Ive used this harbor freight a few times when I was in the area. They have similar pricing and tools in stock to other Harbor freight stores. The location is convenient if youre in flint. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

I absolutely love Harbor Freight. Now some of the tools may not be as high quality as some of the professional Brands. But if you are going to Harbor Freight youre probably not looking for a industrial strength type tool. In which case going to Harbor Freight is much cheaper and much easier than Home Depot or Lowes

Theyve got great deals and theres a club you can join to get extra savings. I really enjoy shopping here The warranties are cool, but most times I go there is a long line and it takes forever to check out. I wish they were quicker about getting two or three people to the cash registers when the line gets to the back of the building.

Needed 3 boxes of gloves in various sizes XXL, L and S for my kitchen crew for two church funeral dinners. Was told limit 2 boxes only. Explained situation to management. He didnt seem to care. Went to Walmart got what we needed and saved money too. Didnt pay 19.99 for one box. Thats a total rip off. Harbor freight is taking full advantage of the covid thing to make money. How sad. No coupons either.

I bought a grinder and a dustless bracket to take old paint. I went to HD two times and nobody was there to help me.I parked my car in front of HFT and I bought the tools I needed to install, and every time I had a question or doubt, the employees were there to help me.So, if you have questions about tools, or have never used a grinder, less alone try to install the dustless bracket for the dustless vacuum, this is your place.

I frequent harbor freight tools at different locations, the staff at this one did not seem very knowledgeable. One lady asked us to put on a mask which Im not going to complain about due to the ongoing pandemic however the way that she addressed us I feel like was rude. I have no problem wearing a mask but she could have been courteous about it.

Cheap(er) Chinese manufactured stuff. Can be a really good value if you do your research before buying any tools.

Air conditioner gauges on sale but Flint Mich does not have any the closest store that has one is Jackson, Michigan. Bad business, wont give rain checks either because they say its a holiday special, and the store is not stocked up with any. WHY....

Get dont have much in store as other branches do so I never leave with what I need. Also, there is no one to help in the aisles, no one! At the check out the dude up and left for a price check and was side lined by other shoppers who were also looking for help in the aisles. Took forever to get out. 🙄

First and foremost shout out to the Manager Isaiah by far the most customer friendly manager ive dealt with to date, i run a business and deal with managers daily so... great tools great prices and even better discounts with the ITC membership.BTW the other manager short lady by far the worst customer skills ive seen from a standing manager, so rude, arrogant and just outright cold hearted. she treated me decent but the way she talks to some people is absurd and needs to be fired Thanks to **ISAIAH** for this 5star review he saved the day every time i had a question issue or concern

Nice store overall and good service but need to understand that when u are busy you need to open more registers. I was there today and due to covid only a limited amount of people are allowed inside, so now you have 10 plus people waiting outside and 10 plus people waiting to pay and nobody shopping gotta get better at this.

Out of floor jacks on sale, only had the real expensive ones. No idea when stock arriving. Lots and lots of tools, power equipment and everything you need to run a shop at a fantastic price and good quality.

Not Happy!Bought a product that you cant buy replacement parts for! I didnt even think that was possible in this day & age. I wouldnt be surprised if that is prevalent with products sold through Harbor Freight.

I have a customer service complaint from when I visited in June 2020. One employee was asked by an older gentleman why he was so rude and he replied that he was not rude, he just told it like it is and thats his way. Learn another way, buddy, you are not enhancing the customers experience or representing Harbor Freight in a positive way. Then, same day, the guy running the register waited on an older couple who had wanted the item on sale and bought the wrong item, not on sale. When they noticed it on their receipt and asked him about it, he rolled his eyes and sighed before getting on the PA and asking for a price check. What is wrong with these people, does Harbor Freight not emphasize friendly, courteous customer service in their new employee training?

Nobody was disinfecting the carts. Too many people are dying from this virus and disinfecting the carts is very essential. Wear gloves or you have to bring your own wipes because they are not disinfecting them after use.

Great place to buy tools the Miller Road store under the direction of Ms.Kearol manager and Associate Gavin was very helpful in assisting even when the stock wasnt there gave out rain checks so I can purchase the tools I needed at the price that it said it was I think its just a darn good place
