Ive never really been interested in this place before, but now Im in love! I thought they just had goth/punk/emo stuff, but I was wrong! They also have really pretty, girly items much better suited to my tastes. I have a super cute Melanie Martinez choker from here, and I wear it all the time! I also have some adorable Kikis Delivery Service themed scrunchies from here, and I wear those a lot. Even if youre not into their edgier items, I still think you should give this place a chance. Trust me, you wont be disappointed!

I really like shopping here. I was recently here for school shopping for shirts and I got pretty good shirts so you should go shop not just for shirts for like uh earring socks random stuff backpacks jackets stuffed animals for characters and more But you should really check it out! Also have a nice day!

Love the people that work there absolutely go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. When you walk in everybody makes you feel like family. If I was in retail that would be the store that I would want to work at for sure because they have so much fun doing it. I cannot remember the young mans name that runs the friend but he has nose piercings and really beautiful wavy Brown hair but I just wanted to call him out as an excellent customer service person and someone that does go above and beyond if hes the manager I can see why this story is so much fun to work out because all of his employees are in mirror image of him. Great job guys keep it up love are Hot Topic.

Too crowded

Here another place that changes management and it goes downhill. Last manager it has was awesome store looked clean now you cant find anything. At one time I was told to shop at amazon because they didnt wanted to help, go figure to my surprise I over heard that person introduced it self as the store manager.

Flagstaff food court near hot topic.

Always genuinely friendly staff. Great selection. I go for the Disney, Miyazaki, and Harry Potter apparel. Kid friendly place. Around October, there is a good costume selection. Hot cash is given out every 3-6 months and plenty of other sales fill their calendar.

The boys that work there are very helpful and have the patience to look for what you want and making sure your order is complete without hassle. They explain everything when is comes to cashing out and when ordering online. I bought over $200 worth of stuff and they didnt mind at all.

The dude working here was awesome, helpful, and super friendly. I came in looking for piercing balls and even though they didnt have them my experience was pleasant. The store itself was nice.

This store has great customer service. All their products were neatly organized and presented. Prices were pretty cheap, and the sales they had were pretty decent as well.

This Hot Topic is something else. I’ve been to so many different locations & this place goes above & beyond! Went in around 11AM, wasn’t too busy & Frank gave us one of the best customer service! We spent about an hour inside looking at the POP collection & Frank’s personality filled the environment with positive vibes! Keep spreading the love brotha!

The young employees were helpful on informing me what was buy 2 get 1 free deal. Great help since I havent shopped here in awhile. Also, prices and taxes on merch and knick knacks are higher than your average Hot Topic in larger markets.

Hot topic is my favorite store. I love showing my daughter all the cool stuff they carry. I especially love the backpacks this year!

Small store jam packed with cool stuff. Clothing, collectibles, jewelry, make-up. Decent sales and an awesome staff. Clean and organized.
