I love the selection of clothes etc. However every time I shop at this Penneys the women employees that work the check out have major attitude issues. Not friendly barely can tell you tour total amount you owe, no hi no bye. We stood in line waiting to be called as the 4 of them ignored us. If I had to rate this store for service only they would get ZERO stars

So many stores to shop at! Disappointed, however, that there were so many people with masks off or under their nose. I would like to see more strict mask rules. I got pictures, which turned out great! The staff are really cool and nice.

This store has been declining for years. Many staff members are rude or dont want to ask if we need help finding anything. The clothes selection has decreased drastically and is not even worth a visit. I feel unsafe and will not let my wife shop here anymore without me. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Great selection of clothes and shoes and small gifts to get. Easy to park and the mall, Genesee Mall, still has a lot of great stores that is clean and friendly inside. We also use LensCrafters and Macys and enjoy The Wahlburgers hamburger. Logans is good in the parking lot and across the street his faith Christian Store, Panera Bread, and chipotle restaurants so it makes the trip worthwhile

I appreciate the sales they have, but its almost impossible to find an employee to assist you when you need it. Very frustrating.

I was asked at the register do I want my receipt in the bag. I replied yes, and was handed my bag by the cashier. Once I got home from Black Fri shopping, I realized I was missing 2 pairs of jeans and a sweater from JCP. There must have been a 2nd bag that the CASHIER forgot to give me. I call the store. I am transferred & left on hold for over a hour! I go back to the store & wait in line to ask if a bag had been left.Cashier: oh u called earlier, Anna she’s here!Manager Anna: we didn’t see a bag it’s under review.Me: How is it under review & no one has my information?Anna: Apologizes to another customer while she writes my name & number. Then she tosses the paper under the counter.I immediately leave & call corporate. I work customer service, I have never treated a customer so horribly! I will never shop JCP again & as of right now they stole $50 from me!Update: I received a call after I posted my review. They finally asked for all my information and looked at the tape. They found my bag!! They asked would I like it shipped? Of course I said yes! I never received an apology from anyone at the store! I most definitely will never shop that location again.

Sale prices are extremely deceiving. Ill start shopping at Kohls more often. I appreciate they had one set of fitting rooms open (3 total), but they were dirty & disgusting. This place gets trashier every time I go, which is about once every couple months now.

Graft prices, Awesome weekly sales. My go to A gift ,a quick outfit , awesome jewelry, Large shoe selections for the entire family. I Havent purchased any appliances yet, but they look like good quality. I love all the house where items and so happy they bought back coupons so I can save even more. They have friendly staff, But often times at a minimum. I love this store.

I have loved JCPenney for years. They are having the Labor Day sale. Spectacular deals on shoes, especially summer shoes marked down. Sales in all items. Some very good deals to be had!! Staff here are always helpful. Clean store. Restrooms available. Hair salon. Sephora beauty products. I may have to go back again!!

Their stock of sizes was lacking in every clothing item I looked at and frankly needed. Was not worth the trip.

Oh my goodness shopping day with Mom and we found 8 tops and 2 blazers and saved well over $250! The store was clean and the racks were neat except there was only one fitting room open all the way across to the other side of the store... Didnt expect to find but one or two things maybe but made out like a bandit!

I was really disappointed in JCPenney I shop here in four different things here and there I order a lot of stuff offline are used to as far as concerning my wedding shower curtain math roads but I always use my own money debit card but I got a credit card from on my credit score this time was like 690 something do you know what they gave me a limit for I have a few credit cards and at that time they were on not maxed out but they were over 30% they gave me a credit limit of $100 Im like thats an insult JCPenney that was an insult but Im sure about the store we going to keep an eye on this Ive never had a problem with the store as far as returning something which staff never had a problem
