They dont care one bit about whether people get sick with Covid. I came across employees (and customers) not wearing masks and no physical distancing whatsoever. If you want to get Covid, this might be a good place to go. If you dont, stay away.

Today I went in and I’d just like to give the store manager Ashley a huge shout out for being so helpful with me and helping me resolve my issue with an online order return! Ive been coming here for years and today was probably the best interaction I’ve had with an employee here. The girl that attended me first wasn’t that helpful but after that , an associate in pick up was great and got me contacted with the store manager, everything just went uphill from there.

The manager in the electronic department didnt know how to do his job! Wanted to buy a prepaid phone and it rang up at the wrong price. When I asked to correct the price the manager messed up and said that he could no longer sell me that phone because it was in the system. When he tried to change the price it was too late and no longer could sell me that phone. I asked for another one to buy but, that was the last phone they jag in stock like that. I had to then pay 3X the price for a different phone I didnt want!!! In the end I paid more then I wanted and it took me over an hour of my time and patience!!!

VERY IMPRESSED with the produced and DELI section. The chicken tenders should be air fried. They taste rubbery with a bad taste when cold.

Was one of the smaller centers. Layout is definitely different. But was easy finding what I needed and friendly staff.

It could have been better. Most of the registers are self check-out? Thats one of the worse ideas anyway could have come up with, it doesnt make things faster, just the employee lazier.. and if you have a problem you still have to have an employee help.. stop being lazy Walmart put your people back at the register !

I like goin here because i had a god experience with a manager. I forgot her name butshe remembers me... (Yellow 40 gallon storage bin guy). She gave me the online price not once, not twice but three times. And wen she saw who i was she was like ya give him that price .. thank u so much. But some of the worker there have an attitude problem. Especially the morning shift cs and the only cashier in the morning. Will it kill u to say hello n good morning back?

There was good effort by the staff to help whenever it was needed. But the store itself was laid out in such an unusal way l.found it frustrating to locate what l wanted. I do have to say that was at least in part because of the massive of the store.

There is a greater here I look forward to seeing weekly, when my wife and I go shopping.The store is stocked ok, not great.Security that I have seen is worthless, I heard them calling the security people outside saying to stop a shop lifter while the lifter was outside high fiving security walking away.The workers are helpful if asked, couldnt ask for much more in a store than what I see here, good job everyone,

Walmart has no customer service.It was impossible to do simple exchange., because local management dont care about customers, they care more about there breaks.At super store one manager said its impossible to hired for customers service.Her name Marisala she conduct her self not like a manager because her lunch break was more important than my issue to change a skippers to right size.Yet, it was 7:18 pm,and they closed a customer service deskThey should keep open until 8:pm .I have no longer support for careless stores and its employees in upper position.. My wife and I frequently come to this store to get her diabetic supplies. Clean rest rooms and well lit.

I went to rite aid and Fred Meyer and have been trying to fill my prescription for 3 days. I kept telling my husband just take it to Walmart they never give me an issue. (I have never had a medical card, but have the info) I went into Walmart and it was wonderful. The woman I was helped by was just great. She even had the same ailment as me! Anyways, long story short, my medicine was filled and I was texted before I was finished grabbing the couple things I went for. They were awesome. I wish I had gotten her name!

Typical Walmart experience. I was happy that they had some groceries even though it wasnt a super Walmart. The gentleman greeter was very polite.

Seems like everyone in that store r miserable except the nice older lady that helped me in cs. And the receipt checker Mary. No one says hi or good morning, one time i overheard the manger telling her minions to xheck all of the clearance price n make sure to marked them (meaning so we cant use the scanner to check the current price or if the other stores have it cheaper). Thats y the new app sucks theres no way of checking other stores to get better deals, i thought WM wants der customer to get the cheapest price so we can save. Anyhow but nothings there wen ur looking for it and wen u forget bout it theres plenty of it. Going to wm is like goin to Ross or Goodwill, taking a chance to see if u find good deals or not.

Do not like this store. Not crazy about any of this corporations stores. The one we got groceries at yesterday, didnt even have a meats section. With so many great places to go shopping at, wouldnt recommend this one, in Federal Way.

They only had ONE cashier open in the middle of the day AND the self check out line wrapped all the way down to the freezer aisle!!! The ONLY reason that I gave it 3 stars and not less was because the line for self check out went pretty fast especially since they had more than 1 person helping but i dint understand why they couldnt have had 1 of those people just open another checkout lane? (also helped that some guy let me cut in front since I only had 1 item but thats besides the point).

Prices are pretty reasonable, but they run out of stock pretty fast.

Walmart has the most underpaid employees which leads to terrible customer service and deprived employees. Not OK pay your people for there hard work WALMART OR PLEASE GO BANKRUPT AND GIVE OUR LOCAL STORES A CHANCE TO THRIVE!!

This used to be the most fun place to shop when I was growing up. It now is just a hassle. Shelves are never stocked. No attendants on the floor to help. No check out clerks. You have to do it all yourself. I feel bad for some of the workers since they have been there so many years to see it go from being the best to the worst, but I guess pandemics and pay wars have really brought Walmart down. Probably wont be going to this location much longer. Im sure international trade wars have hurt them too, since no more imported goods come in. So sad.

Organized and easy to find everything, especially using the app, I dont have to find employees for help everytime, just have to look it up. Even so, when I asked where something was I was pointed the correct direction by a friendly girl who was restocking.

Great place to get an oil change and the prices are great as well. I love it.

I love Walmarts Delivery/Pickup! They always have the most interesting items. Just dont do their surveys...they really dont want you to win anything. I filled out the surveys a couple of times, and after submitting, it continued to spool.

Its been frustrating lately because they dont have many of the items I like to purchase in stock. This has been an issue for several weeks. But I do appreciate the fact that the checking out process goes a lot quicker than the larger, super Walmart stores.

Horrible experience every time, rude incompetent workers who yell at you if you ask for help or need them to do their job, like be a cashier! Any time Ive asked for a manager Ive been told there isnt one, if I call I never get connected to a manager. Perfect example of every reason why people hate Walmart.

Much better than the super center one in Fed way.. they actually had merchandise on their shelves and I passed by a few friendly employees actually employees that seem happy to be there they must treat people a lot differently at this location. I found a decent parking spot, store wasnt too crowded I was able to get in get what I needed and get out in a timely fashioned through self-checkout more importantly I did find what I went there for.. Ive been in Walmart before where theyre consistently out of everyday items you know dish soap or fabric sheets or you know....

I visited to send money to a family member. I really appreciate that I can send money to family member and they can pick it up at any Walmart. It is cheaper than Western Union.The staff are always very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. My only issue is, I have mobility issues and need the electric cart that is at the front entrance. As large a company that Walmart is, you would think that they would have more than two carts. This store only has two and one was broke. Walmart could do so much better.Even the local Fred Meyer ( Kroger ) have at least five of the electric carts. I am thankful for Amazon Prime who I signed up for during covid and do not pay for shipping. The things that I once purchased at Walmart I now purchase from Amazon.The last purchase from Walmart to be shipped to me never arrived. It was a drawn out process to get my money back.

Great place for people who are looking forward to buy Food, Clothes & Electronics, Also this Walmart have McDonalds where you can eat in and take out food 7 am to 11:00 pm, there is also Walmart auto center where you can buy variety of products for cars.

I was very impressed with this store they had so much merchandise and it was good stuff I went in for a couple random things ya know socks and undies to avoid laundry another week and ended up with 4 pairs of shoes and 2 pants 6shorts several shirts and it was only 267 and change anyways I ended the trip with another wardrobe for another 2 weeks thanks walmart... man laundry week is gonna suck... but its like Christmas every time... best walmart yet I feel a walmart tour coming up 4 me soon....

Highly upset ordered 31 cases of glass for my business and 17 made it safe with 14 all broken have no choice but to discard. Highly upset will purchase from another retailer next time. Also placed order for much needed laptop asap choose same day pickup paid then they sent a email 10mins later saying they no longer had it. Very Inconvenient

Found exactly what I was looking for. Lines were not long. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Good stop.

I was attempting to have my straight talk phone set up ... I had just purchased it there and didnt know that to set it up I needed to buy a plan and call the 611611 to accomplish that... I wanted to get a new number so things were a bit complicated... The gal at electronics really wanted to help but had no great assistance to lend...on my other phone that had given up on me I took a hammer to it ... its destruction was Kool started smoking and burst into flames ...that made it all worth while .. ;)

Once you got to cashier it was fine. Only two check outlines open with long lines. Waited in line 20 minutes or more. Not happy.

Went shopping for gifts, found everything I wanted and more , all at great prices and even though they were extremely busy the staff was friendly , helpful and kind. Sometimes not the easiest thing to do when you are a walmart employee, so good job!

Got everything I needed to change my own oil for my jeep love my cars.

I needed help with getting a watch but no one assist me. Plus there wasnt any black slacks.

I used to love Walmart best place to ever go grocery shopping but you know what ever since after covid it seems like all their prices went up how is that the peoples fault I thought there wasnt supposed to be any taxes on food is that why you raise the prices on everything I thought it was ridiculous

I am a funko pop collector. For those who dont know its a collectible toy. I have seen pictures of wal marts full of these toys. This walmart doesnt even have 1. The toy section is a joke its almost empty. I have gone to check for restock for the last 3 weeks and they cant even tell me when.

Other then one little issue this store was perfect. I was a little unhappy that self check out was not open. Although, it was about an hour before they closed so that may be why.

Parking directions for pick up werent clear even though the email seemed to state otherwise. Had to drive around to find it. Eventually found it. Had no problems with the remaining directions.

Not too bad. Went in at 9pm, got my stuff. They actually had TWO live cashiers! They did; however, take out the McDonalds.

What can I say? Walmart is one of those places where you can get 2 new outfits plus a pair of shoes and maybe a couple odd ball items and walk out of there spending less on your new items then you would at Goodwill or similar the non profit palces!!

The store was clean. The associates were busy and seemed genuinely focused on the task at hand. I noticed there were clearance in about every department. Im also noticing that the prices on 99% of the merchandise is miss labeled/priced wrong or incorrectly. Im assuming what is happening is they scan a shirt size large mark it down to $1. Then they print out lets say five clearance price tags that say $1 because the inventory says they have five shirts on hand or they see five in front of them. Then they put the price tag on the shirts. The customer takes the five shirts priced and marked for a $1. The cashier rings them up and only 4 of the five ring up for the new correct price of $1. Why? Because one shirt is a size different and the associate didnt notice. Walmart use to give you there loyal valued dedicated customers the price that it is labeled. Not any more. Now you get called a theif and accused of changing prices. Also I have seen/ witnessed a customer go through self checkout. Scan everything in their cart. (Actually piss people off in line because there only three cashiers and one self checkout that has 4 registers open and they are being extremely thurough.) Pay for their stuff then they get close to the door and get grabbed and pushed and accused of steeling. Because they didnt show the receipt. As humans and consumers please be careful. I do not want to see or hear that anyone is getting abused, accosted, harassed, imbarrased and assaulted. Its happening every where. At every Walmart I have been to. And I like to diversify my spending. I shop every where. I drive at least an hour as way.

Love getting my food delivered and products i need and love

I got judged so hard yesterday I had my hair in a bun and i was wearing sweats at the self checkout i have 3 kids so sometimes i just dont have the energy to keep myself up anyways the ladies were just staring at me the whole time as if i was a bum who was going to steal something and i really just dont appreciate the judgement i am a hardworker and an honest person and I do not struggle to buy the things i need im so tired of this worlds scrutiny 😓

As much as I appreciate some of the great deals at Walmart I dont appreciate that big crowds. Another thing I dont appreciate is the lack of knowledge of some of the associates.

Easy in easy out... The supervising cashier at self-checkout brought me my phone when I was at the sticker machine on my way out the door I had left it at the register....

Didnt have a lot of things in stock, although that might be because of stimulus checks, one would think WalMart would anticipate that and over stock their more popular items...

Went looking for a sweater, didnt have them on display. But that makes sense for it being summer.

Its close and clean. Just hard to find open parking.

This location either does great in some areas or horrible in others. Get your car worked on, they seemingly do a decent job. However try to locate someone in electronics to ask for assistance with getting a new phone, you might as well just go somewhere else.
