This particular locations #05503 Store Manager is Rene Quintero. Mr Quintero lack of professionalism & customer service towards customers is unacceptable. Intimidating & aggressive behavior via phone towards customers is horrific. Some of his staff display the same behavior which is a result from his supervision. No people skills from Mr Quintero resulted in returning some items & will pay off remaining items & take my services else where I suggest further customers do the same. There are two other RAC in Flagstaff area. Customers do not need to be bullied or disrespected!Thank you

Nick was one of our delivery people and did a fantastic job! He used his skillsets and tenacity to not give up, but figured out a way to make our beautiful couch get into one of the two doors. Were so happy that they worked so hard, going above and beyond, in our minds, to make this work. Thank you!

Nice staff, very accommodating. Stephanie the manager is very nice and has great customer service skills. It can get expensive, but thats the price I pay for screwing up my credit. Im glad that they are there for those of us who are credit challenged.

I tried to take over a corporate lease that was through Aspen Furniture that was bought out by this Rent-A-Center. After two months of calling Norma (the manager) and corporate, I let them pick up the furniture and will be renting from their competitor. For the two months, they kept telling me they didnt have my address as a place with furniture and they were not able to tell me what furniture I actually had. Norma and Corporate told me they would call me back, but never did. On the day of furniture pick up, two young men showed up in hoodies and never identified themselves until I asked. They then entered the apartment and asked me which furniture was theirs. They kept the door wide open even though it was winter and cold out. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

What a bad place , they sell you the item and then when you own it at the end they completely dumb you, worst management and staff

Rude staff cancelled our delivery without notice and then tried to play games turning it around on us GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!
