Not a single register open that has a cashier. Was forced to self checkout. I dont mind self check out but my card never works at the self checkouts at this walmart so have to go through a normal lane. After an hour shopping, realize I cant even check out! There was a person next to me checking out needing help and couldnt get it.

I like their pick-up service. It is safe and convenient. Ive gotten a few poor choices in the produce department, but they are willing to work with you, as long as its within a half hour or so.The staff does great, even in rain, so I very much appreciate that!

Alot of empty shelves, grocery wise. Food generally doesnt come from China, so backed up ships shouldnt come into play.

By far one of the more decent Walmarts Ive ever been to. Is this a top tier fancy grocery store? No. But youre going to a Walmart. What youre looking for is quick, easy, and cheap. In terms of Walmart, one of the best. Clean environment, friendly staff, well-designed aisles, etc.

Walmart was fine, wish there were more cashiers on duty . Im not going to go through self serve because Im handicapped and some items are too heavy to lift in and out of the cart.

I haven’t been a fan of Walmart for years. Forget about the negative effects these stores have on small local businesses. I don’t work for you. It’s bad enough that I have to check myself out and bag my own groceries, when that could be a job for someone in the local community that your stores destroy. Now, I have to get hassled for my receipt on the way out? Go Fvck yourself. Never again am I returning to any Walmart location. Shame on me for not doing so sooner.

Stock up products been low and shelves empty lately at times do to covid. Do to shipments being brought over and going through customs. Good place to shop for most part.

Great place to grab anything from groceries..to clothes to electronics..great prices..my only complaint is...they need more cashiers..you gotta wait to long to checkout..

Poor selection of work shoes, no seat to try them on!

Placed an order Wednesday for pick up between 5-6pm Thursday. 5:00pm rolls around, no word. 6:00pm get message that says “slight delay.” Fine. 7pm....8pm.....9pm....nothing. I need the bread, the dog food and other things. Then at 9:48PM I get a text AND email saying your order is ready for pick up! I get out of bed, drive up to get my groceries, arrive at the pick up area.. 10PM now!! Dark & desolate!! Call the number on building wall, the recording wishes me Happy Thanksgiving. (maybe someone should update that) Call inside the store to talk to real person, get a not so nice lady who just simply says. “Oh there’s no pick up after 8pm” Hmmm....well I just got a text saying otherwise. Wonder where my groceries are? On the way home call 800#.....recording tells me there’s a 47 minute wait. Loyal customer no more.

One of the best Walmart’s I’ve been to the produce section is exceptional and is almost always fully stocked with the best produce. Friendly and personable staff. The clearance isle is one of my favorites as well as their seasonal section!

It was good we found about everything we needed except no water shoes.

This is probably the worst place to return bottles around here. They remodeled and removed the sink so you can longer wash your hands when youre finished. Gross! But other than that, this is a great place to shop if you are on a budget. With all of the self check outs you can usually be in and out pretty quick too.

Food was chicken, brisket & fries were all fresh and hot

Fenton Walmart. This store is definitely not a brand representative of the company.*Service is hot and cold.... some days good and somedays not so good. I’m referring to friendliness not speed of service. Friendly service makes up for the speed of service as speed can be a result of many things... equipment failure, short staffed, etc. In spite of the barriers that come with the job, there is absolutely no excuse for not being friendly.* Lack of product. Many times I can’t find what I need here and have to go somewhere else.* Organization..I have been a customer at this store for years and it’s always the same which I guess is a positive: you always know what to expect.Recommend? No. Not unless you don’t have another choice.

Two times we tried to do a curbside order and both times they cancelled the order saying the items were out of stock, which they were not because we went up and picked them up at the store in person. Only thing good about this Walmart is it’s usually clean. Other than that the employees are not thrilled about doing their jobs.

Nice clean store and stocked shelves.

Picked up groceries about two weeks ago. The lady threw everything in the trunk and seemed angry for no reason. Most of the stuff was damaged. Also the self checkout needs more workers it’s so out of control inside.

Fenton location is easy shopping, no crowds. Easy expressway location at US 23 and Owen Rd

What can you say about Walmart. Not everything you want, but prices are usually near the lowest. Only Meijer Stores have this place beat, especially in quality of merchandise and produce/meat quality. Sometimes, they dont seem to restock as fast as they once did. Some products stay out of stock too long.

I know times are hard right now and staff is very short and I get it but not the cleanest, shelves really empty. Could have just been an off day with trucks but again like I get it with these days its hard.

So i was shopping in Brighton Walmart before my camping trip so i didnt take a picture of this but their bikini mix and match section is 4.98 each and Im wondering do people not work as hard in Fenton for the items they buy because the display is marked 9.98 each at the Fenton store?! Ive also noticed several items on line pick up different price then on shelf in store like my coffee creamer in store 4.88 pick up 2.88 makes me wonder why I would shop for higher prices in store and in Fenton

Wont buy any perishable foods here again. On a couple of occasions now Ive got home to discover bread that is within date yet moldy and worse yet lunchmeat within date that is spoiled and extremely discolored (green pastrami im looking at you)

This Wal-Mart location was well stocked neatly organized. Had the best selection for your Christmas needs. The toy aisle was well stocked too. I was really impressed. However, I had to mark the store down to 4 because they literally had no cash registers open.

For a true feedback one should go to Yelp.com, as a good half of feedbacks here are filled by Walmart workers and their families. If you are white, but with broken English – refrain from Customer service - even manager will treat you as dirt!

Dairy section has looked waaaaaay understocked since last Thursday. Its now Tuesday and Ive been in 3 or 4 times looking for the 8 packs of yoplait 🍓 yogurt and its been completely empty for almost a week now... If Walmart just decided to stop carrying it Id understand. But if not ? . It seems like somebody whos job it was to do the ordering wouldve noticed

I feel as if I work there but I dont. Its a hunt for items at times and the self checkout is crazy most of the time. I feel everyone should get a discount for doing a job they took away from cashiers. Customer service is at an all time low here.

Um. Its Wal-Mart. Its convenient, but demeaning. If you dont look a certain way you get followed around by security. Youre checked at the door to make sure you didnt add anything to your basket that you didnt pay for. I really dont like going here and you can totally tell the type of clientele they normally have by the way they tasty their customers. Its a sad statement on the state of this Corporation and the country in general at this moment in time.

Once again the Walmart application failed so I was forced to pay by card. The application works fine EVERYWHERE except at the walmart in Fenton. Betting they have wifi problems.

The young man in the baking aisle was very helpful and pleasant.I couldnt figure why the spice section was so sparsely stocked --- it was virtually empty. I found the bulk of the spices in the center aisle, with the other baking needs, but on the far, not-as-travelled side.My husband returned cases of returnable bottles. Between spacing (1 machine open, the next one closed), and machines not working, THAT took the bulk of our time.Other than that, what can I say?? It was... and forever will be... Walmart.

U scan section is very large and seems to move pretty fast. Dislike it due to taking hard working Americans jobs. Store is always clean and staff has always been very helpful.

Would give zero stars if possible. I hate that there are never any cashiers to check customers out. Went this morning and there were no cashiers only self checkout stations. If you expect customers to use self checkout then give us a discount or reduce all your prices because your now not spending money on paychecks to individuals that really need employment. Stop laying people off or firing them just so customers can pay more to check ourselves out. People need to have jobs to survive and support their families and companies like Walmart are just hurting the American people by taking much needed jobs away and replacing people with self checkout stations so the higher ups can turn a higher profit. All that amounts to is greed on Walmart’s part.

Im there completing a contract I shop when I get a chance its mostly work for me while Im there I do coraspond with the workers Abit so far theyre frendly people black and white if I have a problem I will speak on it so far good they get four stars for the atmosphere there natures think people will injoy shopping at this Walmart supercenter.

I ordered a birthday cake for my son’s first birthday and was informed the day of that I was suppose to pick my son’s cake up that the “kit” I ordered was unavailable. There was no attempt to contact me and created a bunch of unneeded stress and running around the day of his birthday party. When asked why I wasn’t contacted all I received was a careless “I’m sorry”. Poor customer service such as this is what makes Walmart the laughing stock of box stores and makes driving to mejiers worth it. Very disappointed. Additionally a manager refused to speak to me when asked. Bush league.

Check out was quick, had no robes.

I was impressed. Neat, stocked well, workers friendly, and I got to help a senior citizen get an item off the top shelf. She was really appreciative. Made my day.

Clean and pretty well stocked. I really like the self checkout lanes that have 4 bagging racks for those who do a lot of shopping. You can quickly self checkout. Better than waiting in long lines for a cashier.
