Great selection of products. Not my local Ulta, but this store carries more brands (or at least a good amount of different ones), and Id like to stop by whenever Im in the area and was looking to stop at Ulta anyway. Wonderful associates and they actually helped resolve an issue of mine that my local store couldnt, so thats awesome! :)

I am not a huge makeup fanatic, but started a new job and need to look decent for my days. I went here and was very overwhelmed with all the options and had no clue where to start. Staff helped me get what I needed and were so nice and patient.

Very helpful staff! Daniel (who had beautiful eyelashes btw) helped me pick out the perfect foundation, and foundation brush after years of struggling to find the right match. I highly recommend this store. Ulta employees, keep doin what youre doin! Thanks guys!

Ulta offers so many options of beauty brands to select from depending on your preference. You can spend a little on low end affordable brands, or spend $$$ on the high end brands. They have fragrances, hair products, cosmetics, etc. You can also set an appointment with a stylist for hair cutting/styling or makeup as well at the salon in the back of the store. The lighting is nice and bright bringing a cheery atmosphere. The store is clean and organized and you never wait in line at the register for more than a few minutes. Their gift cards always a quick last minute gift idea too.

WILL NEVER COME THIS STORE AGAIN!!!  I HATE HOW I LOOK LIKE AFTER HAIRCUT!!IIm CRYING EVERY DAY!!First time when I came in ULTA for haircut the master did good job. She was listening me and asked a questions do I like it or not. Finally it was look good and people gave me a lot complements.So,  after 3.5-4 months I decided that it is time to visit ULTA  again for my next haircut . I came to the store and made appointment. It was Wednesday and appointment scheduled on Sunday at 10:00am. When I came on Sunday at 9:30am store was closed and working hours straight at 11:00 am??? I waited one hour and a half just to come in the store. After another 45 minutes we figured out that master missed her schedule and she will not show up. The manager apologized and she was very sorry.I had to reschedule my appointment on another two weeks.Finally when I came on my new appointment the master didnt even say any excuse for missing appointment. I asked her if she remember what need to be done with my hair or should I remain her. She told me she remember everything very well. I showed a picture what I wanted to be done!!She cut my hair very short and absolutely different style!! She even didnt ask me any questions!!! It is look so ugly!!! And I cannot fix it now.

Love Ulta, they are my preferred place to shop for beauty and cosmetics. The staff at this store are very nice. I like using the store pickup option. Highly recommended.

I see Rachel Cave master stylist there for a couple of years and she is the best. I drive down from downtown Seattle just for her. The staff at the salon and also the retail store are all helpful and friendly.

I went in today with my little sister, wanting to know some information about The Ordinary. What best works for my younger sister when looking for assistance I came across Aurora an employee with no patience I didnt even get to ask my question when she just snapped. Their was a lady right were the product was so I asked her to give me a second simply because I did not want to be rude. Ulta has to do better on there customer service.

They had my DHC cleansing oil in the small size for about the same price as online. This product was at Costco for a larger volume 10 oz. The Costco product even had a small 1 oz travel bottle that is convenient on trips and is the appropriate amount for TSA.

This store has a great selection of manufacturers, including that it make-up ☺️ which Ive been wanting to try, but, I hate buying things I cant see & touch. Very cautious about masks, hand sanitizer, and maintaining distance. Easy to find, and plenty of parking!

The girls in this Ulta are super fun to hangout with and helpful. No judgement radiated from their expressions like when you try to shop at macys makeup department.

Worst experience ever. I rarely rant & complain but cmon Cheri! Curbside pickup : not convenient or quick. Ulta will sell you something online that the store doesnt even have in stock, even though it says IN STOCK when you put it in your shopping cart & place your order. Strange. First youll get a text saying your order is ready, drive over there. Prepare to sit in the parking lot waiting for 1/2 hr. Finally I went inside to wait IN LINE (exactly what I wanted to avoid) for another 12 mins b/c only 2 of the 8 employees are ringing up. The associates dont know whats going on. One overshared with me about their theft issues, one couldnt find products& her guess was as good as mine, nobody could help meI ask for a manager, re-explain everything the associate didnt understand. Now the manager, Cheri, makes excuses for why my order isnt complete & even says to me, well... we never confirmed the order was complete (even though Im literally showing her a text that says your order is ready to pick up) as if I would drive over there& just show up, not knowing if my order was ready & complete!? No. I finally get annoyed enough to ask them to just refund me - but they wont. When I ask the manager if I can speak with someone else, she wont give me anyones names(?) Huh?!? She says shell give them a message &tells me that they probably wont get around to doing anything for me b/c tomorrow is a holiday. Im realizing at this point that shes definitely trying to be rude. This was so upsetting & in no way was this a convenient curb-side pick-up. (I try not to enter stores- my mother is high risk- she is 75 & just had a bad stroke. I ordered this easy way for a reason! And I still dont know if Ill get what I ordered!Cheri, maybe youre doing the best with what youve got over there, but I am disappointed. I feel strongly that I cannot be the only one you have offended, as this seemed very natural to you. Ill stick w/ Sephora & Rite Aid. I like the people there better. ick!

Warm & WelcomingThere was an abundance of help available from the moment I walked in the door and I didnt feel like I was being profiled. play seem to know their stuff were able to point me in directions to things I was looking for. prices for a lot cheaper than I thought they were going to be and also the quality of the products were amazing. They had tons of major deals going on so close to X-Mas. It was also my birthday and I was able to redeem my free loyalty rewards birthday gift from signing up as a member on their website.

My favorite store for beauty! Literally everything you need is available here and new products get added every week. I could not recommend this more. The awesome reward system will make you never want to shop anywhere else!

Super nice people work here! A very nice lady (who’s name I forgot) but something like Loretta (if so)! helped me today! She diligently tried and tried to help me find a product in store that nobody could locate! Mediocre experience at this Ulta location. I was looking for a specific product and needed color matching. The woman that helped me was very flat and didnt really explain the products I was shown. A missed opportunity for the store as I was there to invest in some products...spent less than would have if shed taken more time and/or been more engaging.

My daughter received a makeover and the consultant was kind and really wanted all of her input in it. It turned out awesome! It cost $30 for the makeover or you could purchase Clinique for the price and not pay for the makeover. My daughter is already beautiful but the little touch ups really brought out her beauty.

Excellent customer service. The gentleman that done my makeup was so helpful. We ended up going to the one in Federal Way then to the Lakewood store- gave me 20% off which was a blessing.

Customer service seemed to busy to help out and the cashier tossed my gift card that still had over $50.00 on it. I had to ask for it back, and she didnt apologize. I know they can do BETTER!

I go there for my mac products and perfumes

It was so much fun going. I love how everything was labeled in easy to find. They had a great discount selection. The only reason I did not get 5 stars is I did need to ask somebody a question and a lot of the workers were just in little groups talking to each other.

Went in here to get eye primer. The one I always get is from Urban Decay, got it, went up to the register and the gal suggested something from Mac if I was ever interested in trying something different. Its like the gal read my mind, I was looking for something a little better and she came in clutch. Everyone I go here I always have great customer service. I also love using points and the coupons

I have been here only two times but I will most likely keep on coming here. I live in Auburn but the 20 minute or so drive to this store was well worth it. The first time, I came here in search of a clear brow gel for my sister. The staff was friendly and helpful. I met Candi, the lady at the Benefit Brow Bar. She is the sweetest! I loved how she wasnt pushing me into getting something that I didnt need but instead helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The second time I was in today. I had scheduled a make up session with Candi and she set up an appointment for me with Jay, the Arch Expert who also does lashes. He was in one word AMAZING! Now I want him to do my lashes all the time! He applied individual lashes in a quick yet thorough and careful manner. What more can I say, I left Ulta today grinning, with an amazing set of natural looking lashes. I am a happy customer! Thank you Candi and Jay!

It was my birthday I went in to get some makeup and there were different girls that worked there who kept asking me “do you need help finding anything?” And as I repeatedly said no thank you, they kept coming. I was taking a while at the store but why can’t I? I’m spending a lot of money so I want to make sure if I’m going to buy it, it’s worth it. Then I started getting really annoyed because I saw that the security guy had came in and stood by the door and I saw him watching me so I started feeling uncomfortable but I ignored it because I wasn’t doing anything wrong or stealing. I had a Ulta membership card like really? And as I paid for everything and walked out, I got in the car and saw that the security was leaving right after I just walked out. SERIOUSLY? And it was only me and 4 other white ladies there. They were still shopping and I left. That made it so obvious they called him in because of me and were watching me the minute I walked in. I will NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN and I don’t feel like shopping in a Ulta store at all again period just from that experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Jay helped us out with matching up some Clinique foundation and was able to match my friend and I both with shades that were perfect for our skin tone. The store was clean and in order which was impressive given it was the day after Christmas. Our experience was very pleasant overall.

I had the most amazing experience getting my eyebrows waxed here a few weeks ago. I have never let anyone beside my mom wax my eyebrows but this lady made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was so funny and kind so I ended up re booking 😊

I am very upset about the customer service I continue to receive at this store. Within the last month I have visited this store twice. At first I was very happy to start a line of credit and eager to get an eye shadow palette. On my first visit I worked with a beauty consultant looking for an easy to use palette with colors that I would really use everyday. I spent 2 hours trying out things and upon me checking out the consultant realizes they were out of the palette. I was really annoyed it was a great price and we tried on a lot of the colors. The supervisor then helped me pick out a new palette that was more expensive but I went with it. On Saturday 7/20/19 I was in the store again buying hair products no one ever asked for help or anything just came up to me saying do u need a bag.. I then observed them asking another lady if she needed help. Upon checking out I asked if they had Dr.Brandt pores no more primer. Without checking to see the lady told me NOPE we don’t carry it! Another lady seen the look on my face and then said she would check their inventory. Another sales associate comes by and they ask her she replies no we don’t carry that brand. Today I just happen to check online and to my surprise Ulta does not only carry the exact product online but it is indeed available in the store!!! Both experiences have not been the best. This location always seems to let me down and it really sucks. The staff is very short and unhelpful.

I love this store and the people who work here

I really wanted to love the salon. My hairstylist was nice enough and the cut was good. However my hair has never looked worse. The color is an orange shade and streaky and nothing like the balayage I requested and subsequently paid $250 for. I am now having to go somewhere else to get it fixed and I’m honestly embarrassed by the streaky color contrast and tone. Not to mention how dry my hair is from over processing. I cried in the car on the way home, that is a lot of money to pay to be entirely dissatisfied.I upped the star rating because I was able to get a full refund. Shout out to the salon manager Alex for helping me out! She went above and beyond. McKayla the assistant store manager helped me graciously when in store facilitating the transaction.
