I bought my scratch and dent fridge from here. It looks great and it was a great price. They installed the icemaker before delivering it. Delivery was great. The two guys that delivered were professional and very quick. And did everything right. Im very pleased!

This place is horrible! they talked to my mother like she was trash when she went in trying to get her dishwasher serviced, he told her screw you and to leave the store! What!? Who talks to people that way what a terrible way to do business I will tell all my friends to never shop here!

Went to visit this store looking for a last minute appliance that needed to be replaced ASAP. The associate who was working in this store was not very friendly initially and almost seemed as if we were bothering her by being in the store. Not only that, but she seemed to be watching every move we made and Im not sure if there is a problem with theft or she was just gauging our interest. She explained to us that most things were on backorder and there was really nothing available for immediate delivery with a few exceptions. While she did eventually become helpful, initially her attitude is not what I would expect from anyone working retail/customer service. For that reason I am rating at 3 stars. The selection in the store is good and I would say the prices are reasonable. Needless to say we went to a big box store and found something with the same features at a lower price. Not sure if I would revisit based on this experience.

I have just read the reviews posted...I am surprised to see so many happy customers. Good for you and them however we have been treated poorly and would NOT recommend your store any longer, we use too.We purchased a refrigerator in May of 2019 along with an extended warranty at our cost. The door needs replaced and we cannot get any one of your sales people to help us or a manager to call us back. Very disappointed in the service you offer. Everyone needs to know the sale is over when you pay for your item!! Dont expect service after that.We finally got our problem taken care of by Alan in Arnold and I thank him very very much for solving the issue. Thank you again Alan.

Very disappointed .Bought washer dryer and kitchenaid refrigerator. Repairman had to come twice in 2 weeks for same issue. Now he had to order a new motor and something else for new refrigerator. Said it my take a month to get parts. This is anew refrigerator.It shouldnt need a new motor. I think they sold me a lemon. They should replace it..It also needs a new panel on back of fridge. Weve only had it a few months and it took forever to get it. Now it doesnt work right. I should just kept my old one. I do plan on talking to manager very soon. In person!Washer and dryer ok so for.

Bought a dishwasher here about a month or two ago. Excellent experience. Told the sales guy what I was looking for without telling him the price range I was thinking - basically asked him what he had installed at his house. He suggested a unit that’s worked excellent for us and was exactly what we were looking for. Whole process in the store took less than 15 minutes. Looked up unit online before I paid for it and they had it for about $100 cheaper than everyone else. Will definitely shop here first for appliance needs in the future.

Their employees will stalk your FB profile and make weird comments. The other employees just want to eat while they walk around and show you appliances. Then they will come to your house and attempt to do things under the table. The manager is very nice but I surely wouldnt deal with them again.

Ordered a part for our oven Tuesday before Thanksgiving, we just got it yesterday. We were told several different stories but, the worse part of it all was that we didnt ever get the true story. A smaller business competing with larger corporations customer service will make this company thrive. It is lacking that and honesty.

My dad bought a fridge and stove about two weeks ago and was told he was first on the list for delivery this past Friday. Delivery guys didnt show up till 7pm. They didnt have the right tools or parts to hook up the fridge, and wound up dumping water out all over the floor. Dad had to go out this morning and buy the parts that should have come with the fridge. They gouged up the concrete porch while taking the old stove out. Very much do not recommend the delivery service.

To start, I dont write reviews! I bought a dryer here last year, 10 minutes start to finish, out the door, AMAZING! Fast forward to today, they helped me with a washer that didnt even come from them. This is the kind of place I want to do business with!

Ordered yesterday, worker told me I would be first stop for delivery. Called at 10:15 and was told I would receive a call. It’s now 11:15 and no communication from them. I’ve used this store several times and have had a good buying experience. I will not be using them again for anything. To bad I try to use local businesses when I can.

Terrible experience with warranty work .Technician has no clue what he’s doing.Took off two days of work , first day Received a phone call asking for a model number so he could order the parts he thought it needed . Could’ve done that before hand .Second time showed up didn’t know what he was doing . Will never purchase equipment from them ever again.

After dealing with sears parts in service in fenton over the corse of two days for nothing!! I call up, inquired about my part the friendly lady that answered the phone did a short Q&A, informed me they didnt have it but could have it by tomorrow. They called when the part came in and my wife went up to get it. When i got home from work i put the part on was exactly what i needed. NO PROBLEMS, NO ISSUES...NO BS!!!!

Unbelievable warranty issues!!! I bought a $2k refrigerator with extended warranty 6 months ago. A shelf broke the week of Christmas, they ordered me a new one and told me it would be a day or two to get the new one in.I never heard from them so I stopped in a week later to check on it, the man told me holiday delay, understandable ...I call 4 times today with no answer , over 3 weeks total now, sooo I drive to the store for the third time now. When I walk in the store the man behind the counter the counter is talking to the customers sitting on mattresses about cell phones!!!? Tells me it will be a few minutes, Ive been here 20, even though I had been calling all morning. It is easy to take someones money, it is another to stand behind it and keep customers happy. All this BS over a shelf!!! Im TERRIFIED to think about actually needing service with such incompetence over a single part!!! I am leaving the store again w/o the shelf, they tell me it now has an eta of 1/20/18?!!!

We bought a Samsung refrigerator from them, trying to keep our purchases local. We purchased the extended warranty. We had a shelf break and it was very frustrating to get that shelf replaced. Jesse, the man that works there, will not answer the phone and was very rude to my husband when he finally went in to check on the status of our shelf. They told us a couple of days to get it, it ended up taking 5 weeks.

Bought a BRAND NEW washer & dryer set from them, but immediately noticed something was wrong w/washer from all the loud noises it was makin from the 1st time I used it. It took 2 weeks for them to send someone out to look @it and he said it was a defect right off the assembly line, so he had to order new part & we waited another 2 weeks for them to receive the new part. The store told me theyll send someone out to my home to repair it, but it would take 4hrs!!! I have a job & cant afford to lose a days worth of pay waiting 4hrs for my BRAND NEW washer to get repaired & the store told me Id have to pay EXTRA for them to come pick my washer up n repair it at the store instead, so I didnt have to lose a day of pay from my work! Not only would I be charged for them to pick it up, but Id have to come pick it up myself!They sold me a BRAND NEW defective washer, so I shouldnt have to pay ANY additional fees &charges OR have to lose a days worth of pay to wait around for them to fix the problem! In my opinion, thats NOT good business! Therefore, I will NEVER shop there again!
