Brandon and Chris were so great to work with! After having a bad experience at a different dealership, I was not in the mood to deal with salesmen nor was I planning on buying the day I came in. However, I needed a new car asap so we came to just look at the Jeeps on the lot while we were in town visiting for Independence Day weekend. Inventory was limited, however they did have a 2021 WRANGLER UNLIMITED SAHARA 4XE that I had my eye on. Brandon and Chris both were not pushy with me for making the purchase. They were extremely informative about everything that had to do with the car. They thoroughly showed me the different price options and were very patient with me when making the decision. It was such a pleasure doing business here! Will definitely come back here for business. I suggest everyone buy a car from this dealership! They will work with you and let you drive the car you want!

Richard at Planet was extremely helpful! I came in looking to trade my lease in for an awesome Ram 2500 I saw on their website. He met me as I stepped on the lot and walked me through comparable vehicles that would fit me. I brought up the 2500 I was looking at on the website and was test driving it within minutes. We went inside to run the numbers and they gave me a fair offer in my opinion. During the process, Richard was candid, professional, and personable. As a young buyer, he made the process seamless and an overall great experience.

This is a beautiful and brand new dealership. Very easily found. Customer service was outstanding. They wash your car when it’s all over and have a shuttle, extra services that are hard to find when you don’t have a luxury vehicle. They were very tentative to the needs of my schedule. I was visiting from out of town and needed to head back home. They rushed the part that had to be ordered and didn’t charge me for next day shipping. I really appreciated their process of simply inserting a computer chip into the car to get all the information. I wish they had a second dealership in my home state and city

I recently dealt with Planet, here in Flagstaff and, although I ended up making my new truck purchase elsewhere, I wanted to recognize two individuals in the internet sales department. I had worked with Christopher and Yuri for about a month and they were absolutely the definition of consummate professionals. They were polite, patient, understanding, and conducted themselves with genuine integrity. Unfortunately, we were not able to come to a deal - but it wasn’t for their lack of effort. I recommend to anyone in Flagstaff looking to shop at Planet to ask for these two by name. They are not your stereotypical salesmen. They will go to bat for you with finance and I had no doubt, in literally weeks of interactions, that solid customer service was their top priority.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and service that was shown to us during a long trip. Our Town and Country developed a loud banging on our 7000 mile road trip. It reached the point we were nervous about attempting to get home.We pulled in to Planet Dodge and they checked the computer as the check engine light had come on. We asked about getting it looked at and were initially told they had no availability but Haley (super wonderful service coordinator) fit us in!!! We were so relieved! Turned out that the flex plate was cracked and we were very close to having had a huge problem!!!!! They fixed this issue in four hours and we were back on the road. We cried we were so happy!The staff here brought peace of mind and we are so grateful to them! Thank you, Haley! We will never forget you!

We were traveling through Flagstaff last week when our Service Engine Light came on on our Ram Promaster City. Jarred Hammons, the service consultant at Planet Chrysler, was quick to help us. He pulled the codes and explained that the code was showing there had been a misfire on cylinder 4. However, there was no physical evidence that anything was misfiring or wrong with the way the engine was running. We both agreed that whatever had triggered the code was no longer happening. Jarred explained that under the circumstances we were safe to continue driving. He cleared the code and so far it has not returned after 1500 more miles of driving. In all we were in and out of the service department in less than 30 minutes. Jarred was very professional and did a great job of helping us continue our trip. Thank you Jarred!!!

Big thank you to Alan. We bought a AEV Jeep a few years ago and had an extended warranty. We had an issue recently with the sway bar. The extended warranty company denied the claim said we had an alter vehicle. The vehicle came from Mopar this way. We went back to the dealership and Alan went to bat for us and got the warranty company to cover the claim. We were very appreciative for Alan helping us and going the extra mile.

I made arrangements to get my RV (Ram 5500 chassis) and my Jeep serviced as they were both due at the same time. The service techs were able to get both vehicles done even though my RV wouldn’t fit in the service bay. This dealer has a great facility and team! They’re very customer focused. Drove from So.CA. to buy a 2019 Ram 3500. I have bought quite a few vehicles over the years. Plant Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Flagstaff is a 5 star establishment. This dealership blew me away with their very friendly staff. They carried a large selection of accessories. Skylar I would have to say was the best salesman to deal with, very knowledgeable, helpful, very easy going. A lot of time it can be very nerve racking to buy a vehicle. Get your quote in writing up front for service. They charge obnoxious hours of labor. I brought my Ram 1500 in to have the recalls fixed (free service). During inspection, they noted that the serpentine belt needed replacing. I agreed to the service instead of doing it myself as I new this was a quick and cheap fix. They charged me $230! This consisted of a $70 belt (fair price) and a FULL HOUR OF LABOR ($135). This is a 10 min job. In fact, you can watch a real-time instructional video on Youtube with the service guy both explaining how to do it, what to be cautious of, AND removing and replacing the belt. It takes 6 min.UPDATE = After receiving a response to my review, I did as instructed and called Nevin Foster. I called on two occasions and left a message. It has been over a week, and I have not been called back. It is clear to me that they responded to my review simply for appearances sake and do not intend to try to rectify the situation.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE Went for an oil change and was told i needed an alignment and that there was a leak by the transaxle. Made an 8 am appointment 2 weeks later to be first on the alignment rack. Subsequently I had to replace the batteries (dealer had 40 cars they cant get to) and the check engine light came on. Brought in truck at 8am and was told it would be ready at 2. I called at 1:30 and was told the alignment was just being started. Went to pick up truck at 2 and was told truck not ready...still being aligned 6 hours after appt. Told leak may still be there and I can make another appointment to fix leak with differential service. Technician stated check engine light was due to improper procedures installing batteries and would go away. Finally got truck at 4pm check engine light back on. Now being told it is a diesel particulate filter sensor but not to worry about it. So...waited two weeks for an appointment. Nobody fixed the supposed leak and nobody checked the check engine light. I basically got a 6 hour alignment plus a diagnostic charge for something THEY told me about. Hallie said she will send an estimate for DPF sensor and it never came. This borders on a scam. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE

Purchased a 2021 Ram 3500 via the phone. Rudy our sales guy was extremely professional, always gets back to you and knows his vehicles. He delivered our truck from Flagstaff to our home in Las Vegas.The vehicle got here it was in perfect condition. He went over the truck with us, showed us where everything was. Truck was spotless and everything extra we asked for was completed. Very disappointing experience here today shopping for a new Jeep. I was trying to shop locally to support our community. The Dealership advertises as having the best prices. This is a direct quote from their website: All our new car and used vehicle inventory have been deeply discounted off factory MSRP to give you the most value for your car-buying dollar. However, it was the usual nonsense when dealing with a Dealer.- Unwillingness to provide an offer on my trade-in until very far into the buying process.- They charge a Northern Arizona Package charge of $1600. When I asked what that means, I was told its for paint protection plastic edge strips on the doors, nitrogen filled tires, and some nebulous add-ons.- When I asked about working out a better deal I was told we arent offering any discounts on these right now, theyre in too much demand - no Dealers are giving discounts on these. I pulled up Bill Luke Jeeps website and boom, right there on the Internet is a Dealer in the Valley offering $1600 off - PLUS another $1000 for their Labor Day Weekend sale if you finance through them.- The trade-in offer I received is $1000 UNDER the KBB trade in value - and anyone shopping cars right now understands how inflated the market is for used cars prices.I wanted to buy local and support our community, but this is just the normal nonsense when working with a Dealer in an isolated market such as N. AZ - not enough competition. This is a good example of why these multi-brand dealerships being owned by the same person/company should not be allowed. They take over a market and there ends up being little to no competition both on the sales side and the service side.Buyer Beware on Planet Dodge in my opinion.* Edited to respond to Owners accusation of lying:Firstly, I was not comparing prices because the option packages are different. Your Sales Professional told me exactly what I said we arent offering any discounts on these right now, theyre in too much demand - no Dealers are giving discounts on these. I pulled up the website to show that was incorrect and that Bill Luke (among other Dealers) ARE offering discounts.Secondly: The trade-in offer was increased $500 from the initial offer - which still brought the offer to $1000 UNDER KBB trade-in values. The initial offer was $1500 under KBB Trade-in value.Thirdly: The $1500 discount that was offered was done in response to my refusal to accept the $1600 charge for nitrogen charged tires aka the N. AZ Package. That $1500 reduction still left the car at full MSRP +$100.I wasnt trying to be unreasonable, and I was prepared to purchase. Absolutely horrible service department. If I could give a negative star that would be more appropriate. Traveling over two hours each direction for service to have technicians not qualified to service our Fiat. The service department waited hours before letting us know they could not fix. Issue happened twice. On one visit my car was returned with a broken windshield which they denied responsibility. The GM and service manger did not return calls for three weeks. I will NEVER go back.

Service department is bad/no good. I suggest look into another shop to get any services that will take more than 2 hours. I talked with an advisor on issues with my Vehicle then scheduled an appointment and dropped my vehicle off 2days prior. Vehicle was supposed to get seen 7:45am in morning. Didnt get a call til 10:43am from dealer asking what is wrong with Vehicle and to get is diagnosed ($110) to move forward which I already gave consent to do with the first phone call. Got another call at 11:53am different advisor asking same question with Vehicle and yet it still hasnt got it in shop to get diagnosed and worked on. Talk again and to clarify with advisor with issues on the vehicle again. Im over it at this point its 6:12pm I call to get update on vehicle, Advisor said mechanic diagnostic of the vehicle found out the issues I stated the first time I spoke with the advisor 2days prior and they dont have parts in to start on vehicle, you have to pay for parts to order. Waste of time and money. I live on the reservation which is 50+ miles to Flagstaff so I cant just go drive to town as I please.

My daughter bought a jeep from this dealership, sales person was good and helpful. This was her first purchase on her own, the big focus was on the extended warranty and her purchase being protected. She ask multiple times when in finance if she was getting the best warranty available and was told yes. All good until she needs to use the great warranty and is told it will not cover anything she needs it to. They took advantage of a young woman that is working hey way through college and hitting her with a 3000 bill that should be covered. Do not trust this dealership unless you plan on reading every line of the contract!

Recently purchased a Dodge Ram from a dealer in tempe AZ and took the family up to flagstaff for the weekend to wake up the first morning with a completely dead truck both batteries dead. Truck was towed to planet dodge and the service manager went above and beyond to get us in on a very busy Saturday. Was able to replace and warranty both batteries in under 2 hours. Amazing service only wished I live closer to bring it there on a consistent basis. But if ever in the market for another truck would def make the trip to this dealer .

Every time I have had a service at Planet Chrysler I have had some problem, the most recent issue was tire pressures were incorrect. I had to take an hour out of my day to drop in and have this error fixed. However this makes me question the skills and abilities of the techs working on my truck. It is an investment and I expect it to last many years, unfortunately I cannot guarantee that good work is being done on my truck.

This dodge dealer , the service department. Is a JOKE!!!!!!! The worst thing is its the only dodge service within 200 mile radius in northern az. First off service people are rude, no help, I dont even think they know how to fix their own brand of vehicles. PEOPLE BEWARE THEY CHARGE OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE PRICE AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW THEY OVERCHARGE ON HOURS SPENT WORKING ON CARS. I think I can probably top anyones negative experience with this repair facility. I have the dubious honor of being one of the few people ever to pay to have a car towed AWAY from a repair service.On June 19, my car refused to start. I called my local Chrysler dealer, who I have been dealing with for 15 years (Oxendale in Cottonwood). They told me it sounded like the fuel pump was the problem, but they were booked solid and could not get to it until July 2. I tried Planet Chrysler and spoke to a service advisor named Hallie, who said they could look at the car on June 23. So I had the car towed from Sedona to Flagstaff (not cheap, as you can imagine). Later that day, Hallie called me and said the car had arrived safely. But she had forgotten to tell me there would be be a diagnostic fee of $110. Even though I felt it was kind of sneaky and underhanded to wait until the car had been towed in to tell me about the diagnostic charge, I agreed to pay it.The following Monday (June 21) I tried to call Hallie. I made four separate calls before I found someone who told me it was Hallies day off. Four calls to find that out???On June 23, Hallie sent me a repair estimate of almost $3000.00 - they found other issues besides the fuel pump - including the timing belt, which Oxendale had just recently replaced. I approved the fuel pump repair, and disapproved everything else. They came back with a new estimate of $450.00, which included the diagnostic. They needed to order a fuel pump, but I got a written statement that promised the car would be ready on June 30. I tried to call Hallie several times, but she never returned my calls, so I gave up.A friend of mine knew the service manager and asked him to look into it. He gave my friend a verbal promise that the car would be ready on June 30. On June 30, I got a call that the part had not come in, and it would be a few more days. I spoke to a service manager, who said they could never promise when a car would be ready if parts had to be ordered. I told the manager if that were the case, why did I have two promises - one in writing - making such a promise. The managers response? That should not have happened. But it did.On July 1, the elusive Hallie called and said the car was completed and was ready to be picked up. My wife has a fractured back, but she got out of bed to drive me to Planet Chrysler. When I went to the cashier (Molly - very helpful - too good to be working here) there was an additional $175.00 charge, which Molly could not explain. So she took me to Hallies desk to get an explanation, saying Hallie would be back in a few minutes. Hallie never came back - I found out later she had gone to the hospital earlier that day. Of course, no one else was informed. Eventually, it was explained to me that the $175.00 was for labor, with no explanation as to why it hadnt been defined as such. In order to get my sick wife on her way home, I paid the bill and prepared to leave. The car started right up, but SURPRISE! The check engine light was on, and nobody could tell me why, although they finally admitted the wrong fuel pump had been installed, and a new one was on order.At this point my wife was in tears from her pain, and nobody offered her as much as a glass of water. I called a tow truck to drive the car to a dealer I trust - Oxendale; and took my wife home. The incompetence and mistreatment we got from Planet Chrysler is not to be believed. On the way home, a flatbed pulled out in front of us towing a van which had obviously been burned up. My wife said That van was new when it went to Planet Chrysler. Glad she had a sense of humor. I dont. Makes me mad that I cant post this review without giving one star. They dont deserve it.

We have a Ram 1500 EcoDiesel that tows our travel trailer around the country. Overwintering in Tucson, wed had the differential fluids replaced per the trucks maintenance schedule. We were at an RV park near Flagstaff, on our way back home to Oregon, when we noticed *something* leaking under the vehicle. We called, and Planet could get us in the next morning, if we got there early. The Planet service team was good to their word. One of the techs in Tucson had failed to tighten the fill plug on the front differential, and it had fallen out somewhere en route. Jarred Hammons (the express care coordinator) got the necessary plug ordered and shipped overnight, then had his crew flush and fill the differential, and take the truck for a test drive--including some time in 4WD to make sure the entire drive train was exercised. The truck now seems in tip-top shape. We are ecstatic and impressed with Jarred and his team, and we couldnt be happier with the service experience at Planet C/D/J/R/F of Flagstaff. We took a trip up to flagstaff and the morning after we got there our new truck that we bought 3 days prior from a dealership in Phoenix would not start. We were stuck in the freezing cold with a 1 year old and 4 year old. We called planet Chrysler and they were fully booked for the day, I spoke to John and he said to come in and they would see if they could squeeze us in. We had to be towed to the dealership and when we got there we were met by Louis the service manager. My husband explained to Louis that we were visiting from out of town and had two little ones with us. Louis was amazing, he has the truck fully checked to find out what was wrong, it was both batteries that were the issue. Louis had these changed and the truck working within a few hours. We are very thankful for Louis and the rest of the staffs excellent customer service and the care that they give to customers.

Well, my truck had a fog light flickering and decided to take it in to get it fixed..about 2 hours of waiting I was told it was fixed and good to go. Then that night I turned the fog lights on and it was still flickering. So I called them back and they told me to bring it right in. But I told them its not that simple, I have to take time off work and drive the 2 hours just to bring my truck in. So we planned a day and I took it in and 3 hours later was told it was the harness and that it had to be ordered. So I wait 2 more weeks to bring it in on a day I have to take leave from work and drive another 2 hours, 3 times I brought it in to get it finally fixed. I thought these are trained technicians that check every possible thing that could be wrong with it, like they say leave no stones unturned. Unfortunately stones werent unturned here. Usually at another Ram dealer the same type of situation happened but atleast they were kind enough to understand what the customers go through to get their vehicles serviced and the distance traveled, so the other Ram dealer reimbursed me for gas with gas cards. Next time I will take it back to the other Ram dealer.

Not only did Planet take care of the issue, they made sure that we had a place to stay out of the cold with all of our animals and even went around to the local parts stores to get the parts we needed and get on our way as soon as possible. We Have a Dodge Ram 3500. While traveling thru Flagstaff we had an error message that the Def Regeneration wasnt working. This was a Saturday and they made space for us and diagnosed the problem. This review is for the service department. I experienced an issue with my Ram 1500. Over 200 miles from home with a trailer in tow, wife, kids and dogs, we called up and were told not to be too optimistic, based on schedule of work. 2 hours later, we were on site on the back of a tow truck. Louis took the time to look at my truck, and was able to get a technician on it within the hour. A few short hours later, we were back on the road, good as new. What could have been an awful day turned around, thanks to the folks at Planet. If this is the service department, I will be back when its time to buy my next truck. Thanks again!!

I run a hotshot truck, its a ram 3500 dually any sort of breakdown is bad for my business. Well I had a breakdown on my truck and I gave them a call. They let me know where I can drop my trailer and they got my truck fixed the same day and I was back rolling down the highway. Great customer service, animal friendly, easy location to get in and out of. If I am ever out that way again and have a break down I know I can trust them to get me rolling again.

Planet dodge had my vehicle for just under 3 weeks for warranty repair. The torque converter went out causing the transmission fluid to go bad. They replaced the bad torque but claimed they would have to charge me over $200 for the transmission flush. Also, claimed that the park sensor needed to be replaced which they would have the following week. I requested a rear and front diff service as well. For the last 3 weeks I called 4 times and left messages with several different people. Just got a run around from all parties.. noone ever returned a call with any updates or not even the common courtesy to let me know it wasnt finished. On the last day before I picked my vehicle up, a service advisor stated that it was was ready. I drove from out of state to pick it up, and it still was not ready. Also, found out it wasnt the rear park sensor it was the park sensor module. I now have my truck after spending over $500 to pick it up and it is still not fixed. The sad part is the service manager was sitting in the office as I was picking up my truck expressing how disappointed this entire experience was and not even a word.. Highly disappointed in this service department and the lack of customer service and warranty repairs.

I brought my 2019 Jeep Cherokee in for a warranty oil and filter change. Jessica of Planet oversaw this service and, unknown to me, she said that I was also due for a warranty tire rotation. I said wow, thanks for telling me this. When I asked how long it would take because I had other things to do when in town. Jessica said that it would take about 1.5-2.0 hours. Planet had my Jeep done in 1 hour 50 minutes. I am very happy with the service and the time it took. But I am most happy that Jessica was there to answer my questions and keep me updated.
