive package on time packed great. The light was actually bigger than I had expected, nice well made cord. The light itself was made better and functions better than what Id had expected, great light, excellent quality, which youll notice right out of the box, excellent light patterns, no problem at all with light intensity. This strobe light had worked just fine after seeing this light function. I dont see how you can go wrong if this is what you’re in the market for.

Good light for prices. I use it almost every day with no issues so far. It’s bright enough to be seen from a distance during the day. Not sure why some have been having issues with the suction cup that came with it but Im on the interstate almost every day all day crossing the median going over rumble strips, going over RR tracks to work and its still holding securely in place. I would recommend this product.

Normally dont write reviews, but made up backup lights with these and have had friends ask where I got the lights and as of today I have purchased 4 sets of these lights for back up light setups and made one for a friend of a friend comes to find out his buddy wants a set as well so most likely picking up a 5th set soon. Great Light output will say the flood wasnt as effective as though it does add some light to side but would use different optics if were me but overall great lights do recommend them for the money honestly cant go wrong

Even thought I could not install the light bar because there were no brackets made for this size light bar for my vehicle, this company was great to work with I requested a refund printed out the label and received a refund few minutes after dropping it off at ups. Great company to do business with and when I put another light bar on my next truck I already know where I’m getting from!! Also product looked great just didn’t get to test it. 5 stars all around!!

I purchased and received a motorcycle LED headlight. I installed it without any issues and it is very bright. For the price and quality, I cannot complain. It was a pretty great deal. I plan to purchase more headlights for my vehicles in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with these lights and Auxbeams customer service. After I installed the lights I noticed that one of the light rings would not light up. I tried switching the lights and testing them on a 12v battery to make sure it wasnt me and I got the same results every time. I went ahead and took the bike out for ride since the spot still worked. At the end of the ride I noticed that both spots had condensation behind the lens. When I emailed customer service I was asked to send pictures. I was then asked to send them more money to replace the lights. I referred the customer service person to their own policy on defective lights. They still expected me to send more money. At this point it has been a week of emails and no resolution. When I called in to speak to a person they said the lights would be shipped out as soon as I sent in pictures of the condensation. Then I got another email asking for more money. I have four more bikes that need lights and many friends with bikes. At this point I have completely given up on this issue being resolved and Auxbeam as a reputable company. My friends and myself will not be making any future purchases from Auxbeam.

I have an amazing light bar from them, still works. Recently ordered rock lights, and been emailing back and forth for almost 2 weeks. I wanted to return to get the right ones. But then they talk about the warranty and say there is a 5% discount if i buy them again. Honestly I wouldn’t be in this mess if they’d answer their phone or called me back at least. Light bar is amazing still. But come on, the rock lights i been trying to set up for almost two weeks.

Long story short, DRL no longer work in my 2016 Suburban after led headlight install. Headlights work fine at night, but no DRL. Contacting customer support is the absolute worst. No phone number works, and emails it’s like talking to a wall. I realistically just want my money back at this point.

These lights are awesome I’ve purchased the F16’s and rock lights for my Tundra and they’re bright. Customer service is also great they answered all my questions and addressed my concerns right away A+ from me more orders to come.

Bought a pack of these T10 194 LEDs as I wanted to replace the original courtesy lights on my 2013 Genesis Coupe. My car came with red lenses so I replaced them today with clear lenses and it shows off the brightness of these LEDs nicely. Theyre not extremely bright but they illuminate a pure white light as advertised. Now I have 8 spare LEDs to use in case my other interior lights go out. At a little more than $1 per bulb, I am pleased with them.

I just installed these on my 2005 Honda Odyssey Touring on the High Beam and WOW!!! These lights are so crispy white and bright.These LEDs actually overpower my low Beam HID which I was very surprised. The most important key factors that I find on these Auxbeam T1 LED Headlight Bulbs are the fact that you are able to adjust the bulb to match the housing of your light to the necessary direction. Also, the form factor of this T1 is much more compact so they fit more easily.The Odyssey installation is a pain you know what. The Odyssey passenger side is the worst to change. In total this took me over 4 hours to change since also the halogen bulbs were stuck. TIP: you will need to loosen a bit at least two screws from the bulb base to get out a stuck bulb. Also, you will need to shave off one of the T1 clips and reduce the clip on the plug where the PLUS and MINUS markings are - I had to do this in order for the plug to fit in properly into the OEM light harness plug.
