I was heartbroken about needing to pawn my ring but Mike made me feel so at ease. He complimented the band and diamonds, and even asked about the back story on it. They have very reasonable interest rates ($20/month for mine). He & his team also showed me some cool air fishing lures they’d just gotten in & they were so personable that I will never go anywhere else!

Im still trying to stop crying from how unbelievably happy this wonderful place has made me. I could have never imagined such kindest, generosity, and pure good will in my wildest dreams than I have experienced right here. Im overwhelmed in the best possible ways. Thank you guys thank you forever

Very disappointed, poor customer service. I walked in to 2 people talking in the office about health insurance. I waited several minutes and no one even said hello. Therefore I left, and the gentleman followed me out saying honey Im sorry

These guys are awesome. We pawned an engagement ring to help with our sons birthday and expected to get it out at tax time. Well the IRS had a trick for us and we received quite a bit less than we expected. While trying to figure this situation out our pawn actually lapsed. They were willing to pull the ring off the shelf and give us more time even though we hadnt been able to make a payment yet. I cannot be more appreciative for their efforts going over and beyond what would be reasonable.

The staff was very helpful. Hard times fall on people sometimes and they dont make you feel like a bad person just because you might have to pawn a couple things for emergency cash. Reasonable and easy to work with.

Very rude! Called to ask a couple questions and the man that answered was very short with me and quick to get off the phone. Doesnt deserve anyones time or business if its such a hassle.

My experience at this business was totally positive Mike and the staff were honest with me and definitely offered a realistic and very fair price for every item I intend to return and use their services whenever I have an item to Sell or Pawn I had a much better experience at this business than at his local competitors I strongly recommend this place of business

This Pawn shop isn’t like other pawn shops . Pawn shops That only care about two things and that’s your money and your item then go and lie to you. mike ,Charlie, and Jennifer (all family ) will go out of their way to make you feel like family. I actually went to a local pawnshop nearby they told me my diamond was not real but offered me a low value for it because of the silver value I go to Mike he showed me and tested the diamond in front of me ..it was in fact a real diamond ! And gave me The value I was deserved !! thank God I went Stringtown! As far as these crazy other reviews ... in my opinion they lost their item and are just pissed off so they figure they will hurt mike by doing that . People don’t believe everything you read ! Give stringtown a chance ! They are truly nice and make you feel like family ! Lol and I thought the inside was nice lol

I was charged so much interest for my item, was told the interest rate goes up each month so for a $350 loan I had to pay a total of $610 to get my item back. Never again!!!

I pawned one of my firearms cause i was short on cash. When I picked it up it had some rust on it and had been fired. I tore it completely down and cleaned it before I pawned it when I got it back it had residue in the barrel and I only know one way for that to happen so use your imagination and figure out the rest. Can i prove it no I cant but I know how it was when I put it in pawn and I know how it was when I got it out. I will never use this place again. Their storage methods were poor also I seen where they got my gun out of and they had stuff a mess Im glad mine was in a case!

Will never use again,,they tried telling me my bullet proof vest wasnt complete when it obviously was then I was ignored literally the five minutes I stood at the counter,,,never again,I would starve before I walk in and give these guys my buisness,,never had an establishment piss me off so bad,,excuse my french.P.s.,now Im mad brsausevthis app wont let me post this without giving at least one star because they dont deserve it.

Bought a gun took it to a guy to look over because it is my first one I have ever owned he looked it over jammed the first time we tried it as well was extremely filthy had to pay to have it cleaned and found out you can buy that gun new for 159.00$ I paid 100.00$ little steep

I love this place anytime I need a little extra cash these guys always work with me. They are all friendly as well.
