I like the store the variations of things they. Sell is great but half of pajamas 4$? Really?. I understand prices go up but dont make it impossible for people to enjoy your store by being ridiculous with the price hike

Tons of stuff but that may be because their pricing is very inconsistent throughout the store. Used books for $3… Even on very common books. Cardinal shirts for $12… Cardinal players that don’t even play for the team is $8, Or you can get a Jesus circus clock for six dollars which honestly seems like the best bargain of everything. Really this stuff is donations so they can definitely be more consistent and reasonable with costs there’s no reason to mark stuff up so much. It’s a bit out of hand. Very inconsistent throughout not only the store but all the other locations

The good will is the best place to find all sorts of goods and others things u need

I tried to call in on a lady who was rude when I returned an item. you just dont run off at the mouth cuz you want to its not professional. She needs to be terminated. The manager on the phone was against me for calling in on her employee cuz she rude just like her. How can you address the issue when you dont know who Im referring to cuz she didnt ask. Will not be returning. You guys are unprofessional!!!

Blah blah blah etc etc check out our sales.You can literally view the financial statement for the company online for free. Goodwill is massively profitable and exactly 0 of the other stores are gouging customers like this location.This is a poor attempt to raise profits, while it’s actually decreasing sales. I walked out with buying several items.It’s pretty simple to understand you need customers to buy as many products per trip as possible.It’s silly to say the least.I’m glad you pay more than minimum wage, you should be, you’re selling stuff you get for free.Talking about costa rising but Goodwill owns their own buildings look at the financial statement.The company overall is massively profitable, if you don’t believe me listen to the radio or TV ads that run every five minutes, those aren’t free.This location really needs an overhaul in their pricing structure and possibly their management.The store is good it’s the pricing/mgmt that is ridiculous and out of proportion to the rest of the comparable stores in basically all of the metro area.It’s pretty simple you guys are already doing well Financially. Being greedy is a very shortsighted and ineffective.

I enjoyed my visit. I was searching for bins to use in gardening and I found several and a few extra perks. The store was clean, not crowded and the cashier was pleasant.

Like the music artist Macklemore I love thrift shopping and this is my favorite place to grab bargains

The service was great and the staff was very helpful. I dont live in Missouri, but this was one of the best experiences that Ive had in the state. I would definitely return to that location, moreover, there are several other goodwill locals in the area. Making product selection and availability more suited to a traveler like myself.

I was able to find a great deal of items just in time of need. Some things seemed a little too pricey to be coming from the Goodwill though.

They hype their prices up. Its donated items it should not be as high or higher then the online stores. Its ridiculous.

Employees arent very friendly. Good deals occasionally though. Goodwill is supposed to be non-profit but they are obviously all about profit. I prefer the Salvation Army. At least my money isnt going in the pocket of the CEO.

Nice store, clean, but the dressing rooms arent open due to CV19, but sign says theyve extended their return policy. I ask the employee about it and because most of my items are red barbed sale items, they are non returnable. This is not fair! Ill probably shop elsewhere until this policy is changed...Reply to my reply: It is no more unsafe to allow me to exchange red barbed items than any others. I have no problems w/ to CV19 safety procedures, I have problems w/ you saying a policy was changed but excluding items poverty stricken can afford more easily. This is deplorable.

Was clean and organized. Found a few good bargains. Just like to look. P.S. they have no bags to put stuff in when your done. Bring some with you. 😁

Just your average Goodwill. I went there looking for blankets or comforters. They had a poor selection and were a bit over priced. I did find a quilt but they wanted to charge me the price of a comforter. Did not want to spend that much. Also it used to be whatever color tag was the special color everything that had that color tag was 50% off. Not anymore now all you get is 25% off what a ripoff. This was a smaller store. But hey if your in the area stop in.

Its Hit or Miss weather Ill find something good here. But my daughter always finds kids books for her classroom.

Its clean and has friendly staff but I put my shorts back because I couldnt try them on, I dont do returns. Ive been to 2 different goodwills in lowa and they allowed people to try clothes on???

Great finds and deals

Its really clean and organized. However, someone that works there is a collector or something. Everything is priced very expensive per usual Goodwill pricing. Seems like things are priced close to the real value. 10x cheaper at the Harvester store which doesnt make sense.

Shelves were bare. Most of the blue tagged item were removed from the shelves really early.

Our experience tonight was absolutely awful. We went to pay for our items, the card ran through and we signed but the receipt didnt come out and so they asked us to swipe again, it declined the second time and we checked the account and the money came out. They asked us to swipe again which would mean a double charge. The service was rude and condescending as we explained we didnt have enough to be charged twice. They are now holding our items to see if the payment goes through. They were beyond rude during the entire process. I wont be shopping there again.

Like the new digs😃 Really appreciate how much easier it is to get in and out of the parking lot and the load/drop point has much easier access on the side rather going in back as the old location required. As with all Goodwill, the prices are GREAT for those on a skimpier budget or with an unlimited budget. I did notice there wasnt as large a furniture selection, but then they did recently move😮 Plenty of room for a large array of merchandise. My wife and I frequent several locations. This crew is doing a good job👍

I LOVE this store

This store is a decent offering for a thrift store and they have numerous aisles of clothes and miscellaneous items for the house that you may need. However, its best to keep an eye out for particular sales on any given day because some of the items can be pricier than most thrift stores. Other than that the store is bigger now and if you come at the right time you may find some nice things.

This Goodwill store makes donating easy. You drive up and there is someone present to help you unload your items. I will definitely donate this way more often.

I like this place. I usually go there after work. Once my girlfriend likes vintage jewerly and also re-do antique clothes, I always find cool stuff for her. The staff is helpful and polite, they keep the place clean and are concerned about organization.

The place is nicely organized. Clothes are arranged by color. The shelves are packed. You have to take your time going through them because there are a lot of cool items. Dont go there if you are in a hurry.

Friendly cashier greet you when come in. I was looking for things in the furniture area, not a lot to choose from but I did find a couple of pieces that will work. The cashier told me they have customers that shop early and daily so they can get the best buy first..good to know!

I live this place good gently used items. Children grow so fast I buy most of my girls play clothes there and you cant tell they are used. Employees are very helpful as well.

I go to this location all the time and I absolutely adore the employees and the manager there also very friendly and helpful. Its almost to the point where everyone in the store says hi to me when I come in which is very nice and makes me want to go more often

My favorite spot

My experience with goodwill retail store located in Florissant, Missouri was positive and admirable. The workers all seem to really enjoy their jobs. The store is clean and organized. Lots of nice things to sort through with appealing prices. Some of the merchandise is new or barley used. Not to mention in style and trendy. In telling my experience ,I donated several items the other day and I was somewhat hurried by the plans ahead of me on this particular day. I mistakenly donated one of my ipads. When idealized my mistake, I called the store immediately and explained how I had mistakenly given the item away and its description and they were so attentive and promised to look into what happened. After hanging up from speaking with the store manager I felt assured that she would call me back and she did within 15 minutes letting me know that my iPad was there and I could pick it up....I cant describe how relieved I was in hearing that...there are still people who are both honest and with integrity!!..thank you Denise and God bless. I have been donating quite frequently as of lately..and when you drive up..someone comes out immediately to unload your car..very polite and friendly..

Male employee PURPOSELY WALKED IN on me while in the dressing room! He knocked and did not hear me respond TWICE (or maybe he did), another employee TOLD HIM Someone is in there! he responded while unlocking the door I GUESS WELL FIND OUT IF SOMEONE IS IN HERE! I spoke to the manager and calling regional manager tomorrow about the creeper. Maybe employees could bend down to check under the door BEFORE they invade a persons privacy?! But i get a feeling its too inconvenient to show respect to another human being.

I found some really good classic books for less than $3

No maternity clothes I pair of pants and overpriced items I found some open swimmers and still had to pay full price because it came from 🎯 target which the marked down from retail by $3.00
