This was my first time and the lady was kind and understanding. She knew what I was talking about. Anti trip device for my stove. She gave me the confidence that I could install the device myself. She was so happy to help me. When I need a appliance I will go back. Thank you for your help and and making me feel special and important.

I have to post at least one star but they actually get zero stars - Horrible service. My 87 year old Mother called for service on her refrigerator. The freezer was not working properly. She unplugged it because it was getting hot and she was afraid of the potential for it catching fire. She unloaded the little food she had into a cooler and she called for service and explained the situation with the freezer. When the serviceman showed up he had a bad attitude. He berated her saying over and over that she should not have unplugged it. He would not be able to locate the problem because it was not running. He finally took of two covers, around the controls and back then said the same thing again to her. She had enough at that point and asked him to put it back together, collect his tools and leave. He called her rude. REALLY!!! She was rude? He needs to get a reality check. She should have been told to plug it back in the day of the service call if that is what is required. We will never call them for service again.

I really like Keeven appliance they have been very helpful in telling me were to find the model number and helping me find the item that I needed. The company that a worked for used Keeven appliance. There customer service is great, respectable, know nonsense service.

I. AM. DONE!!! We called to have our oven looked at because it wouldn’t heat up. Tech at first told us he didn’t think they made parts for our model any longer and it would cost $5000 to buy a new one. He said he’d let us know if he could get parts. He called back a couple days later and said he could order the board to fix the oven. My husband told him to move forward and get a price. The tech did not follow up with us or call. We called back when we returned from vacation (3 weeks after service call). Receptionist said she would have the tech call. No call back. Called again today (another week gone by) and the receptionist took the info and said she’d pass it on. I asked that she have someone call and let us know if the parts been ordered or not either way since it’s been over a month since or service call. She rudely informed me “Our tech is hard to reach” and hung up on me before I could respond. We will be canceling any future service and will never use Keeven again. Sad because we had positive experiences in the past and like to use local when we can.

DO NOT PURCHASE USED. I purchased a used washer from here and when I used it, I noticed there were rust particles in my clothing. Unfortunately, I was going out of town for a while so I didn’t call it in. When I came back, I went to use it and the washer filled with water and wouldn’t work or drain. I used this thing for maybe 4-5 washes but by this time I was passed the 3 month warranty due to me being out of town. I called them and they stated $64 service call fee plus any parts and labor to fix.. I am pretty certain the issue that is happening now is the issue that was present before they “rebuilt” it, hints the rust from water sitting which appeared in my initial use. This place is throwing parts together and reselling them.. Don’t bother losing your money or time.

Do not patronize this place! They do NOT appreciate your business and have horrible customer service. I just called in the report that the crisper drawer that I waited on for over a month (even though the gentleman who took the order stated 3 days) was the wrong drawer. Upon purchase of the drawer my husband and I specifically stated it was the top crisper drawer that was needed and even provided the model number. After waiting for a month we were called to pick the item up only to get home to discover that we were sent the bottom drawer instead. We immediately called Keeven to advise of their error and I asked what could be done to get us the correct drawer with expedited shipping since we had already waited so long. There was no apology from the lady who took the call, instead she placed Barb in the phone who rudely stated “This is Barb, do you want us to reorder the drawer or not!” At this point is was so displeased with the lack or customer service that I just responded “yes, we’ll just take the refund”. I’ve done so much business over that past 10 years with this company as I have managed a number of apartment communities in the north & west county area. I will no longer patronize them and will do everything in my power to ensure that anyone that I associate with will not use them as well. They do not not appreciate your business at all. Maybe had I identified the companies that I work for this would have been different However, that should not dictate how they deal with their customers. A simple apology for the error and a I’ll see what can be done to correct this would have been sufficient. I would never dream of being this rude to anyone that spends money at my establishment.

Close to my home and I have been buying from them for 40 years. Good service, fast delivery and installation. Good brands.

Complete rip off!!!! Almost cost me and my family our lives! They duck taped a burnt wire together and then taped a piece of plastic over the plate cover so it wouldn’t touch the metal plate! Thank God our power box kicked the dryer off! Do NOT..Do NOT trust this business!!!

Incredible...Keeven Appliance is an example of what is wrong with this Country. Called and asked about a Maytag Free Standing Range..and their price. I live Locally ( Florissant ) and want to keep my Tax dollars Local. But the very same ELECTRIC STOVE.. That I saw online at other Local St.Louis area for less than $700.00...Keeven wanted $1100.00 and with taxes $1200.00 for it. And they wouldnt budge on the price. Go ahead and Gouge your neighbor there Keeven...You wont have my Business again... EVER

The lady named Phillis who helped my boyfriend and I with purchasing a washer was very helpful, kind, and warm welcoming from the moment we walked in the door! She let us use their dolly and helped us load up the washer in our car with her own two hands! She made sure to give us all the information we needed without us having to ask! She even made sure we had hoses at home. She treated us the way a guest should be treated. I really wish you guys had an electric dryer because I would definitely give you guys my money!

This business is unable to schedule an appointment a week in advance because it might get lost and theres no guarantee the technician will be available. Unacceptable!

Five stars. Had a great experience coming in and browsing dishwashers side by side, asking questions, etc. at the Florissant location. Friendly staff, easy purchase process. And they had a good sale going on that I wasnt even previously aware of. All around a much simpler process than going to the Home Depot up the street and glad to support a local business.

Order part for oven working on very surprising they could get from last time I was there.

They deliver damaged good. Supposed new. Promising to make it right, I accepted delivery. They never did a thing and got nasty on the phone when I called for information. I will never buy anything from keeven appliance again.

Service appointment was scheduled late last week for dishwasher repair. They called me the following Monday and said they would be here today (Friday). I called at noon and was told thr service person would be here between 12pm and 3:30pm. I called again at 3:45pm when the service person didnt show. I was told in a rude and very defensive manner that they tried calling although my smart phone showed no incoming call. I asked to be rescheduled for first thing Saturday as I had to leave after waiting all day to take care of personal matters. I was told in a very rude and disrespectful manner that they couldnt do that. I canceled the appointment and again was met with a rude and unprofessional rsponse. Based upon other reviews in this forum I see a negative pattern with this company. They will be reported to the BBB. If you do business with Keeven Appliance, BUYER BEWARE. While I always like to support locally owned businesses, I wholeheartedly agree with a previous review in this forum. THESE GUYS ARE LIARS. If they called as they said, why didnt they leave a message??!! LIARS.

If i could give this location zero stars i would. My family and i entered this location in hopes to purchase a refrigerator. When we walked into the location we werent greeted nor were we asked if there was anything we needed help with! We walked around the store looking at refrigerators and we found one that we were interested in until we opened the door and a roach fell out. Still no one acknowledged the fact that we were there and no one acknowledged the fact we were leaving upon exiting. Mind you we were the only shoppers in the store. The only one that acknowledged us was the roach. This location needs to do better or hire that roach on as an employee.

Old school shops are becoming rare and this appliance repair shop is a little gem. They havent steered me wrong in 15 years as a weekend warrior which is surprising considering I know nothing about appliances. You are greeted by two really sweet older ladies, one of which Im convinced is the owner. If you bring in an old part or a photo they can usually find it. These Gals know their stuff. If you think you can do it yourself self give them a shot.

This is where we purchase our appliances. Family owned, knowledgeable staff. They were able to find a replacement rack for my 1972 oven!

Ok, I had two things I needed to pick up. When I walked into Keeven Appliances I needed a mounting bracket that goes on the wall for my over the microwave my family just got and also another piece that you screw the top side of the microwave into the cabinet above. I asked if they sold parts and the lady said yes. So I proceeded to tell her what I needed. I showed her the small piece I brought with me. She blithered on how I needed to go e the serial number for the machine. I told her which I had and I knew she had the piece because I looked at a few microwave of the same brand and of course they part on top of each one the same exact part was on each one. I caught her in a lie because anyone who has a brain know if multiple models of any brand have the same piece then you dont a seriel number. I found online and without any other information than I have her. Liers lose my business so I walked out. She had the nerve to come outside and say something to me but I was too mad to listen. I got in the car and left. Goodby lier I hope noone goes there

They do have decent selection of parts, not so much with appliances, and you pay more for everything here. No customer service, they were rude to me and I heard them yell at a customer over the phone. Ended up having to return a part, no tax refunded on the part with no explanation other than a hard No when I asked about refunding tax...Will not be going back. Bad customer service is a choice this day and age.

I paid for a pressure switch on Saturday but they didnt order it till Monday, I got the part on Tuesday and when I went to put on I found out it was the wrong part but I am not surprised since they are very old and I kept having to repeat myself. I called back and after 15 minutes of giving them numbers repeatedly and waiting on hold I guess they couldnt find it and they just hung up and since it was almost closing time they wouldnt answer. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!

I replaced my washer three times in the last year-and- the dryer once. The info that I got, on the brands and the quality of the washer and dryer . I upgraded on my washer and dryer . The best thing about it is I saved money my gas bill was only $10 higher but my electric bill was $40 less since I switched from a electric dryer to a gas dryer . And the only difference was on upgrading the washer is, Ive got cleaner clothes and Im not worried about it breaking down . It was money well spent thanks to Keeven Appliance. Thanks again

Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. My husband is a skilled DIYer, but sometimes I have a hard time figuring out the part number to order for the various appliance repairs he needs to do. Keevens ALWAYS comes through for me. Most recently, I needed a new latch for the dishwasher, but my online search for the proper part number was confusing. I called Keeven and provided the model number of the dishwasher, and the lady I spoke with was able to locate the proper part for me. She ordered it, and my husband installed it; my dishwasher is now working perfectly again! I love Keevens (and my handy husband, too :)).

Absolutely rude customer service from the lady whom answered the phone. Quoted me $55-$80 for a part that I had researched and saw averaged about $20. She told me, Well, maybe you should just go buy it yourself then.

Called and made an appointment for the next day for my refrigerator to be repaired. I was told I would receive a call when in route... I never received the becuase the person that made the appointment wrote down the wrong number and the repairman just showed up and no one was there. I called back only to find out how rude they were (they accepted no fault for the wrong number) and told me they could come back the next day between 12 and 5. I schedule off work for that time only to recieve a call the morning of saying someone called off and I would not be serviced today. They are just rude and offer very poor customer service. I will NOT be referring them or shop there again.

The repair man was rude. I had a pilot assembly installed on my hot water heater, he told me it would be $280. I questioned the price and went ahead and let him install it because I had company. I checked around and found that Handyman Hardware would have charged $115. When I tried to get an itemized bill, they were very rude and refused to do so. I had several conversations with them, each time being very rude. Finally I stopped payment on my check and low and behold they all of a sudden wanted to talk. End result was they came and removed the $280 job and I got Handyman to do the same exact thing for $115. They ought to be ashamed for such prices and apologize, but they didnt.

I absolutely loved the service I received! My refrigerator had gone out over the holidays much to my dismay. I called Keevan and was able to schedule service the next day. The tech was professional, had company identification and very clean-cut. He wiped his feet when he entered the house and explained thoroughly the trouble-shooting steps he was doing to diagnose the problem as he was looking at the fridge. He didnt have the part available to repair it that day but did a terrific job setting an expectation of service e.g. explained what he was going to do, when I might expect the part, etc.He exceeded the original expectation by finding a part in town (rather then having to order it) and was able to come back the next business day to finish the repair. The service was reasonable priced and he even fixed my door handle which was a bit loose! I will definitely be calling this company again when I have another issue with any appliance!

Over the phone customer service was good, this is the reason I chose Keeven. I was quoted $54.00 service call and if a repair was done it would be a minimum of $92. The repairman arrived, he did not say hello, never told me his name...just wheres your dryer. I took him to the dryer, a sock had fallen down the lent trap (within 5 mins) he was done. Then he says $92 oh and you need to replace your hose...if you want that it will be $145 ?(another 5 mins). Finally I asked him, his name (hesitantly) he says Stan. I asked how long have you been repairing dryers (hesitantly he says ) a while . I asked him what was the methods of payment...he mentioned everything except check. So I called Keeven while he was here to ask for the methods of payment and to let them know this repairman was horrific! I thought everyone should know...they are over priced and Stan the repairman has HORRIBLE customer service skills!
