Martin Howard works at the Folsom Lake 300 Plaza Dr. Caliber Collision in Folsom, CA and I couldn’t be happier with my service. Martin stayed late just so that he could take a look at my car and help me buff out the scuff I had just gotten an hour earlier. I included pictures to show what a wonderful job he did as well. He was so nice, helpful, professional, and made the scratch on my car look like it was never there. 10/10 recommend going to this Caliber Collision and requesting Martin. I purchased a new 2021 F150 with a dealer installed lift and 37 inch tires. Unfortunately the large tires caught on the mud flap and tore the quarter panel. Tony Mcfarren evaluated the damage and confirmed it was due to the dealer installed tires and factory mud flaps. He worked directly with the dealership to approve the repairs and coordinated with me to schedule the repairs. In addition Tony made recommendations on how to repair and ensure no further damage would occur in the future. They fixed my beautiful Big Red truck better than new.

My nearly new car had a hood dent from a stray rock flying up from the road. I brought it to Caliber Collision on Auto Plaza in Folsom, which was the auto body shop recommended by my insurance company. Because I had used their services for body work on two previous cars, I was delighted to be reunited with their staff. From the reception I received to the work that was done, I found the experience professional, efficient, and a good value. I highly recommend Marty, Dan, and John. as an added bonus, their regional manager Johnnie checked on the job to ensure quality and even stopped by when I picked the car up. Excellent customer service! (And They are right next-door to Enterprise Rental Car!)

Good work on body and paint matching. I received my vehicle on August 6, 2021. My tire pressure sensor was not working they tried to tell me I just needed to drive it and it would reset. I advised them thats not how it works. They scanned the sensor and it was not working. I had to take it to the tire store to get it repaired. I also had a Sport 4x4 decal on my left rear corner panel that was put on crooked. Was told they needed to order a new one and would call me back on Monday, I received my truck on a Thursday.No phone call on Monday, I called Thursday August 12 the advisor told me that he thought about not calling me the previous night. Advisor told stated the decal company would be calling me to schedule a time to replace the decal. Once again, no contact until I called back on August 26, 2021.The advisor then told me he just talked to the decal company and they were replacing the decal Friday August 27, 2021. I advised him that I have received no phone call and am quite irritated with the lack of communication. Advisor said he would call the company and then would call me right back. They decal company called me within 5mins. He told me he was only given the decal and no contact information until the advisor from Caliber just called. Advisor never called back.Horrible communication with no follow through.

Simple fender bender. 2 day turn around. I was worried it would take longer, but everything went really well.

Love Caliber Collision. Using them, I know the work will be well done and professional and my car will come back to me in good working condition and looking better than ever.

Tony paid special attention to the metallic paint blending off the fender and it turned out great!

Caliber collision did a very good job on fixing my car. A little worried at first but they handled the situation very well and they took care of me! Looking at my car I can’t tell if it was in an accident or not. Only thing I could say bad is that I could see some compound from when they buffed my car in some of the small crevices and under the hood is a little Dusty and dirty from the sanding and buffing they did. I’m very happy with the work that was done an Quality that it was done by! I would highly recommend the shop if anyone is in need to go to a body shop for any repairs! Oh and by the way the shop even handled the situation that my insurance company was supposed to handle but never did but caliper came through and got it done faster like for instance my insurance company was supposed to get my car towed to the shop but failed to do so, so my car sat in a tow yard for a week but then caliper ended up handling it and getting it towed there immediately to them.

Great service. I walked in and was provided an estimate same day. They worked seamlessly with my insurance to resolve damages and addressed and explained in detail and questions or I had. They went above and beyond and cleaned the exterior of my vehicle and vacuumed the interior. It looked brand new once they were done with it.

I have used this great business in the past, so when I put a 24” paint scrap on the side of my 2016 Ruby Red Explorer, I took it to Caliber Collision. I met with Tony McFarren, Service Advisor, for a repair estimate. He suggested they first attempt to buff the scrap out, and if unsuccessful, do a full estimate. Tony got me in the next day for the buffing, and 30 minutes later, the Explorer was ready...looked like new. When I asked Tony for the cost, he said...No Charge. You know, during these insane times with the Covid and general turmoil in our country, this act of kindness renews one’s trust with our neighbors, I highly recommend Caliber Collision for vehicle repair.

I went to Caliber Collision this morning regarding a small scratch on my passenger side rear door of my Kia Sportage. Tony came out looked at it and told me they could possible buff it out but there might be spots that may need pint touch ups and in that case it wouldn’t look as good as the original paint. I told him to do the best they could do. Fifteen minutes later Tony brought my car back and the scratch was gone and you wound never have Known it was scratch at all. Tony and everyone else are true professionals and if you ever need body work don on your vehicle Caliber Collision is the place to go.

From the moment you walk into this auto body repair shop, you are greated promptly by a friendly receptionist. I had some additional issues after my repair but Marty and Dan promised me they would do a thorough evaluation and figure my issues. I was treated with out most respect and professionalism from the beginning to the end.I had already gotten my car back but Dan got me a rental and had me take my car back. It looks like they figured out my car issue.I am really glad Progressive referred me here. This shop is professional and they keep their promises and i will definitely return, but i hope I dont as that would mean I need another body repair. 😊

I was recently in an accident and referred to this shop by my insurance company. The shop is a certified Ford Repair Center, so I was very happy to take my Ford F150 in for repairs. I never wanted to go to a body shop to get my car fixed, I always grew up hearing the horror stories of how terrible the experience is. Caliber completely changed my jaded view of auto repair. About 3 weeks ago I hit a deer in my new Honda Accord, I was devastated, my insurance company directed me to Caliber Collision. I have never been in an accident and did not know what to expect, the staff at Caliber was so friendly and helpful I was completely confident in them. In a residential area of Folsom, parked right outside my home, someone seemingly backed into my fender and damaged it bad (though not bad enough to the point it wasn’t drivable). I went to Caliber Collision due to previously working with them in the past and also the reviews I read about this particular site. Dan, the GM, was the main person who helped me and he was respectful and kind throughout the whole process. Sometimes in this industry you can find folks who may give you attitude based on unknown factors (being “younger” and not appearing to be “from around here” sometimes occurs). However, that wasn’t the case with Dan and his team.Dan was so professional and his team was respectful every step of the way. He also gave me insight on the insurance business and helped to take care of me when Liberty Mutual didn’t appear to want to work with me on this case which was no fault of my own (as insurance companies tend to do-you can pay on time for ten straight years without ever needing anything from then only for them to say your rates “may” go up even though it wasn’t your fault). Dan was able to get me a price that was lower than the going rate for a fender incident and the car looks brand new. An added bonus was they cleaned it inside which I did not expect. It was also completed within a day and a half and Dan aimed to get the work done that soon to save me on my rental.Overall, I would certainly work with them again (though hoping that doesn’t happen any time soon!!!).

I went on an off-roading/camping trip with some buddies and afterwards, had multiple scratches down each side of my 4Runner.I took my car to Caliber Collision to see what could be done and Tony was awesome. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and the quote was below what I was expecting! I left my 4Runner with them and they were able to get all the scratches out. The paint looks like new! I was really impressed as some of the scratches looked pretty deep.I will definitely be using their services if I need anymore work done and Id highly recommend them.

They were helpful, thorough, and friendly as my paint issue was resolved. In addition, the front desk staff was also very friendly. Everything about the visit was coordinated perfectly: the rental car, the estimate, the insurance company, and the pick up of my own vehicle and drop off of rental car afterwards. Not only were the damaged body panels repaired perfectly, but a number of other scuffs were buffed out on my truck as well. The repair was completed a day in advance of the promised date. All personnel were friendly and knowledgeable.

Our 16 year old daughter got in a car accident a few days before her winter break. Initially I tried to request a quote through google and for some reason it didnt work. I tried again and got a response within about 20 mins. Since they asked for more info, I ended up driving over there but they were able to check my car out right away and actually fixed it on the spot. Great service and friendly people. I will definitely be going back for some more minor repairs soon.

So I had purchased a new Camry XSE and added mud flaps. The mudflaps came as the black trim color which I thought looked cheap. I went across the street to Caliber Collision to see if they could paint them. To my surprise they would do it. I am a repeat customer so I am sure that helped. Dan Miller handled my tiny job and now my Camry is an original with body color mudflaps. Thank you Dan, John and the Caliber crew.

They do all of the repair work for pretty much all the dealerships but the Ford dealership sends any repairs to them and Ford always recommends them over anyone. They are very thorough in their search for making things right on your car and they are very reasonable in price. When they are done you cant even tell if your car was in an accident it looks like its off the showroom floor.

Got my truck back looking brand new, you would never be able to tell it was even in a accident! Thank you! You guys are the best most awesome repair shop I know!!!

To everyone complaining about not being able to get a hold of these guys - ITS BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY! Be patient. Call them a few times and you will get them. John is a cool guy who knows what he is doing. Called me every day they had my 4runner and gave me an update. Great work at a very fair price. Definitely recommend using them for your Toyota.

Julie Cadot is amazing. She was my service advisor and went above and beyond the call of duty. I am really picky about my car and she was too as she also shares a passion for muscle cars and the love of maintaining a nice looking car. I give the shop 5 stars but Julie gets a 10.

NIGHTMARE!!! No one wants to be lied to. I was told 3 times the parts were ordered. My original estimate and completion date doubled, which i agreed to. After three weeks and they STILL did not even order my replacement parts, I sent a tow truck to get my vehicle. They spitefully threw most of my parts in the trunk, damaging the vehicle worse. When I called to get the missing PARTS, they sent ONE in an UBER to the wrong address. Im still waiting for one part from them and they wont return my calls. Save yourself, go elsewhere

These guys do great work. I especially appreciate the manager Johnny Macgillvary for always being so helpful whenever I need any Auto body repairs.
