I really have only positive feedback to give for the professional and friendly service provided by Nissan Subaru in Flagstaff. From the first phone to completion of the deal I was treated with respect and professionalism. Key for me is that they are on salary and they do not compete with each other for commissions. So it was very easy to work with all of the agents involved and they showed friendliness to each other and respect. They listened to what I asked for and delivered what I wanted. They worked with a schedule that I had when I was going to be out of town and communicated with me. I was also able to get a complete manual for my 2012 vehicle which they ordered. I feel like they were genuinely excited that I got the car that I wanted. It made the whole experience which can be intimidating especially for females easy and fun. Im happy with the result and I would recommend Nissan Subaru Flagstaff to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

The entire transaction was very satisfactory, and surprisingly easy and very pleasant!We saw the car on their website on a Saturday, we texted the salesman Alex who sent us photos and videos of the car and promptly answered all of our questions.Next, after completing the online application, the entire financing was completed very efficiently and by the end of that same day (Monday), Alex delivered the car from Flagstaff (completely detailed) to our home in Prescott Valley! That was completely unexpected as we assumed we would have to drive to Flagstaff to pick up the car.Overall, we were given excellent customer service with very friendly staff who worked around the clock to deliver us a beautiful vehicle.We will certainly purchase our car from this dealership again in the future.

We were on the road going across country and got a nail puncture in our tire just out of town. The service department immediately took us in and inspected the tire. It couldnt be repaired so they put the spare on for us so we could make it to a tire shop that had the tire in stock. They couldnt have been more friendly and helpful. The facility was immaculate with a comfortable waiting area (which were werent in very long due to the quick service). Thank you!!

Great customer service! With the high heat we had a breakdown while passing through Flagstaff. The team at Nissan Flagstaff was able to get us in and Jess did he best to get our part ordered and have us back on the road the same day the part arrived. Since we had a 1 yr old Nissan, this was a challenge but Jess and his team were great. They provided a ride to our lodging and picked us up again when the car was ready. He was very up front and gave us options for what was needed and what could wait until we got home. Overall great service by Trinity on the phones and Jess in the service and repairs! Thank you!

In the past they were great but this time around they took forever, I had to call and request a call back 6 times to which they never responded, they would not update me with the status of my repair, requested a supervisor call me to which they ignored, took over twice they estimated time to repair, what else can I say? In the end they did complete the repair and it came in under their quoted price. That is the only reason for the two stars. Basically, avoid them at all costs.

I had a great experience working with Alex L. in sales and Isaac L. in finance. I was looking for a Northern Arizona ready vehicle. Alex found me a 2013 Suburu Outback that perfectly fits our needs.Alex really listened to our requirements and was able to show us several options. I have meet only a very few sales people with his patience, eagerness to please and empathy. He listened to both of our needs.I normally dread the financial part of the car buying experience but Isaac was excellent at making the process streamlined and productive. He got us through in half the time that I expected. He also has an engaging personality.The next day I had a great follow up with Alex.The backstory for this car purchase has to do with our drive on I17 and following a detour to avoid a fire in my city ready sedan. OMG! Now that road thru Bumblebee and Crown King will be a piece of cake.

I was misinformed when purchasing my car from here about what was covered under my warranty. They also charge 80$ for an oil change, which is at least 20$ more than Discount Tire/Jiffy Lube/other places in town which always give coupons and deals. Additionally, they changed the settings on my lights to not turn on the tail lights without telling me or changing them back, resulting in my first time driving at night since getting my oil changed I was stopped by a police officer (we were on a road-trip, so I was not able to see that they didnt turn on when the sun set until I was stopped). I have been getting my oil changed for 6 years and have NEVER had that happen before. Shows truly just how careless they are. NEVER go here for anything unless you have quadruple checked its covered, and definitely dont go here for basic car services.

It was fairly painless, and the finance person on duty actually took the time to speak with me about my vehicle choices, where I wanted to be with my payment, and about the vehicle he thought would fit me better. My wife and I are very happy with our new vehicle and the way we were treated by the team. There wasnt a feeling at all of bein pressured into a vehicle or that they were just out to make money from me. Instead they stayed late, found a way to make my payment work and even gave me more for my trade than KBB to make it happen. I had tried another dealership earlier in the day and the experience was completely different. Id recommend Flagstaff Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I cannot day enough good things about this dealership. Arrived yesterday with a lack of power. Ended up being a transmission replacement. Made contact with Corey Conrad and John McLaughlin there was no transmission in stock and the closest one around was in the valley. They set us up in a loaner vehicle and we were able to go visit family while we waited for repairs.Both were very helpful and ended up driving down to the valley to pick up he transmission to be replaced. I forgot to mention we were from Kansas City and were in our way out of town when this happened. They got the transmission changed out and we are back on the road. Everyone was supper helpful and kind during our stay even with our three dogs. Did I mention there is a dog park next to the dealership. Great service and great people.

We had a code come while we were going thru Arizona to Nevada. Within minutes (legit 30 min) Tyler had us in. Moved cars (we were hauling rv) so we could get close enough to reset codes....all the while we sat in the sun in the DOG PARK! The diesel tech Ramon was a life saver. I can’t remember their names because it’s been about 2 months or so but I think it’s Kyle and Jason. They were AMAZING. I had issues with my car traveling through flagstaff and they were able to get me a rental car. I work in Phoenix and it was not the plan to stay in flagstaff while my car was getting fixed. I had my appointment on Tuesday and received a call from Jason explaining all the issues wrong with my car and assured me everything was going to be okay. I could keep the rental until Friday (I wanted to keep it forever!!) i picked up my car Saturday and everything was like new! I was so happy with how much effort these guys did to fix my car. I was very impressed and was well treated. Now I don’t want to go to any other dealer in Phoenix, I want to go back there to always get my car serviced! Even if I have to travel 2 hours. The Flagstaff Nissan service department really helped my daughter out when her 16 Versa Note had encountered an unexpected transmission failure. Service tech Ryan was very helpful with the repairs and keeping me informed on the status of the repair. Just noting I live in Colorado and my daughter attends school in Arizona, so this stressed was eased by the professionalism of everyone I spoke with when I called Alexis, Riley, Jason and Ryan were all very pleasant to speak with. I was driving from Phoenix to Chicago. Coming up from the valley I experienced transmission problems. Your dealership was able to see me the next morning at 7:00 AM. My husband & I bought a Jeep from Nissan in October and we were both very happy/impressed with the service we received at Nissan. We had walked through most of the car dealerships in the auto-mall before ending up at Nissan, and Josh M. was pretty much the only helpful sales person we had encountered all day. He took the time to walk us through Nissan and Subaru’s inventory, showing us vehicles that fit our fairly specific criteria. He was knowledgeable, willing to take the time to answer all questions and really put forward the effort to get us in a vehicle that day. The vehicle we purchased ended up having a couple of issues and we were in and out of the service department over the next few weeks. As our vehicle continued to have its issue, Ryan and Jason remained adamant that they would get it taken care of - which they did. We’re grateful to the Nissan team for seeing our situation through to the end and making sure we were happy with our purchase. A big thank you to Josh, Brad, Isaac, Ryan and Jason for all of their help!On another note, at the beginning of our experience we had a brief encounter with Rick who was rude, unpleasant, and did nothing to help our situation. Purchased a brand new 2019 altima from this dealership. The buying experience was pretty standard. Although I did have to come back to sign new paper work multiple times over the first two months of having the car which I thought was weird. Now, after putting only 8000 miles on the car its having coolant leaks. Theyve already worked on it once, stating that its fixed and nothing else is wrong. Now it has a leak again and they are slow to fix it or contact me with any info. I do not recommend buying a nissan at all. And especially not from flagstaff.

I told the young man who checked me in that the drivers side back tire had been leaking and I needed to have it checked. They changed my oil quickly and efficiently. When I checked out they reviewed everything they did and never mentioned checking the tire. When I asked to have it checked, he said just come back if it keeps doing it. No, it has kept doing it and thats why Im here to have it checked. They did then check the tire, found and removed a nail and patched it. Im disappointed that he tried to send me away without addressing my reason for being there in the first place. Not the service Im used to receiving at Rolling Hills Nissan in St. Joseph, MO. where my concerns were taken seriously. Ill be back because there is no Nissan dealer in my area since Tates closed, but Im not especially happy about it. Thank you!

In normal times buying a car can prove to be a stressful experience but especially now with the pandemic it can be even more difficult. I was not planning on buying a Rogue because I had just started looking. I contacted Flagstaff Nissan about some Rogues I had seen on their website and was immediately contacted by Matt who ran some numbers for me without putting on any pressure. The next day, I received a call from Becky who set up an appointment for me to come in and look at some possible choices She assured me that were taking every possible measure to make it safe. I went to my appointment and Becky was so helpful and again did not apply pressure so it was a very enjoyable experience. After test driving two Rogues, I was able to purchase one that had everything I was looking for. Throughout this entire experience, everyone was so helpful. I am ecstatic about my new Rogue but more importantly so pleased with how I was treated at Flagstaff Nissan.

We did made the deal on the internet. Everything was supposed to be ready to do the paperwork at 2. We drove from out of state and when we got there they said that they were detailing it. Four hours later we test drove it and did the paperwork. They knew we were coming 26 hours ahead of time. It should have been ready.

For us this is an out of state Nissan dealer. We had to stop and get service during a road trip. We looked at cars and almost bought a new Pathfinder right on the spot but our service didn’t end up being very much work so we held off. Little did we know it’s harder to find 4WD cars in all colors and packages in Georgia. They had good options right there that took us a while to find back home. The guys were great sports about talking to us showing us the vehicle and even when we ultimately declined. Not like some other high pressure dealerships. Good people, gave a great impression.

Do not trust this place to sell your college students a car. My son went in and looked at a 94 BMW test drove it and was going to trade his car in they told him $2,500 if you took the car tonight he called me, I said if youre okay with it if it drives good then do it. he called me later that night and said they charged me $3,000 because my car had a salvage title on it, so the price changed after the fact after he said yes he would take the car that night which I think is really crappy business ethics. Needless to say 4 days later he says mom my car is shaking really bad. So I called the dealership talk to the guy who sold him the car course theres no warranty on it, but they did agree to look at the car if he brought it by mind you my son is studying for finals and cannot bring the car in when theyre available because of his school schedule. He says the shaking goes away so we let that go, now 4 Weeks Later the the coolant hose flies off the car and ruins the fan for the radiator tearing it apart my son has to get a towed back to his apartment and we have to have a mechanic look at it now before he can drive it.Waste of $3000. Well be bringing the car back to the valley to have a qualified , trusted mechanic look at it and more over fix it and sell it at a loss so we can put him in something a little more reliable.****5/21/18-- Update, basically told by Marco that you get what you pay for. So the $3000 he already spent he has to spend another $1500 and lets hope that it didnt do any damage. Thats awesome for you to say you do a safety inspection to make sure it passes the bare minimum before you put it on your lot. He said You only spent $3000 not $30,000. Wow! Great customer support!

I usually do not write reviews but my last experience should be noted. Rachael and Dustin at Flagstaff Nissan are two employees who exemplified outstanding customer service. They will go above and beyond finding the right vehicle for your needs and the appropriate financing. They sell both Nissans and Subarus. If they do not have the particular model in stock they will go out and find it. Dustin found my tuck and had it shipped to the dealership. Then Rachael took over and made sure that everything went smoothly. If a new car is not in your budget, Rachael will be more than happy to sell you a used vehicle. I am sure they can find you other new makes and models too. Rachael did a fantastic job and Dustin was awesome. Strongly suggest stopping by and seeing what Rachael can do for you.

Normally I dont take the time to write a review but I have had both my Toyota Tundra and Ford Flex serviced here in the last 6 months and would highly recommend Flagstaff Subaru. There service center staff are prompt and friendly and seem to want to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I would recommend Flag Nissan Subaru in a heartbeat, without any reservations. I was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle and was looking to spend under $10,000. I was wary of a big dealership because I felt sure that I would be pressured to raise my budget. But this was absolutely not the case at Flag Nissan Subaru. My sales rep, Rico, was understanding and respectful of my situation. He showed me multiple cars in my price-range and, even among them, didnt try to pressure me toward the more expensive one. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the differences among different models and options. He also listened (which I definitely did not find at the other big dealerships in town.) Throughout the process of purchasing my car, I was assisted by so many other people and, across the board, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about this large purchase. They were even accommodating when I changed my mind about something a couple days later and, with a smile, they were able to make the changes I desired. Finally, there were a couple minor problems with the car (a spotty AC, low fluids and an interior light that was out) -- and, as I type, these are being taken care of without any additional cost to me. One of the signs in the dealership says that one of their missions is to make customers feel at home and they certainly accomplished that with me! This dealership took 3 separate trips to fix my check engine light.First trip: They sent me from the Nissan building to the Subaru building and when I walked over there I was looked at in disgust and asked why I had my Nissan over here. I explained I was sent over here by the ladies at Nissan. They grunted and had me return to Nissan.Second Trip: I was told that the service writer couldn’t set an appointment for me and that I had to call a number. He could have set an appointment for me, but chose not too.I emailed the owner my concerns and didn’t receive a single phone call or email in response. I have a leased vehicle and everything is still under warranty so it was easy money to take from the Manufacturer, but were too lazy to do so.Third Trip: it took all day to replace an O2 sensor.I had told them my lease was ending and they didn’t even seem interested in earning my business. I will not be looking to purchase from this dealership nor do I recommend you to purchase or service here.They neglected to use an iPad during service and neglected to send me a Nissan Survey that is required by Nissan. The list goes on.

I dodged a headache!!! I was going to get a new vehicle with them, and drive over 3 hours away one way, because I thought they were going to give me a good deal. Boy was I wrong!!! It took a few days, but when the Sales Manager Brad got involved, it went bad from there. He wouldn’t give me numbers as to what the deal was going to be. Instead he wanted to talk on the phone, probably because he didn’t want a paper trail. He actually told me “no” that he wasn’t going to email me the numbers. Wow - great customer experience - NOT!!! Things happen for a reason, and I’m SO glad it didn’t work out. I was reading the reviews on them, and I dodged a bullet!!! Buyer beware!!!!

I would give no stars if it was an option. I took my kicks in yesterday and they told me my car battery was fine. After I told them I was told the battery was bad. It’s still under warranty so they should have just replaced it for me but I was told “We can’t just give you a battery if there is nothing wrong with it. You can buy it if you want to.”I brought it out the St. George Nissan today and they told me my battery is only putting out 55 and it’s suppose to be at 510 and gave me a loaner car until they can fix my car. I wasted a trip out to Flagstaff yesterday.

I had a wonderful time there Taylor McLaughlin was our dealer and it took a very long process for me and my boyfriend cause I wasnt working at the time but he helped us so kindly and was sweet about it and he was even excited with us. This man loves his job and wishes everyone a happy new car ending all the way through. So very thankful to have a nice and patient guy help us:)

We had no key to our Pathfinder to get home and they made one for us right away. While the car was in the shop, they took care of two recalls as well, that we didnt even know about. They got us taken care of so quickly so that we could come back to Colorado where we live. Thanks to John and Jeff and the other team members for all their great customer service!

I bought a new Subaru Touring model about a month ago. Mike Champagne was assigned to me after I contacted the dealership online. We did all negotiating via text and email! It was so easy and Flagstaff Subaru doesnt muddy the process by starting high and coming down lower. Their first price offer is their best. They also dont add on bogus charges that beef up profit. It was so worry free! I contacted Mike all the time during my initial buying process with tons of questions and he patiently answered them all. He never pressured me, but he did provide in-depth information that helped me make a final decision. I wasnt planning to buy the Touring model, but after I saw the digital pictures on the website and read about it, I was hooked! Coincidentally, the dealership had one on order in the color I wanted, Lapis Blue. By the time I met Mike in person, the car was on the lot (I dropped by unexpectedly one day to look at the cars in person--in fact, the day before the car was due in) and Mike came by on his day off to greet me. The car arrived earlier that day and he wanted to show it to me. I love my car (who doesnt love their Outback? Its my third one!) Mike was the best salesman I have ever worked with in all my car buying history. Im so glad I purchased my Outback from Flagstaff (I talked with 3 other area dealers) and that I was lucky enough to have Mike guide me through the process!

The only reason Im giving this place two stars instead of one is because Alyssa, who sold the car to me was so amazing. Other than that they sold me a Mazda CX-5 with the check engine light on and the heater not working (in December in Flagstaff). After giving it back to me four times I finally asked for my money back. They told me they were sending it to auction because they could not fix it and it was a total loss. I went back a week later because I left my key fob to my old vehicle in the Mazda, and they told me they sent it away and they would look for it when the vehicle got back. I drove around the lot and of course the Mazda is sitting out there, with my key fob right in the console where I left it. They also told me they would be re-selling the Mazda (even though it was a total loss). Back on their website! Very shady dealership, take your business somewhere more trustworthy. And I hope I can save someone from buying the 2014 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring!

Was fortunate to have used them to replace a shroud under the engine area of my 2017 Murano. I bought the part for $101. A local garage said it would be between $300 and $500. Nissan said it would take 30 minutes. They were 5 minutes later on the appointment, but finished in 25 minutes. Miraculously, there was no installation charge. Great job - great people.

We were traveling on I-40 when I noticed my wife had overlooked that her car was way passed for an oil change, I googled the Nissan dealership and was greeted by very nice lady who transferred me to another very nice lady in the service department, after telling her my problem she made me an immediate appointment and got me in within 45 minutes. Bernie Popsichel our service advisor was totally awesome, great service, we were in and out within 45 minutes. I own 2 Nissans, next time I purchase another Nissan, I will surely consider traveling to Flagstaff to shop for another vehicle. My wife and I were very impressed with the service and your facility!

I have been purchasing cars for the better part of 40 years most of them new. Having never even thought of purchasing a Subaru in the past I knew nothing about the Brand.My salesman Gary Loos was very unique and not what one would expect to be a car salesman. Gary was extremely patient and very knowledgeable of the products. This was the first time that I met a salesman that wasnt pushy or annoying and because of his assistance it helped me make a more educated decision. While I am sure that the other sales people are very nice and helpful at Flagstaff Subaru I would highly recommend that if you are looking to purchase a Subaru you should see Gary.

Had transmission trouble with our Nissan on a recent flagstaff trip and found this Nissan dealership on google maps. Pulled into the service bay and was immediately greeted by Corey Conrad. Corey was a pleasure to work with- great explanation of the issue and continuous communication during the repair process. Corey really shines as an example of what a service writer should be and in my opinion should be promoted to Service Manager so he can teach and train others to have his demeanor and follow up.Great experience all around.

What was suppose to be a quick trip to pick up our car turned into a great and unexpected experience. Rachael Hargn helped us look at cars that caught our attention. She was able to point us into the right direction when we decided maybe it was time to buy a new car. She showed us the top cars and allowed us to even take one that had just arrived for a test drive. She got to the point on paper work and made it an easy process since we had both our daughters with us. Her and the team of Nissan made my family feel welcomed. It was like a second home where we were offered coffee and water. Every employee that would pass would smile and say hi making it easy on us. The facility was also very clean which to me was an important factor since I have a crawler. Over all, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Flagstaff Nissan to friends. Im enjoying my car and happy I had people like Rachael and Dustin helping us out.

I recently bought a used vehicle from Flagstaff Nissan Subaru and my experience, from inquiry to driving off of the lot, was exceptional. I am from out of town and actually flew in to Flagstaff to purchase the vehicle. Tom Browning (sales associate) was awesome and helped me through the process - he also picked me up at the airport! I had my own finances, so I cant speak to that part of the process, but I can say that Flagstaff Nissan Subaru put together everything that I needed for my financial institution and everything went off without a hitch. Its a really nice professional place. The staff and mechanics are always really nice and helpful. I always feel taken care of when I come here. And I love that they have a whole room with toys and padded floor for the kids to play in. I recommend them 100%
