Disappointing experience. Map said the Starbucks location opened at 8am. So we were there 8:05. The Starbucks hadnt even opened yet, the staff was late getting there, they hadnt even set up for their day. Even waited till 8:15. Ultimately left, went across street to Safeway. They were open and prepared.

My nearest Target is 2 hours away. Drove all the way there to purchase pants for work that I needed to try on. Your fitting rooms are still closed with the Covid excuse. This has been going on for over a year now. Target has had more than ample time to find a solution. Perhaps a worker sanitizing dressing rooms after patrons use them? Now I am back at work with pants that dont fit. Not everyone lives close enough to simply run home, try things on and then come exchange them. Get it together Target this is nothing but sheer laziness. Saw several employees just standing around who could absolutely be cleaning changing rooms. Am extremely disappointed

Even though Targets as of Monday are maskless for vaccinated customers, this store has opted to place a sign requiring customers, or intimidate customers by saying it’s required because of city emergency. On its website it states it’s by City ordnance. I contacted the City, neither is true. I contacted the store, was hung up twice. Did talk to one person who said I didn’t have to wear it, but I explained very politely that they were falsely stating that people were required by the city to wear mask and this just isn’t right. Why in the beginning of this pandemic were we told we must follow CDC guideline but now people are not following CDC guidelines? Please Target, you can serve your customers better, be honest!

This is recurring issue with the drive up service, the “mask less” service option. The car next to mine was not wearing a mask and was handed her goods and went on her way. When the employee came to our car she wanted to put our product in the boot, as an employee slammed our trunk yesterday I declined. And further inquired about mask policy, she stated it was preferred. This is from your website. “No-contact fulfillment if they don’t want to wear mask”. Corporate website for target. Target costumer service tends to be amazing. But this is lowering the bar and costumer expectations. 2 stars because they’re costumer service tends to be very good. Maybe 2.5.

Courteous, prompt, amazing customer service

This Target is terrible. The employees blatantly buy up hot items for resell before they hit the shelves, the shelves are almost always empty, and the selection is the worst of any Target I have ever been to. Just today, an employee told me I couldnt purchase one hot item because it was sold (they were being held behind the counter), then proceeded to sell all of these items (six of them) to another employee.

Today my son got his thumb stuck in the buckle of the shopping cart. I tried saliva and gently pulling it out but to no avail. Thank you to the 2 calm security guards that helped me slip his finger out with soap. Unfortunately I didnt catch their names, hopefully they see this. Also starting from walking in to walking out customer service at this Target is always amazing.

I was giving a traveler a ride to Flagstaff and came into this store...mostly for wild bird feed. Totally unfamiliar with store, I floundered around and in pet section saw a young man associate and asked him if he could direct me. He said that it was probably in that section but could also be in the garden section in rear of store. I headed for garden section. He came all the length of the store to find me and bring me back to where I had missed it in pet section. He walked patiently with me although I am a bit walking impaired and took me to the shelf where the supply was. He was personable, patient and helpful. His name was Jaylon. He spoke to me again as I was leaving the store. In these trying times, it was a pleasure to deal with friendly associates in a strange to me store. Jaylon is a keeper. Thank you...oh, and I loved your clothing section as a good place for the hippie stuff that I love!

Over the past few months, Ive noticed Target is consistently out of staple food items that they had previously kept well stocked. The last time I was in the store, I told a staff member that they were completely out of a particular food item and asked if she would mind checking to see if they had any in the back. She checked and told me they were completely out but they would be getting more in a couple days and to check back. I came back three days later and they were still out. This has happened so many times and for so many items. Theyre often out of the products for weeks, so Ive stopped shopping here as often and have had to purchase what I need elsewhere.

Target is target! What can I say!

I visited August 28th at 10:45 and was helped by a really lovely cashier named Chris, at register 5 I think. I know “Chris” is kind of a common name and I really would like if he specifically got credit. He was very friendly and sincere, asking how my day was and actually listening and responding. He informed me about the target card and he told me there was even a debit card available, which I hadn’t known before. I’m not sure I’ll get the card, but wanted to let the company know what a wonderful and genuine employee he is. If I do get a Target card, Chris definitely sold it in an informative but not pushy way.

Were opening up our nation!... Visiting Flagstaff, .....went into your Target 🤔. Cant the store be maintained in a more orderly fashion than it is?..it feels as if the upkeep and morale of employees are lacking big time!..

Of course, my kid tells me he needs a birthday present for TONIGHT. It is move-in weekend in this college town. Target, being next to campus and the only reasonable place to make purchases, was packed. Being able to purchase on-line and pick up in store was the greatest thing ever! It likely saved me 30 minutes of navigating the store and waiting in line to purchase. This was my first time doing any type of order/pickup purchase. It was so easy! I will be doing it again!

The process was easy to do. I was very happy with how quickly my product was ready for pickup. The employee was friendly and courteous. Placing the order on the website was easy to do. It was a great experience.

What a joke. The description for this store should read, retail chain that offers but doesnt actually carry anything. Seriously, has the manager ever heard of maintaining an inventory? When you walk through the place it makes you wonder if theyre going out of business due to the lack of in store product. If you can keep a store in a major metro area stocked, why cant you figure out how to keep this store stocked? Maybe its a training issue, or maybe its just gross incompetence of management.

Target is my favorite retail store EVER. I love coming to this one, I live a couple of hours away because there is no Target in my city yet but I can tell you this store is packed. I’ve always found what I wanted wether it be home decor or snacks or anything else. But I came here last in September of 2018 during their remodel so not everything was stocked. But that’s okay! I’ll come back in 2019 sometime.

Macchete! He is the best customer service representative Ive ever known at Target. He learned my name after just working with him a couple of times and now greets me by name every time I come in. He is quick, friendly, competent and will be sorely missed when he moves to Phoenix next month. He brightens up the whole store!

Clean, well kept. In the middle of renovations, so a little chaotic right now, but I already like the changes I see. Good selection of groceries and products. Workers seem happy to be there.

I would highly recommend ordering online and utilizing the Pick Up In-Store option! Target will find your items for you and will let you know in 1-2 hours when to come and get your items at the Online Order/Customer Service waiting area.

Comment: Things in Target are not so expensive as students said before, they just have fair prices. I brought one bottle of milk last week and that cost me 1.49 dollars. The location is very good that almost all dormitories are close to Target, about ten minutes walk. The salespersons in Target are very kind and helpful. The floor is very clean and white.

They redesigned the whole Target and bathrooms. Looks a lot nicer. Just a bunch of college kids that swarm the place daily. Mostly tuned to college kids but still have a departments for kids, ladies and men. A nice starbucks and a little cafe area. Photo dept. as well.

I love Target, this Target is no exception. Friendly, Fast, and Fair-priced as always. I enjoy my time spent here whether it is perusing the clothing section looking for moderately priced jeans, or picking up a delicious soft pretzel at the food counter.

Arrived at 840 am this Thursday - parking lot full but store not so full - observed many students walking into campus. Fill cart 1/3 with groceries but no one working the cash registers at 910 am -- only self check out -- employee said he was the only one there so could only cover the self checkout. The store should keep the parking available for those shopping and hire sufficient staff to work the registers during the hours they are open!!!

LOD named Amber threatened to kick me out of the store for sampling make-up that was already opened she said this in front of my family. Im not a child, Im fine if you tell me nicely but you dont do it with a threat. I also used to work at Target Ive never treated a customer that way. if you didnt want people sampling makeup please put up signs, there were no signs and Ive asked other employees about no sampling makeup signs they said there was none. AVOID.

Horrible customer service and store was a mess. I couldnt walk in the departments with a cart because aisles are so narrow and crowded with junk. Went to the cafe and tried to get a bag of popcorn on the way out and was told I couldnt get that bag size... umm tray was full of popcorn and had already made up bags sitting there. So I left without any. Point being store is over crowded with merchandise, a mess, and rude associates.. Good Luck!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband recently had the rudest customer service experience EVER, with a staff member named Kelsey. I had ordered a medication to be picked up in store, online. I couldnt make it to get it, so I put his name on the order to be picked up. When he arrived, he was told rudely he needed to furnish ID ,which is standard practice (the id, not the rude part). Ok fine. Then he came back to the store, with the email confirmation saying they had the order ready to be picked up and ID in hand. Kelsey looks at his ID, flat out LIES to him and tells him that they dont have his order, and again was very rude to him. Finally he asks for a supervisor. She fetches him, and miraculously our order appeared. My husband was so outraged by her behavior that he spoke to the manager about it, and while he was doing so noticed Kelsey in the corner LAUGHING at him! We both work in customer service and so we know that this is completely unacceptable behavior. I dont know what it was about my husband that triggered her obscene behavior but if you want to be treated like a decent normal human being when picking up orders, dont go to this store. What a terrible experience.

We have always loved Target and this target is always clean and well kept and products are always in stock. I really love that they have grocery options now and their prices are really great. Its a much better place than Walmart which is always crowded and has a funny smell. This target does not have a funny smell and is a great place to shop and often has good prices on certain things.

Quality of products

I USED to love this Target. However...the new design makes me never want to go back! The aisles are to narrow, the clothing section is a maze that makes no sense and you absolutely can’t take a cart through it. It appears to have less merchandise than before...for the sake of trying to look “fancier”? It has ruined the easy fun shopping style Target had. The old style was easy to navigate, orderly and almost magically made me spend money!! The new “not improved at all” style, makes me want to run out and shop on Amazon from the comfort at home! I’m not the only one that feels this way...take a second look Target!

Target is a great store and basically a step above quality over Walmart.

Customer Service

This is a one stop shop for almost anything you can think of! Lots of grocery options and a multitude of other cool things. They sell Mother Road beers which is super sick. 4 stars because one of the self checkouts is down 90% of the time.

This place has good quality in all but, to day I had got an elf on a shelf for my grandaughter and one of the cashiers scaned it twice, did not smile,made me get a 10 dollar gift card.

I went to find baby clothes, but the baby clothes section was greatly reduced in size and had dismal sparse selections for varieties of sizes, colors, and more. Perhaps it could be made better if were to go Super Target with a lot more availability of all soft wear, and so much more. It was a disappointment.

While waiting for pharmacy to open, we did some grocery shopping. We probably had nearly $200 worth of items. At check out there was NO regular check out aisles open, only self-serve. I asked if I could have assistance and customer service said none was available. We made the choice to simply leave the cart at the front and went over to Safeway after picking up our pharmacy item. I also reported this to a manager. Very poor customer service, I will avoid this place whenever possible.

The service at this Target is terrible. The employees act as if you are a bother to them inside their store.

This is a good store but I feel like the security is a little too brooding on minorities, especially black people. While I walked through the entrance of this store once a few paces ahead of me were some African-Americans. I then noticed the security guard at the entrance whisper something into his microphones while pacing back and forth... As I proceeded deeper into the store I notice the African Americans in one corner but closely behind them was an undercover loss prevention officer that could pass (in my book) as a regular college kid. I was in utter shock when the undercover officer pretended to be looking at kitchen ware while glancing over the end of the aisle to check on what he would assume to be crooks. Target if you are gonna profile people, please do it through some cameras or at least dont make it that obvious.

The store was clean and presentable. Customer service was great. To top everything off we needed some cheap sweaters to visit the Grand Canyon and clearance didnt fail!

After several visits to this store, I’m certainly glad employees do follow the CDC protocols, however it’s disappointing for a store like Target, they didn’t do enough to enforce mask policy, saw quite number of people not wearing mask those days I visited.

Like every other Target. This one is nornally a bit more empty. Easy for quick shopping. Went to grab a sweater and gloves and thankfully they were showcasing them.Would prefer them to have more lanes open as they nornally only have a couple open plus the self service. The staff seem a little dazed or scatterbrained most times.

Good store with great selections. Aisles are not big enough to keep up with the crowds from the nearby university. I would suggest coming early or very late.

I will not be shopping at this store in the future -- back toWalmart. I am so tired of the rude store clerks at this store. When at the store yesterday, I asked a clerk a simple question while trying to locate a specific product that I had bought at Target in the past but was unable to find. The young woman I asked for help seemed terribly annoyed at being questioned and replied with a condescending series of questions such as if you bought it here before why cant you remember where you found it? After a series of these rude questions and/or comments, I told her not to bother and I would continue looking. She had a store tablet with her and all she had to do was to enter the name of the item to find out what isle it was located on, but she wasnt about to be bothered doing this.

I love Target and would give this Target a higher rating if they had a better selection of items. I was looking for toddler shoes/sandals but could not find any on her size. This happens more than I would like at this Target.

The worst Target store. Shopping there is a nightmare- completely different layout, half of the store messy as hell and the other half being renovated with wet concrete and dust everywhere. Asked 6 different staff members where rain jackets were and no one could answer. Avoid.

I had to return and item and notice that I lost my receipt, they were still able to give me the cash back. Not very many stores do that nowadays. Thank you Target
