I was able to get most of my supplies I needed. They were very helpful and they knowledgeable. The layout of the store was great and it made it easy to find what I needed.

I love the kindness of the staff, how they are never in too much of a rush to help, and they maintain good attitudes. Its neat to feel encouraged when you are doing a home project. They get our service, even over closer stores at times.

Home depot have the cheapest prices thats why everyone stop here. Now is the Halloween season 🤪

The Home Depot is every home owner amusement park. Where every home owner home project makes it easier to make it reality. The Home Depot employes are always helpful. The store where I visited was kept clean and fully stock. The home Depot is my hardware store. Garden store, in a few words The Home Depot is your do it your self project store.

Everybody kind of knows to deal with Home Depot and I have pretty much intimately come to know this store after a rebuilding my house since we moved here three years ago. Wandered in today for a few bolts for a car project Im working on and ran into Greg and the bolt section. This is what I love about Home Depot even the smallest question usually you can get somebody whos really wants to help and show you where the things are at and whats going on it seems like with me before you know it we struck up a conversation I feel like we could both just stand there for hours while and away the time talking about everything and nothing. Greg was definitely the man really cared and was just a cool person. Sometime retail gets a bad rap and good people like the ones I run into at this HD make it feel like were all normal again sometimes.

This location is a good experience. My husband has noticed that certain stock is better here than the San Bernardino store and vice versa. Check out online if you want to make sure they have it in advance.

Its been a few days and I almost forgot to come here and thank AJ at the tool department. Im not going to lie I was having a very bad day. My tools were stolen at a work site and I had to scramble to get the tools I needed to continue working. AJ immediately understood my needs and was with me to get the miter saw and other tools I needed from different places, put my stuff in my cart. His attitude and willingness to help changed my mood I went from being upset and anxious about getting my tools stolen to thankful that it wasnt worse and that there are still workers who understand that sometimes the customers are also not having a good day at work haha. Attitude is everything positivity is contagious and AJ... Brotha!!! THANK YOU for your help!!!

I have bought many appliances here over the years (along with all other home improvement projects). We bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from them and purchased their warranty. We then canceled our home warranty because with their warranty, there is no out of pocket expense for each visit. What a collasal mistake that was! In a year and a half our ice maker has broken 3 times. After it getting fixed the 2nd time, they informed us of their Lemon Law policy stating if the same part breaks 3 timely, they will give us a full refund. Of course, a week after it was repaired, our ice maker broke again for the 3rd time during our 100 degree summer days. Upon calling to request our refund, they then informed us it has to actually be repaired 3 times and break a 4th time. So now they have changed the rules. They now ordered a completely new door, which normally takes 3 months to manufacture, but there is no telling how long it would be due to Covid delays. I informed them this time frame was completely unacceptable during 100 degree summer days. They agreed and stated they would put it in for a review and for us to call them back in 3 business days. We have since called numerous times and all they continue to do is give us the run around for 2 more months. We speak to a supervisor who promises someone will call us back with an answer within 3 days. NEVER has ANYONE from the warranty services EVER contacted us back as promised. This has been going on for months. They are just waiting the 4-5 months for our door to be manufactured. When we ask for an ETA, they have no answer and say they will find out and get back to us. Again, they never update us. This is completely unacceptable and as such, Home Depot has lost my familys business forever. I am utterly disgusted in their horrific service.

I havent been this humiliated in a very long time. If this store would have just told me that I was shoplifting its shoplifting Id be less offended..Worse than that theyve implied that I partaking in return fraud for $2000.I have the original receipt, original product and was denied doing my return that I paid cash for and because somebody in the store is working with somebody else printing them receipts this is my problem.Ive tried several times to speak with the manager but only get denied by all the minions in the front. They have the nerve to tell me that I need to call and file a police report. Ive been dealing with this for 4 days now and have at least 3 Waste the time standing in their store. Somebody in the store is participating in fraud and Im the victim. Cant help but wonder if its the manager since he doesnt want to have any contact with me. Customers beware theres a good chance you will not be able to do a return if you buy products from this store. Ill be going into the store to fill out my police report shortly.

Since Covid-19 has begun many places will not let you use their restroom unless you are a customer at least Home Depot is accommodating in that respect when it comes to the restroom, would be nice if it was kept a little cleaner all the stalls were as bad as this one none of them had toilet tissue in them except for the one song and the one shown didnt have the paper in the dispenser so anybody with their disgusting hands can pick it up and handle it, I just didnt bother to take more pictures because it was all very disgusting, I will say this all of the wash basins were stocked with soap and relatively clean with nice hot water to go with it to wash your hands and blow dryers to dry them that was a welcome sight let me tell you.

Terrible experience! The customer service was appalling. We waited for an hour trying to get help at the flooring desk to finalize an order. We had to ask several employees who were rude and kept getting the runaround. We waited 10 minutes for the store manager who never arrived. Finally the front end manager tried to help but even she got no response from anybody. She had to apologize and say she couldnt get anyone to help us. She said the manager wasnt replying to her either. Also, two employees were wearing their masks below their nose. We asked the one near us to cover his nose but he just blatantly ignored us. Another customer also asked him to cover his nose and he blew him off too. Unbelievable.

Quick checkout but no one to help load mulch. The cashier had to load it and she had to leave her register.

This is our local home store. It no longer carries a lot of things due to covid on the shelf. 😩 the wood supply quality had also been effected by covid, but the place is otherwise the same. Staff are great... place is clean. Prices have gone up though...

The prices are to high at home depot shame on themselves. There are afraid to lose money during this covid 19 and are making the public pay more for there products, I only go to the home depot if I have to. There products are not worth what they are charging. Ill start shopping at Amazon.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is completely unprofessional. I recently purchased a dishwasher. Was told that I did not need an air gap installed, that it can be ran through the garbage disposal. When the delivery team arrived, they could not install the dishwasher, because I did not have an air gap. So now I have a brand new dishwasher sitting in my living room awaiting a service team to come install an air gap with more money out of my pocket. DO NOT BUY.

I am a big Home Depot fan in general. I love that they give Military a 10% discount. They also have a great return policy. I use the Home Depot app when I shop there because I can search for an item on there and the app will tell me exactly where that item is in the store. Its great! It makes it so convenient to get in and get out if you are in a hurry. Sometimes you just dont want to wonder aimlessly if you dont have to.

Was there last night. Huge variety of items. Ive recently repainted the house and noticed a few things that I needed to update/change. There was no one available; so I waited in line to see a cashier, once I got to her I asked for help in the drywall section; she sent someone over. He tried to help; but not much experience; fortunately another customer overheard of talking and asked if I had a picture; I showed him. The other customer then explained how to fix it. Next I walked around the electrical area; I found someone and they quickly found the item we needed. But lastly, I went to the shelving area. Walked up 3 aisles and couldnt find anyone to help. Waited in line at the customer service section and finally it was my turn. I explained I needed help and she said shed call someone, I saw her pick up the phone, so I went over to the aisle to wait. After about 7 min I came out of the aisle and looked around, I caught her eye and motioned I was still waiting, she got on intercom and called it out. This time I stayed in front of the aisle. A few minutes later 2 guys came by, but not for me, they were to help with curbside orders. Another 2-3 minutes, and I caught her eye again and saw her pick up the phone again. Finally a guy showed up, but it was for go backs, not for me. A second girl showed up to help process returns. By now it had been close to 25 min waiting. Tried to patiently wait a few more; close to 30 min waiting; finally left the store frustrated.

Train ur guys better.. and get better wood..other than that good place friendly people.

I have been coming to this Home Depot for over 10 years and its probably one of the best Home Depot in the whole area but one thing is for sure, if you are dealing with Pro services and you are Latino I suggest you stay away from John.

We rented a dump trailer. It was easy to get in and get the trailer. However they were kind of slow to get us settled and out when we returned the trailer. Over all the trailer worked very well made four trips.

My family and I went to Home Depot (Sierra Lakes Parkway location) to purchase paint. I speak to a woman (I believe her name is Rachel)and she is the only woman in the paint department (this was between 12pm-1:45pm). As I was telling her specifics about how many gallons I wanted type of paint (gloss, semi-goss, etc)., I need to decide the base of the paint. She was rushing me and not allowing me to decide what would be the best fit for the walls in my home. She was not overly rude, but she definitely did not want to address any questions that I had about the carious paint bases. It seems like every time I go to this particular Home Depot in the paint department, they are not happy to be there, at least for me. Once she hurried me along (mind you no one was behind me) another gentleman came about 10-15 minutes later and she was more apt to assist him, possibly because her co-workers were right next to her. I would rather drive 15 minutes to the Rancho Cucamonga location than less than 10 minutes to the Fontana Home Depot. I am not sure why the employees are not pleasant or at least fake it in the paint department.

Big place for screws and lumber or wire and tools. Much bigger than most Home Depot stores around. They have the same amount of scarce staff, you always have to run and find someone which takes longer than finding the actual part or material you need.

My husband and I visited The Home Depot on Sunday morning. We were looking for carpet information and Gabriel was the sales associate that assisted us. I was a bit disappointed upon arrival to that department because we were not acknowledged by the 2 sales associates that were already there. But here comes Gabriel with a huge smile and eager to help. Total time we spent there with Gabriel was under 15 minutes. He answered all my questions and set up my installation estimate with enough time for my husband to return home and watch his football game. We are now eagerly waiting for our carpet to be installed. I will post on that event soon.

The parking lot was full like I was going to Costco. There were a lot of cars but it didnt equal to that in the store. I was ready to buy a fridge it wasnt incredibly busy but there was only one lady on the floor. Waiting to make my purchase while she follows someone that wasnt sure on what she wanted. I dont buy many appliances but I would think that I would secure the for sure sale since I told the lady I was ready. Well it gave me the opportunity to compare to best buy. The price was about the same and the delivery was sooner it was Friday I can get it Tuesday. So home depot lot a customer today. May not be the first place I will go in the future. If you are in a similar position compare stores. You might fair better. I think I did!!!

Every time I have a need to go to a warehouse the only place I have need of going to is Home Depot. Great prices, great individuals working there, and quality products. This time I needed to clean my pool and do some yard work. Rented the trash pump for a very good price and purchased some gloves, string for the trimmer, and an extension chord. Everything I needed was available and I even got some help from Big Ed and Ana at the rental area. Purchase was satisfactory and I will continue to go to Home Depot for my homes needs or repairs.
