Fedex printing is always so reasonably priced.Additionally It is always a pleasure to come in here because the staff is so friendly.

This store is by far the best store in town considering the staff and Joseph K. goes above beyond for yall customers.

If you’re thinking of having your passport renewed here, just skip it. The renewal comes at a premium that you’d expect includes some service but in my experience did not. This is marketed as a one stop shop to get it done and maybe it could be, but not for me. The staff wasn’t rude but they definitely weren’t interested in helping me get it done. Aloof and inconvenienced.

I ship between 350-400 packages a year, and FedEx Office on Turfway is MY store. Every member on staff- Jill, Amy, Molly, Joe, Chad and Lakeisha, are all really wonderful people who are very kind and helpful; I aughta know... Im there several times a week, and I have interacted with everyone multiple times. I am extremely picky about my packages, and they do everything they can to help me get them just right, every single time. They are professional, friendly, service oriented, and really fun to be around, so my visits are like meeting up with good friends. My little business runs very smoothly with the support of this team at this location, so I highly recommend the Turfway FedEx store.

Jill, the manager, did an outstanding job!!! I had a difficult time with the FedEx app and speaking with the FedEx reps on the phone as I was making arrangements on my account. I was making an online purchase in Kentucky and having it shipped to the Lone Star State. Jill listened to me, told me what my options were, and gave me an estimate on the shipment based on my requests. Good ol fashioned customer service! Way to take care of your customers, Jill!!! I appreciated your empathy and hard work. God bless!

I went to the FedEx on Turfway to drop off my Direct TV equipment. The first lady I talked to was unable to help me at all and said I would have to come back with my acct number. Ugh I should have brought it. So I left went to my car and remembered I had it on my phone as a bill receipt. So I went back in and another lady Lakeisha helped me this time. I gave her the acct number and she looked it up but it wasnt coming up. Lakeisha said thats ok I can look it up for you and she did using my name , address and phone number. Then I was able to return the equipment and all taken care if without my having to drive home for an old bill. I really wonder why the first lady could not have done this. Maybe she needs training before she helps others out. Thanks Lakeisha for Going that extra step. I was there on June 9th at 10 AM

Always polite when I have to come in and drop off.

I stopped in and had some packets printed for an up coming retreat. I had a basic version of the packets and Jennifer went above and beyond and made these packets look amazing. Awesome service! Keep it up!

The young lady who waited on me was not knowledgeable and didnt clearly explain the costs or my shipping options. The other young lady kept skipping me and helping those who came in after. I nearly left and went to UPS store across town. I finally left the package in their care, hopefully it gets to its destination. I would not recommend this store.

Have had good experiences with shipping items and also large printing and mailing jobs they have completed for me. Manager of store is very friendly and had good suggestions to help improve things I am doing.

I had the best experience after a bad experience at the library. I had to send a few faxes due to my fax machine not working. A really nice lady named Diamine helped me and faxed everything for me! It was incredibly fast and no hassle at all! I really appreciate the customer service and how respectful she was! Thanks Fed Ex and Diamine! You were my hero yesterday!! I hope you get employee of the month!! Also a nice raise bc you made sure to say hello to everyone as the walked through the door! Thanks again!
