I wish I could give 0 stars but thats not a thing. I trusted my entire home to their storage facility to keep safe. Every treasured keepsake, furniture, decor, clothes for my whole family, all of it when we lost our home. I have paid my rent every month and my rates have increased 3 times. We checked on our shed and it is completely infested with mice!! I mean INFESTED! They have chewed through boxes into clothes, there is feces and urine and who knows what else on everything. We moved our daughers mattress and ick poured from it, like POURED. It was awful. The mgr stated they wont do anything about the problem and we should just move our belongings somewhere else. Im SO disappointed in the cleanliness and customer service at this location! If you value your belongings, DO NOT STORE THEM THERE!!
