I use Staples over their competitors in this area due to their excellent customer service. There is one thing, however, I will never buy there again....headphones. I am hearing impaired, and, require headphones in order to use the phone, hear TV, etc. I have bought several pair there; and, each time, I have had to return them for another set. The selection is limited, and the quality is poor. I am getting ready to return yet another pair, that I bought yesterday, because they dont work properly. I think Ill probably have better luck with Walmart. Ive never had a problem with other merchandise there, just the headphones. Ive had other people check them to make sure its not just me. Its not. Im not sure why the headphones are always such poor quality; but, Im tired of having to make 2 or 3 trips to finally find a set that work. Its amazing something so simple seems to be so difficult to get there. Otherwise, I have no problems with this store.

I drive across town to visit Staples over the competition on the Eastside. Its not a price or product reason but it is a customer service reason. I am always greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff often the manager as lead by example is evident.I think it matters where I spend my money, at least I like to think so....and I feel good spending it at Staples in west Flag.

I’ve been using this staples for some last minute printing jobs lately and have always had a great turnaround time. Kenny in printing department is nothing but helpful and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure you’re happy with the final product.

New print supervisor Deeann accused me of shoplifting while I was buying 25$ headphones not cool in the least. Had employees ask me what my name was and everything. Will never come back here and will be calling corporate.

Placed an order to pick up same day. Store was out of stock. They never bothered to call me and let me know. So the next day when I am scrambling to find where my order is, I find out that they are out. Was told that the store should have contacted me and that I could drive to Sedona if I needed my item today. All they had to do was let me know. They didnt even care.

Self service print works great.

The print department is always backed up, having computer problems, and overall unsatisfactory... they cant even do a regular sized 8x10 single copy on cardstock on the self serve machines. When I asked if the print associate could make a copy for me I was told it would be at least a 2 hr wait :-( I used to love this location however service has declined a lot in the last few years.

I loved I got some amazing stuff and I cant wait to go back :D

Prices are really high, but only other decent office supply in town is Quality Connections. The latter provides excellent products at best possible price. That being said, Staples will match lower prices on products, which was a nice surprise. Photo and copy desk seems to be fastest and highest quality in town. Employees are polite and helpful.

I happened into the Flagstaff Staples. There is a guy there named James (Jim) who is the most knowledgeable, energetic and helpful guy I have ever seen. Been there twice now and he is just great. Makes me love this store.

This store is definitely not following any sort of sanitary guidelines, the printer screens are covered in dirt and the printers are always broken. Additionally, the customer service is the worst I’ve experienced, bad attitudes and lazy workers standing around aimlessly.

I have had good experiences with Staples. I have purchased supplies and I have had large documents copied and scanned. The last time I needed copies on a Saturday evening and they close at 9:00 PM, so it was awesome to have my urgent copies done :)

Great customer service and the printing machines took care of me when my printer at home went down. A lot more comfortable than the competitors.

I only ever really come here for the copy/print center for business. They are always on point, and if something prints out weird, they never force the faulty print on me. We have gotten banners, business cards, and prints of our products for displays multiple times. They take good care or us here.

Best selection of business chairs in Flagstaff- I was able to sit, adjust & try out - staff helpful, available without hovering- much appreciated.

Overpriced a little, but thats the chain. Employees supporting me every time I visited this weekened, were outstanding. They relate and try, and do their best to help me find as well as aprove any choice I have. Their attitude is lifting, because they relate with smile and expertise. Im there for business, encouragement helps. Good for the brand, worth the time to share this.

The associates at the copy & print station are incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Easily the best experience in town.

Worst experience ever. When I asked the lady that worked there if they had refill for printer ink she said no that no where in Flagstaff sold it. She did not ask me for what printer or she would have known that everywhere in Flagstaff that sells printer cartridges sells the Epson 664 Ink refill. She was scolding me like a child also about refilling my ink cartridge because it voids the warranty. What a job the employees were here. And to top it off not a single person acknowledged me when I walked in. Never will I shop at this staples again. Oh and yes they did sell the ink refill there if she would have known anything.

Good customer. Unfortunately, they leave damaged stock on the shelf and doesnt ensure back up stock for said products.

Best buy lost a customer spending my money here NOW

I tried to buy $27 worth of product but one clearance item didnt have a barcode so they wouldnt sell it to me. There was another, with the same price tag, but the cashier said no. Fine. I cancelled my order and Ill buy elsewhere.

I had to return a rack that was given to me. I didnt have a receipt and it was defective (probably why it was given to me). The management was very kind about letting me have a replacement
