Used to love shopping here but seeing y’all go down the sjw 🕳 is personally distressing for me. once upon a time, you could be counted on for cute underwear & accessories but now we see masks for $10 in every corner of your store & little else. cheap & dross Mgmt lurking in the doorway doesn’t help your cause any either mates

To me unfortunately this store has become “fast fashion” and most items are severely over priced. Most products that this store sells do not last long and have found myself replacing/donating items fairly quickly, hence the “fast fashion”. Another disappointment is that they have zero items for plus size, my sister couldn’t shop here because of this.This store is much needed for flagstaff but wish the products were better/higher quality for the price.

The girls are always so so nice, so helpful, going out of their way to get us the nicest clothes. The shop is always clean and beautifully faced + set up. Love coming here.

Would have loved to purchase a few thing but with their NO CASH option we left with our money to spend elsewhere. Please stop blaming the pandemic on cash, people are touching everything in the store it is our personal responsibility to wash our hands and not touch our faces.

Great variety of womens fashion clothing! Found some stuff here that I was struggling to find elsewhere, like a simple jumpsuit for only $20. The staff is awesome and really helpful! You can definitely find affordable garments if you look for the 2-for-$15/20 deals, but there are also plenty of low-cost options outside of those special deals.

Absolutely fantastic experience and will 100% be coming back. Stopped on my way back to LA and have zero regrets. Nicest people ever and they have a Bigfoot BBQ which is incredible. The girls who work in the shop downstairs are all incredible and super sweet and helpful which is exactly the type of energy I needed for my 7 hour drive back home!

This place always puts a smile on my face, with their shabby chic decor, and super friendly staff. They always have a smile and a hello to share, even if Im just going to Bigfoot. 😁👍

Be sure not to miss the restaurant tucked away in the back of the basement. Nice assortment of food choose from on the menu. BBQ; Salads; and more. I enjoyed the Chili and salad. Speedy service. Popular with college students and families. Could use a better selection of wines.

So they are a bit pricy (but hey its flagstaff) they arent not affordable they almost have a few things that they have a great deal on. Like a 2 for $15 Or 2 for $20 and a lot of other sale options. The staff is very friendly and will make you feel comfortable. Also, will help you find the perfect outfit if need be.

A fun, stylish store located in downtown Flagstaff. The store is located just like the name says, in a basement. This store designed for the twenty-something closet in mind and offers fabulous price points, terrific style and a helpful staff. Both of my teenage daughters love shopping at theBasement.

I called in to check the stock of a dress I had found and was told it was in stock...once arriving to the store it was not in stock to my surprise. Honestly the service and staff were great and had lots of energy not to mention apologized multiple times. definitely worth going in for a shop

Clothes, accessories, shoes, hats, and stickers are so expensive. everything is so cute and the service is great but its just too expensive for basic items.
