Generally this pharmacy is pretty mediocre, but today they told my wife two separate times a prescription would be ready in 30 mins. When she went to pick it up, the associate asked if my wife was aware they were out of one of the meds. Then sends her to drop off to find out what to do. Drop off told her she would need to find a pharmacy that had it in stock. Well be finding a new pharmacy.

Totally unprofessional!!! They have a problem when you call them out on any errors they make. Then they really flip. They try so hard to reflect it back to you...the customer. That doesnt sound like job security to me. After posting here people its time to get in touch with Corporate!!!

Absolutely the most unprofessional pharmacy Ive ever been to. I had surgery in Fenton and was trying desperately to get my prescriptions sent from my home town to them and I was a little groggy making the call...the so called man or pharmacist asked me 4 times the name of my pharmacy so I raised my voice and told him again to make sure he heard me correctly. Well he hung up on me ....not once but 3 times after that. So now I dont have my much needed scripts...thanks for nothing Stephen the awful man I talked to and will be reporting to corporate.

We just moved to Fenton a few months ago and despite the reviews we decided to try the pharmacy anyway our household has filled about 6 different prescriptions and we were pleasantly surprised on how quick they were filled I LOVE the text to let me know when my prescriptions are ready and the remainder when I need a refill. the Pharmacist and staff have been so nice I have been greeted with a friendly smile every visit THANK YOU FOR BEING OUR FAMILIES NEW PHARMACY 😀

Second time within the last month that medications for my family are not in stock. No call to let me know they are or are not back in stock. I was told on Wednesday that my daughters medicine would be here on Friday, here it is Friday no medicine, no call from the pharmacy to apologize, no care in the world. I asked when it will be in stock...oh probably by Wednesday next week. Thank goodness she doesnt have a life threatening illness. I will be waiting an entire week for a common medication to be in stock...called another local pharmacy, they have 2 different generics available and in stock today. Unfortunately its a controlled substance and after 5:00 pm so I will have to wait until Monday. Thank you Walmart!

Automated notification system is glitchy. They wont notify you if they are out of a medication and cant refill by the promised date. Will promise a script will be ready on a day they are closed. They wont notify you if theres a problem with the prescription. They wont notify you if theres an issue with your insurance. Save yourself some time and gas and confirm script is ready before trying to pick it up. Today I called a couple minutes after they opened (because Im already a day late taking this time-sensitive medication b/c it wasnt in stock) and the pharmacist must have answered. Cranky, old rude dude - I couldnt believe how he comported himself. If you decide you deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, perhaps choose another pharmacy. This ones only advantage was the convenience of shopping while I waited.

I have been filling the same prescription from this pharmacy for well over 10 years. I take a controlled substance for brain seizures. I follow the rules. Bring my prescription in a day or sometimes more in advance. Numerous times I have been told that this is not in stock. Why? Why? I actually had to go to the hospital for a psychotic break one time. And of course I don’t have any other choice of pharmacies because of our fabulous insurance company. This could literally kill someone. Please explain why you don’t keep records. Please explain why I have to put my health at risk because someone can’t manage an inventory? There are 2 very nice people that work there (sorry I don’t know their names) but no one else cares at all . In fact, they become rude and defensive instead of trying to help the customer find an alternative solution. This needs to be fixed. Why wouldn’t you help someone out instead of saying, Sorry, truck doesn’t come until tomorrow. Where’s the care and concern?I hate this pharmacy and yet I’m trapped because as a controlled substance it can’t be transferred.I have no idea what had happened in the last 2 years, but someone needs to get involved. And fix it.And yet, even as I write this, I know that not one person at Walmart will even see it.If you have choices in pharmacies, I would recommend anyone but Walmart. Especially Fenton.

I disagree with most of these reviews. I think the pharmacy staff is great! Theyre always super nice, and make friendly small talk with me. Ive used them for 10+ years and theyve always been prompt, kind, and courteous. Anyone who says otherwise was probably just difficult, or argumentative.

Staff is fine. Not super friendly, but not mean or rude. I dont like that they close completely from 1:30-2 for lunch, but that isnt the staffs fault. Got here at 1:40 & have about 10 people ahead of me. Clearly its a busy pharmacy. Thankfully I have time today to wait though & they were able to help me quickly. Danielle & one other younger man I dont know as well are by far the most friendly people working there. The two times I asked to speak to the pharmacist, both times a different person, they were both brusque & impatient, enough that I dont bother asking to speak to a pharmacist unless I actually have to. But its not a bad pharmacy, I think just busy and understaffed.

This is one of the most useless pharmacys I have done business with. The staff does not care about the customer at all. They just fill in their time. Its just a crappy job they all seem to hate. My wife picked up a script for me and they noticed it was different than prior ones yet the lady that caught it told her it wasnt her job to verify it with the Doctor. She said youll have to call him yourself. If she caught it and brought it up shouldnt a pharmacy flag it and call the Dr.? It turned out to be wrong anyway and the copay was way higher. I called this evening and wanted to return it and get the high copay back, Steve at the pharmacy said they couldnt take it back and told me to call my congressman if I wasnt happy. Then he proceeded to tell me that she shouldnt have picked it up if it was different. I told him she didnt know, and being a total jerk said that I should have picked it up myself. When I spoke to the pharmacist (his boss) he was equally as rude and didnt care at all. This is the last time that pharmacy will get anything from me. Does anyone care about their jobs anymore? These are a bunch of angry people taking their frustrations out on their customers. What a joke.

Terrible pharmacy, they dont care and choose to do what they want not what is good for the customer. Good example is I have a precipitation for an inhaler for our cat. Cash price is over $250 and I found a discount card that might save me some money on it and they said they will not take it. I asked why and they said Wal-Mart policy. I called and asked the coupon company and they allow the coupon for animals. So Wal-Mart chooses to make it hard for me to afford my animals medication. I asked the pharmacist what should I do should I let him die? The pharmacist said the vet can write a cheaper prescription like a rescue inhaler. I asked is a rescue inhaler to be used in emergencies for rescue or everyday like the one in the original perception? He just looked at me and said go to another pharmacy. Screw this pharmacy.
