Great selection of donuts, coffee, muffins, bagels, and other delicious pastries. They have tons of coffee flavors, and they dont use those nasty sugar substitute shots. They actually brew the flavors into the coffee. My favorite is the butter pecan. The drink sizes are very large so beware if you get a large coffee you are asking for a bucket of coffee! And my favorite donut here is the vanilla cream. This is my new goto for coffee. I wish there was one on my way to work!

Great breakfast spot

Ive been coming here every Friday for awhile, a nice mile run from my house and the best consistent coffee around and I love how I walked up to the counter and the woman knew my order when I wasnt expecting it, it made me feel awesome. I want to eat here, everything in their bakery cases look soooooo good but it would defeat the purpose of my exercising lol. But one of these days I see a ham egg and cheese and an old fashion donut in my future. Keep up the good work girls youre killing it.

Went for donuts and coffee thinking with the high reviews they will be fresh and yummy. But instead received what tasted like folgers and donuts tasting like they were day old donuts. Do not recommend at this time.

The best local donut shop around.They serve great coffee in a big variety of flavors and dont rely on sugary syrups to make them. They also have a great selection of donuts that they make fresh. Just make sure you get the early on the weekend, because they go fast

Now I remember why I stopped going here. I went inside where there was NO LINE. Asked the lady, do you have chive cream cheese? She said yes so I said I’ll have an everything with chive. Literally all I ordered. Leave open my bagel, lady puts regular cream cheese. How TF do u screw up a bagel with cream cheese when I specifically asked before ordering if you have chive cream cheese.

Stopped in this afternoon. Theres just one lady in line chatting up the girl behind the counter. 4 employees. No acknowledgement of my existence. No hi, no be with you in a minute. Nothing. Im okay with that for a few minutes. The other customer and the girl clearly have a good rapport, and the girl is giving her her undivided attention. The chatting continues for a solid 5 minutes while I stand there completely ignored. Meanwhile of the other 3 employees, 2 are tending to the drive through and one is wandering back and forth aimlessly. Finally, Chatty Cathy heads out. I stepped up to the counter and stood there ignored for another few minutes while the counter girl went to help the wanderer find cheese. Left coffee-less and cranky. First world problem, but still. Cmon guys - at least acknowledge a customer. I would have even taken a stank eye just to know Im not invisible.

This is my favorite coffee place in fitchburg. They gave great flavors, the coffees are huge and the prices cant be beat! Almost joy iced coffee is the best here. Also you can bring your coffee from here to cinema world movie theater.

Every time I order my coffee here, it seems very watered down. The flavors are all right, but the coffee grounds to water ratio always seems off. However, I do really like their breakfast sandwiches.

Love love loooove the coffee here. Dunkins just doesnt compare! Sizes are bigger, flavors are more real tasting haha. Not sure how to word it. Gourmet Donuts is my #1 coffee place. Hands down. I even send coffee grounds out to my best friend who lives in Alberta Canada from here. She had it once 4 years ago and has been hooked ever sense!

Decent donuts &a great selection of flavors for your coffee! Crazy flavors like milky way, cake batter but they have the normal everyday variety of flavors too like hazelnut & french vanilla. Around holidays they normaly have some themed coffees for whatevers going on at the time, like peppermint for xmas time. The employees are nice for the most part but they could do something with the inside of the store. Its not horrible but not great either, Ive seen &visited worse but itd be nice if they did a little something with it.

What looked like an owner was yelling at the woman making my coffee. Totally distracted her and coworkers and she made my coffee wrong.
