Can always get in and out of this location. Most items are stocked properly and the staff will help you find items you need. Clearance deals be pretty cool too. And of course the Pro Desk can help with with any needs as well.

Went in today for a door. Prices good, and I picked up some painting supplies as well. Did not need customer service today, and at the self checkout there was a nice lady greeting people and helping them scan if something went wrong.

This seems to be a pretty decent Home depot, I really didnt go inside due to my aunt wanting to get plants and dirt, but it was pretty crowded, but thats expected for this time of year.

Went to get a kitchen design done & had a very nice experience with Misha one of their designers. Was great to work with 😃

This is my go to Home Depot. I absolutely find this store clean, organized and well stocked. I absolutely love the parking lot and it’s easy to get in and out. The workers are helpful and always available to ask questions.

I was in Home Depot last evening at the customers service area. I was met by this young lady named TANESHA (Sha). She was a breath of fresh air. She was wonderful! As a matter of fact she’s always wonderful from my experiences with her. In fact, I may encounter someone rude there, but when I see her I know I can trust she’ll make things okay for me. This girl has a gift not just in the customer she has a good spirit about her as well. She knows the product and you can trust her judgment you can trust what says. I would like to see her become a head person there. She deserves to be at the top. She should be managerial level. Please consider a promotion for her.

Nice, friendly people. Not always easy to find someone to help. Great bunch of folks though. Prices are a little higher, but you can find things there you cant find anywhere else. The hand sanitizer was really weird.

I cant say that every visit that Ive had at this store has been the best but my most recent visit was hands down thee best experience Ive ever had. Kim was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. She educated our family on lawn care and bought children cookies. I wish ALL the employees could be like her!

This is one of very few hardware stores in Florissant (the others being True Value). Compared to other Home Depots Ive been to, it seems that its a bit more cramped. Selection seems a bit slimmer too. However, Ive always had good experiences here. Its pretty much the same service you would get from any Home Depot.

Went to the store in the morning and they sold me a used power tool. Then returned it and waited over 30 minutes for someone to come and help. Ridiculous that no one is available to help or answer a page to help a customer..

Lady working the paint counter was friendly, helpful and courteous. Found everything I needed in various departments. Only self- scan open for check out as it was near closing, but gentleman was nearby and helpful as well.

Im giving this location 3 stars and the reason is no one wants to help you and you please dont waste your time calling they will transfer you to a phone line that no one answer. Its just hard to get help from anyone. I have been going there for 20 plus years and have seen the changes in the staff and todate they are younger and inexperience or they lack the knowledge of the section that they are working in.

Had keys made. They didnt work. They never work. I shouldnt say never. Out of about 40 attempts maybe 10% have worked thru the years. I applaud myself this time for actually taking them back for a refund. Never again.

I asked for help in the tools department from customer service and no one showed up. Second the customer service agent was busy talking to other employees instead y addressing me.

I would never recommend this store, there is never any help when trying get something. Dont bother asking the workers any questions thet will tell you its not their department and they will send someone over. That will never happen I waited 35min just to get some wood cut and the guys was mad about doing it.

They were very helpful and they stayed with u till they found the item you were looking for. The cashier was funny he made me laugh that was a plus.

I would give you zero stars if I could..Terrible experience with delivery of a patio door. Ordered online and selected a delivery date and time. Received email confirmation the day prior to scheduled delivery date, and all appeared ok. Delivery day arrived and we waited 8 hours for the door to arrive.. no door.. called store and was told that they werent doing delivery due to the Holiday, and that they were supposed to call me to reschedule.. needless to say, they didnt. Manager apologized and assured me that the door would be delivered this morning before 7:30, and before the contractors arrived. At 8:00 I contacted the store to determine the status of the delivery.. was told that they didnt have strong enough guys to load and deliver the door. So now my install is delayed, I am forced to pay contractors for a day of no work. Pathetic customer service. Will order from Lowes or Menards in the future...

I purchased GE Appliance in March of 2021. It no longer works at all no power. I called the Florissant store.Eventually got rude Kristen Who stated she would call me back And never did. I dont advise purchasing appliances From this place. You evidently cant return if its less than 6 months from date of purchase.

Not a lot of workers available to help with things, but a special plug for David. Hes a very kind, manerable, and helpful young man. DJ was also very helpful in finding and securing from top shelves the toilets I wanted.

Currently not happy with this location - had to take off work to ensure that my carpet would get installed only to find out the previous person i spoke too back in early april messed up my appointment for today and now im waiting until wed to get the carpet installed. Maybe submit my appointment emails so i can ensure i can be prepared for that day? the service they used doesnt have confirmation numbers so im not suprised they messed this up and i still havent received my recent confirmation for wed. I will be calling back if i dont get my email by noon. I dunno home depot this is pretty lack luster.

The assistant in appliances seemed to not want to assist, when I was told 2 weeks prior that a product would be in , it was still not on shelf , waitedc5 minutes to get assistance and did not see anyone. Finally saw someone and he said hang on ill call for help , he did snd waited 15 minutes and no one showed, so I saw a employee in appliances and asked if I could get assistance and she looked around and begrudgingly decided she would help, I showed her the item and explained I was told it was supposed to be in on the 25th as it was the 28th and she pulled out her computer scanned it and said , it not here yet, I then asked if she showed when it might be in as i work logistics and she said you will have to go to the service and ask, I said really your machine foes not show any routing she said no, I asked her if she could write the sku and product number down and she seemed upset , she then walked back to ger area , i stayed in the aisle for a minute, then decided to go over so she would not have to walk over to me, I waited about 30 seconds, then she got up handed me a piece of paper with the info , and said sarcastically. You know you could just take a picture next time, i just said thank you mam and walked away, and as I was leaving adressed it with store manager, who apologized and said we are sorry that us not right, I said intent is not to get anyone in trouble just it needed to be reminded to associate that is not the right way to treat customers, and did not want individual to get in any trouble just to remind them, manager said totally understand and that is what she would do.

Good service once you can catch someone to help you. They like to play hide and seek sometimes. Lowes may have better pricing on some items.

The older gentleman that works in lighting was not helpful, he was not very nice either. He didnt help offer a solution to our problem . He just said no one makes those light fixtures anymore and walked away. Another worker a woman, very nice, very helpful tried for us, but ended up having to get him to answer some questions. So we had to deal with him twice. I know its the holidays and uneducated customers are a pain with our stupid to someone who knows questions, but you are in the service industry. Will not go back.

But go to Bridgeton which is farther for me and I have the complete opposite treatment. Its welcoming and they are helpful. Curbside was very easy and very quick!

Not a bad store. I think that the associates are doing the best they can to keep up with the surge of online demands during COVID-19. However, the one issue I have is that an order I placed on May 24, was unfulfilled. Any attempts to call were void. They do not answer the phone. I actually went up to this store this morning while on the phone to see if it was so crowded that nobody could answer the phone. Come to find out, they werent busy, the phone calls just werent being answered. Nonetheless, the associate was able to rectify the situation and I finally received my order. I will no longer patron this location for future purchases

This is my favorite HOME DEPOT, bar none. The staff is always friendly and eager to help, especially my go-to girls, Georisha and Kirsten. The manager, Marco Garcia, sets a great example for his staff. Any boss can bark orders and go hide but Marco sets a great example for his staff. Hard-working, he seems to be everywhere yet is never too busy to stop and help customers with a smile. I thoroughly enjoy shopping here.

Staff is depleting slowly at this location. Research what you need before you go. Home Fepot still had everything you need for home improvement and construction needs of all sorts
