Customer service is always on point here. Im always greeted at the door and the staff is always great about telling you about current promotions and deals. My only problem is that its hard to find large and extra large sizes. Id like to see them be a little more inclusive.

I love going to hot topic, they have such awesome Stuff, like T-shirts, pop figures, Harry porter, earrings, and so much more. As soon as I walk in I immediately want to spend $60-100. The people that work there are so nice. I recommend hot topic to all my friends and family to hot topic. 🙂

Always have loved hot topic, wish the store was bigger as there is SO much to see and not enough space. The staff was super helpful and very friendly! They also had very awesome deals which everyone loves a good deal and some super good clearance! I must add they have a rewards program to for your purchases which is nice ! Just wish there was more room so you could find things or as one would say be able to see everything they have. It can be crowded but they do try and keep specific things in designated areas so its easier to find. Will definitely visit again to purchase products

Not really my kind of store I went in there looking for something for my husband. The employees were super friendly, acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. Tried to help me find what I was looking for unfortunately they didnt have it but I dont think anyone does!! It was last Saturday before Christmas close to closing the employees Im sure were tired and worn out but it did not show not at all. I felt like I was valued thank you

In my opinion, this is a great place to shop if you are looking for band tees. I would very much so recommend this place to any of my friends. The staff there are nice as well.

Great place to get your punk and weird on. Closest location i know to me and if I had the money Id probably grab one of everything. Ship to store is nice too so you get what you want, the size you want, and bing bang boom they check your license and your off with your product.

Hot Topic is one of my favorite stores in the mall! The only thing that I would have to say is that it only applies to a certain crowd of people. But it has nice products and people!

Best store for edgy teens. Good place to buy Shirts, mugs , and other stuff. But be warned there a lot of edgy stuff, just go in with a open , non judging mind.

They were sold out of most everything I was interested in but the associate went through the band tees herself to locate sizes and bands that were relevant to the ones I was looking for.

I always love coming here and the employees dont ever disappoint my visits!

Went in today for school shopping with my oldest she couldnt figure out what to get AT ALL!! both the ladies who were working did awesome ... 1 helped alot in making it known of the sales and even helped her choose the gauges she needed yay! The other went above and beyond and put outfits together based on what my daughter liked and her sizes... Literally everything she tried on she ended up wanting me to buy and we did!! U ladies ROCK!! will be back again before school for more awesome stuff thank u!!

The store has clothing merchandise that are perfect fitting for all sizes for both genders, the store workers are really nice and are willing to assist you if you have any questions.

Store was hard to navigate for first time visit things are not in order at all. it appears they just put stuff wherever and moved on with their shift. Counter was looking unclean as well.

I have always loved this store for the customer service, the prices and the goods

Normally you find some unique stuff in there but this time nothing at all and way over crowded with junk, not enough room to walk.

Its cramped dark and loud, but its my daughters favorite store. And if Im completely honest, I buy clothing there myself sometimes ;-P Not crazy about their jewellery though. The few times weve bought necklaces there, they fell apart.

Pretty cool place, I love thier selection of band shirts, anime shirts, skirts, belts, anime knickknacks, etc.

Everyone here was very kind, the store looked very well taken care of.

They have the rudest staff ever. I have no idea how you can work in customer service and be so mean to customers. I will never go here again. Ive been to lots of hot topics and had great experiences at all of them except the Flint location. Im surprised it hasnt closed like half the other stores at the mall.Hot topic should be ashamed of the workers they have employed at Flint.

Can find some awesome things in here but everything is extremely overpriced alot of the things in the store you can find online for 30%-50% less than in the store. Wont stop me from coming tho I like this store.

Listen. This place is for people with multiple tastes. Harry Potter, Anime/manga, goth, emo, death metal, innovative artist, painters, etc. Whatever your vibe is that is different from normal they might have something that interest you. I like death metal innovative artist painter and anime. Its fire. Recommended for all aged that are different from the norm.

Always have unique things for the unique person.
