I wanted to give a top star review for my experience with Reeds and the employee who assisted me named Caitlyn (sorry if I misspelled) at the Florence SC mall location. I have zero knowledge of Pandora charms but my daughters birthday was yesterday and I knew she started collecting them. Caitlyn was wonderful from start to finish. She engaged with me to help chose one my daughter would like based on what her hobbies and likes were and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. I ended up with 2 that my daughter loved. She will be my go to the next time I need jewelry. Thanks Reeds!

Anytime I ever want some bling, I will make sure to go back to this place. Charles helped me and my fiancé find the perfect sets and talked to me like I’ve known him forever, very patient and caring and full of ideas and everyone else there is great also! So nice and helpful and very welcoming. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for something nice for themselves or loved ones. This was a very fun and exciting experience thanks to reeds! ❤️

Jillian is an absolute rock star. I went in with my husband looking to upgrade my ring with something specific in mind. After some looking around and trying on, there wasnt a single thing I fell in love with. She walks me over to another case and says, try this. It was no where near what I thought I had my heart set on but it was absolutely perfect. I still get compliments on a weekly basis! So, thank you Jillian! My hand has the prettiest of sparkles!

The staff at this store are amazing! We were helped by a man named Josh who not only helped us when looking at watches but who was right there helping my friends daughter who was too over heated. Will definitely be going back to this store! Great people.

The staff is always helpful. My husband and I bought our wedding rings from Jillian and she was fantastic! Since then, we have also bought other jewelry from Josh and Namesha. Its always a pleasure to buy from them! We wont shop for jewelry from anywhere else.

Reeds Jewelers has always been a great place to us. The staff is by far the best in the area. There are 2 young ladies, Signet and Keisha, really make our shopping experience a joy. Their friendliness and care makes us feel important to them, like family.

I did my research & visited every jewelry store in town. Reeds in Florence had the best quality engagement rings and the most knowledgeable associates I’ve come across. They were very friendly & treated me like a member of the family. Fun experience’ I will recommend Dee Dee and Jillian any day. They earned my business and I am hard to please.

I purchased the lifetime battery replacement warranty several years ago for my watch and I have never had a problem with it being honored until today. Per Charles the store currently did not have the tools necessary to remove the back and replace the battery. The only other options offered was for me to wait until Monday, go to another jewelry store or drive to a sister store in Myrtle Beach, SC or pay to have it shipped off and replaced. I asked for the store and District managers names. The store manager, DeeDee gave me her card, but said she didnt feel comfortable giving our her bosses name. I called the corporate office while in the store and Im waiting on the District manager to return my call.Horrible customer service

Jillian Gosnell was amazing. She was incredibly patient with me and really helped me come up with designs that I wouldn’t have thought of but ended up loving! She’s absolutely the best!!! If you go to reeds ask for her- you won’t be disappointed!!

They have a beautiful selection and amazing employees. I said what I was looking for and they found the perfect fit for my wife and spared no detail showing great knowledge. It was a true opal ring which requires regular maintenance which was explained and was actually able to explain why the warranty was needed in not a money sucking way but real world way. I will use them in the future.

I had a excellent experience. Signet Winn made me feel like I was the number one customer. She was real patient with me n gave some good selection to choose from. I had purchased a 4CT set with a wonderful price. I will recommend anyone to shop at Reeds for any jewelry.

Two thumbs up for Reeds jewelers in florence!!! Jillian helped me pick out the perfect wedding ring!! As well as the perfect payment option for me seeing as how I have horrible credit!! She was extremely patient through the whole process even though they were just minutes from closing by the time it was all said and done. It was a pleasure to shop at Reeds!!! I went there with my Mrs. to pick out a Pandora set. It was suppose to be a surprise but I didnt know much about them so I thought it would be best if I bring her. When we walked in we were greeted by Ms. DeeDee. She really helped us out, she is great. She designs the best Pandora pieces. She is so great I ended up buying 2 Pandora sets instead of 1. She is very patient, we were in there for a few hours but, she took her time showing us all the pieces we wanted to see. I can go on and on saying good things about her , do yourself a favor ask for Ms. DeeDee when you go to REEDS, she will make your visit one you wont forget!!!!

The only reason why ,shop at Reeds is because of the Alex & Ani collection that i love , so much .I dont know what was going on yesterday upon arrival ,there were 3 young ladies working the one that was helping the gentlemen with his card issue, was the only one that acknowledged me as i entered,even though she was helping a customer i proceeded over to the Alex & Ani counter just browsing thinking ,one of the other girls would come over and assist me but, they never did they continued to talk among themselves as the other lady was still helping the young man with his issue , i browsed a bit longer but no one ever asked if i needed help .I have never came into Reeds without purchasing a bracelet from the collection, i wanted to inquire about one in the case but i was tired of waiting so i just left the store disappointed . Other visits were always pleasant .I will try again another day maybe it will be different then.

After visiting three jewelry stores I finally settleted on the ring of my dreams at Reeds in Florence,SC. The entire staff was friendly and full of great spirit. My sales lady Sherri listened to what I wanted and offered exact choices. She created a bridal set specific to my needs ,measured my fiancé’s finger and we chose a band for his very picky taste. Overall, I am very pleased with Sherri’s customer service, knowledge of the jewelry and her bubbly personality. I was happy to be welcomed to the Reeds family.

I always enjoy my visits and every time I walk in im greeted like family. I love Jillian she’s so bubbly and helpful and always makes me laugh. She knows her stuff.
