All the City Gears are pretty bad but this is one of the worst…everyone from the store manager to the staff are very unprofessional (in person and on the phone). They feel if you are black they can talk to you any kind of way and honestly I believe they are backdooring hyped releases. City Gear corporate needs to come in and investigate this store and get a entire new staff in there asap.

Customer service was horrible and very ghetto.

Customer service horrible. Everyone standing around on their phones. I was asked to remove my hood upon entrance of the store. When i got the counter no one greeted me when it was time to check out. No pleasantries or anything to build customer repore. No stars !
