Very disappointed! I drove and hour to return a set a scrubs that didnt fit right and the rude lady told me no returns because of Covid, yet their sign at the counter still says returns with receipt within 3 days accepted, as does the receipt. Plus all the Covid restrictions have been lifted throughout Michigan, so they are using that excuse unlawfully to take advantage of people! The Lady called the owner and then LIED and said there was deodorant all over the shirt and that the pants had been ironed! I literally just bought it one day earlier and the tags were still on and who in the hell irons scrubs?? So they Refused to accept the return. There Was literally NOTHING wrong with the set, as they were never worn! I will absolutely tell everyone I know not to shop there as they do NOT honor their policies, and the lady was rude. Shame on them and their company.

First time going here. Had never heard or shopped with this business until I started my training with this current company. Its okay.

Staff was so helpful and fast! Knew exactly what I needed and got me in and out fast! The store is clean with a ton of scrubs and uniforms to choose from. I will definitely go back in the future to this sweet lil shop!

Rawls has a good selection and was well stocked. They dont have fitting rooms yet, but the bathroom was clean and carpeted.
