I received a delivery today for my anniversary and the gentleman who delivered was so kind and even wished me a happy anniversary. I just thought it was nice of him to say that. Usually they hand u the fruit and leave. Just a nice touch.

What amazing customer service.I called and spoke with MINDY and she was AMAZING. Friendly and helpful all the way through she was able to do more than the website could ever do! My fiancé is slightly allergic to Cantaloupe and Honeydew, but I wanted her to have something special. Someone sent me the butterfly boutique with pineapple, melons, and chocolate covered strawberries. Pretty display and fruit was fresh! Tasted amazing! My two year old loved the strawberries! After putting away the left overs I kept the cute bucket/vase to start growing my tomatoes inside this year. Would recommend this as a gift for any occasion!

Ordered a LARGE birthday fruit bouquet with balloons and a box of 6 chocolate covered strawberries. Well the box of strawberries did NOT arrive. 2 days after I ordered for my other daughter a box of cheesecakes with chocolate covered fruit on top of each cheesecake also with birthday balloons. The balloons did NOT arrive cause they flew off before the guy delivered and the cheesecakes had all the fruit fallen off. VERY DISSATISFIED

I’m extremely disappointed with my purchase looks nothing like the picture at all...looks like my 3 year old did it. Was left outside when it clearly says they will contact the person if they don’t answer. Our purchases are suppose to look like the picture I was suppose to have pink dip with swirls and some swirls on my chocolate ones and there was nothing when called to tell them the employee was rude and said we could pick up 6 strawberries done how they were suppose to be which I don’t see why we had to pick it up it was there mistake and when brought home it look like they were old left over strawberries. Just awful. Need my money back ASAP I will not let this go it’s not OK!not able to see my cousins during this COVID time I wanted to send her a nice edible arrangement for a congratulations on a girl and it was just horrible not what I ordered

I ordered a box of strawberries with a bouquet of flowers for the coat of $100 dollars. I couldn’t be there to pick up so I send my mother. They gave her dead flowers!! Those flowers looked like they cost Less then 10 dollars. I could of bought my daughter prettier flowers from the local supermarket Or CVS. And I would of saved more money.They literally stole my hard earned money. What I payed for was not what I got. Disgusted horrible never ordering from them again.

Two deliveries to our home in three days. One was left to rot in the heat for 5 hours and by the time our neighbors found it and brought it to us it was covered in ants and ruined. You did make good on it by redoing it and letting the person who sent it pick it up and deliver it. Fast forward to today and someone sent one to us and it was left on our porch in the heat and sun. The chocolate was all melted and the fruit was all warm. Both times our phone numbers were right on the package with no notification the item had been dropped. Extremely bad service for something that needs to be brought in right away.

Ordered a Christmas gift for a Saturday after Christmas delivery. I was notified 1.5 hours before the business closed that the delivery was finally made missing most of the staff. I called Sunday to find out what happened and the phone put me on hold for 15 minutes. Checked their website that said they were closed on Sundays - not sure how long I would have been on hold if I didnt check the time. I called back Monday to ask why it was delivered so late and was told that I should have noted a time. The online website didnt offer a time. CS said that I should have just wrote it in the notes section. Customer service stated that there was no manager and she might be in sometime during the week or she might be at another store..told you had to just keep calling to check.

Left chocolate covered fruit out front of my house for at least an hour in the summer without knocking, calling, or texting. They did such a nice job on the actual item, I just wish they knocked or made sure someone got the package.

I’ve been a customer of the Fitchburg Mass store for many years and have always been happy. However, the employees you currently have are not only incompetent but extremely rude! On Wednesday, the door was propped open without a sign saying do not enter however, when I walked in to place an order I got yelled at. Literally yelled at to go outside! “If you want an order you have to go on line” and then slammed the door in my face.Unfortunately I was stuck (Mothers Day) so I drove off and ordered on line anyway- when I went to pick it up they tried to give me someone else’s order. When I said it’s not what I ordered, she rolled her eyes, shut the door and left me standing there. Came back out to tell me they would fix it. I waited another 20 minutes and quality not like it is normally. If your employees are too stressed and overworked, you may want to think about adjusting how you do business.Will bring my business to the next closest E.A in the future.

I was going to give them a 5 star review, but it will not be fair if do so. On Friday 7/11/19 I placed an order, and requested a specific balloon (for a reason). Although the order was great, they changed the balloon for another one, and with that changed the motive for the occasion. Next time please have some courtesy and show so by calling your customer (before delivery), and discuss available options, instead of taking it upon themselves and changing the order. Order than that, it was beautiful and delicious.

Pretty and delicious. I’ve never had any problems with the ordering process, customer service, or delivery issues. The fruit is always fresh and nicely shaped and decorated if you go with dipped fruit and the chocolate yummy.

I got my friend edible arrangements thier wasnt home and their did awesome job arranging for multiple delivery so their can get it. Their also kept me informed about the delivery. The arrangement came out awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I will be using their services again. Awesome Customer service all the way

Never delivered a gift sent from my friend. Found out a few days later that they refused to drive up my driveway due to weather.When we offered to have them call us when they arrive they stated they dont do that service and I would have to pick up the gift from the store. The store is over 40 minutes from my house. I told my friend to ask for a refund because by the time I get to the store the gift would be not fresh.Aprently they refused to refund because they attempted the delivery.I sent an email using the contact us on the website. Its been days and I have yet to hear anything.What a let down for something that was supposed to be a gift congratulating my engagement. Im super disappointed in Edible arrangements.

I ordered an arrangement that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. On Monday my parents received it, no one rang the doorbell and the arrangement was all rotted/melted. When I called to ask for a replacement the woman was rude and hung up on me. They did make a new arrangement and the man who delivered the second arrangement confirmed that it was forgotten on the truck for two days and should have never been delivered and just replaced. The second driver was nice and apologetic but the woman who answered the phone needs to work on her customer service skills.

Manager is super rude, her name is Michelle. I spent over $110 on a mothers day gift for my wife everything came to my house wrong. To top it off the ballons, gift box and card box didnt show. Cookies were wrong and strawberries were as well. When i called manager told me Owell and that they did their best. When i asked for a refund and her name she hung up. Refused to give her name or fix anything. Dont do business. Not only was she rude and super ghetto but a terrible manager. Will not do business with edible arrangements ever again and i suggest you dont either. Will also be calling corporate in hopes to have her terminated. Nice job Michelle 👌

One of my favoritre local go-to spots for gifts. The arrangements are always fresh and plentiful. I have taken advantage of the free shipping specials from time to time. I always receive the best response from the recipients when they receive their edible. The gift box is an excellent client gift! The service at this location is top notch with friendly and efficient staff. My deliveries have always been received on time. Highy recommend this store and location.

I bought my mom an arrangement for mothers day and had it delivered. They forgot the balloon I paid for so I called and they sent a balloon attached to chocolate covered strawberries free of charge. Plus they were so pleasant and happ to do so. Excellent custome service!

Sad to say was not impressed..had to pick pieces of the rind off the pineapple before the kids could eat it .also still had the core...strawberries were soft .chocolate covered apples were good but definatly would have been better for the kids with no skin...presentation was very pretty..but overall will not be ordering again...

I love this place in Fitchburg but for some reason this last order wasnt that great however they were quick to respond to our problem and rectify. As a business owner I can say this was great to see as I pride myself on the same customer service. I cannot express the amount of disappointment and anger this place brought me. My boyfriend ordered a 70 dollar arrangment which is not cheap as we all know on Tues the week of Valentines day for Thursday Valentines Day. He tells them the address to my work and that I work during the day. Well they never showed that day. I called them and spoke to a girl name Ciara and she told me the delivery was unsucessful and I asked why because I was there and she didnt have a reason for me. She proceeded to tell me that she could have them deliver it the next day but I was not going to be at work that day. I asked for her to deliver them on Monday which was Presidents day. She said not a prob even though it was a holiday. I told her again I work during the day and specific instructions on how to find me. They never came on that Monday. I called them AGAIN and I got another girl that told me that the order is either getting ready to be shipped out or is enroute. I told her that I was no longer at work and I told the girl on Friday that I was only going to be there from 7-3. She told me that there was no note in the system for that time. She proceeded to tell me that they will def deliver it the next day and put a note on it for the AM once again. This is now 2/18. I waited all morning and nothing. I called them back and spoke with Ciara again and she told me that all deliveries were canceled because of the snow. I asked if they were going to call anyone to let them know that and she began to tell me that the Leominster edible arrangements called my boyfriend And he said oh thats fine that you push the day back because of the snow. I spoke to my boyfriend he never got a call and never said that to anyone. I asked if we were going to be charged for this and she said yes but she will speak to her manager. I asked if I would get a call tomorrow which is today for the answer to that and she said it was her day off so she will leave a note and hopefully they will not look over it. That sounds promising. It took me to call the Leominster office and spoke with a very nice girl and she asked me to give her one more day to ship the order. I accepted because she was so polite and I did receive my arrangement today. Even though it was more than a week later for my order. What a great valentines gift right! They ruined it and kept giving me the run around and lying to me. Horrible horrible customer service. As of now he has to pay for that arrangement in full. Complete trash!!!! DO NOT USE THIS EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT FOR ANY SHIPMENTS OR ODERS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!
