First of all I dont recommend this place at all. they should shut down this place and if there are more than 2 people and they ignore you while the other member is make your life a nightmare well thats stealing. T-mobile should train better their members because there are so many misunderstandings when it comes to customer service. Simple things become nightmares with all this people running t-mobile shops.

We were needing to change our cell service and they were great about scheduling us in as quickly and safely as possible. Tommy was so great! He greeted us after calling to let us know we were next to be helped. He was also knowledgeable, patient, and detailed about our new service. Would highly recommend going to this location.

I lost my phone, came to this store to replace it. The lady that I got was unhelpful. She was being unrealistic and I needed her to be human for 34 seconds. Instead of assisting me with my issue of obtaining phone she listed policies of how she can not help. I advice you to not go to this location. The two times I went to this store because it is the nearest to my house, my experience have been less then perfect. From today on I am going to the 320th location.

Some of these Stores are not always friendly and it can feel like your getting pushed into buying phones and then once you buy a phone there done with you. This place is not like that. I went here to get something looked at on my phone this tmobile scratched my phone I only had for 2 1/2 weeks. When I called the manager the next day he worked with me to get a warranty return and replaced my phone. Everything went smoothe here and I got my phone replaced I am thankful for such great customer service I recommend if you ever have a problem even from another tmobile that you come to this one and they will help you out.

Do NOT go here. The asian lady representative is unprofessional and is NOT willing to help loyal t mobile customers. I went in there to seek information for t mobile essentials and galaxy s20. She told me it is only for new to t mobile customers and shrugged me off. I called t mobile back office and that representative was able get me the galaxy s20 bogo deal because Ive been with t mobile for many years. T mobile really should put more effort into keeping their existing customers. And hire friendlier and better customer service employees that will do everything in their power to keep loyal customers happy.

The gentleman who assisted me gave me VERY wrong information. He told me my bill would change only by $14/month. Which I found out when my bill came, that it went up $46.....He lied to me and told me I could suspend my line indefinitely to take advantage of the promotion going on and that I wouldnt be charged for that line anymore since it was suspended. That was another lie.He was sneaky and scammed me, all probably for his sale commission. Will never be going here again and will be looking for a new provider. You should really look into hiring honest people.

I walked into the T - Mobile electronic store with two cell phones and three tablets that I spent two years neglecting and abusing. AA couple hours later I walked out with two new devices, all running like fine tuned devices, plus fine working old devices that I thought would never be able to work right.You want a cell phone company to get your phones buzzing like never before, see Dung or Daniel, or any of the other employees I am sure.

Ive been a customer at this t mobile for 4 years now...they have always had great service here and have went the extra mile to help me when i had a issue with my new Note 8 phone. I am grateful for their quality caring service. The staff here is great and very polite and honest. I will continue to be a customer here and i highly recommend coming here for great phone service . Theres a guy named Nick that works here and hes the best if you need anything you should definitely talk to him. Ive had issues with this location before, but what I saw today was outrageous. I could handle the fact that it was busy, but what I couldnt handle was the fact that one of the employees was being extremely pushy to a lady who barely understood english and wouldnt listen to what she was trying to say, shouting at her zero dollars down and pushing speakers and other accessories when she hasnt even picked out a phone, essentially the easy target. When I attempted to ask her questions to find a device that would fit her and how she would use the device, the salesman was exceptionally rude to me when Ive been thanked by salesmen at other locations for doing the same thing. Simply the customer service is shoddy at best, and I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this location.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by a bunch of untrained people who have absolutely no skills or training! This place is a joke! I took my phone in because it would not hold a charge and the phone itself was running so hot that it was almost impossible to hold onto. The guy who helped me had no clue what was wrong with it and had the nerve to ask me what did I do to it? The assistant manager told him to hook it up to the diagnostic, which he did, BUT once the diagnostic was completed instead of ejecting my phone from the computer properly he just yanked it out. This left a black screen on my phone with some weird line of code. I saw it but he quickly did something to it saying hed fixed it, when in reality I would find out later all he did was turn off the screen. He told me that hed order a new device and it would be delivered to me tomorrow via overnight mail. When I got home I went to use my phone to find that no, he had not fixed it so that I could use it until the new one arrived, there was the black screen with the weird code and the phone was totally unusable.I got back in my car and drove all the way back to T-Mobile. When I got there the all looked at me like I was crazy when I told them that they had really messed up my phone and they needed to fix it so I could at least receive and make phone calls as this is my ONLY phone I have no land line. Once again, it was a what did you do to your phone moment and then it was hey, its no big deal, weve already ordered you a new phone, youll be getting it tomorrow. I had to get angry before they finally started looking for some sort of solution and decided that a master reset of my device was the only answer. This was done and once again I could make and receive phone calls. I was told once again that my new device would arrive tomorrow and all would be right in my cell phone world. Next day no new phone arrived and Im getting messages saying that Ive used tons of data.....what the heck? Well, its now a week later, still no new device and to many to count text messages from T-Mobile telling me that my phone has exceeded and gone beyond my plans data plan that I should upgrade. Im NOT using any data and am BARELY able to make or receive phone calls! T-Mobile needs to make this right. Ive been with T-Mobile since the beginning and if this is how they treat loyal customers I dont want to be one.....

Ive been here many times. Usually different sales people every time and they all have been pretty great. Only one of them was rather mediocre with his interpersonal skills. Then again, I am a kind, paying customer and am not predisposed to give a crappy review. Ive been to other t mobile locations and every single one of them had some serious problems with their staff. Highly recommend going here if you have a problem with your phone or want an honest experience with t mobile.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & CELLULAR SERVICE PERIOD!!! SIMPLE AS THAT! And its not just this store. I highly recommend any other service provider. Please Trust me, I am writing this review from the bottom of my heart so you dont make the same mistake I did. I am so happy now that I dont have to deal with them anymore. Had to stick around because of a contract, but feels so good to finally let them go. So long dropped calls, horrible customer service, unfair treatment. Any other service provider will treat you better. All of these negative reviews are 100% accurate and true. The positive reviews are exceptions, maybe there is one hard working person that actually works with you, but overall 1 star is even too good.

My boyfriend and I wanted to buy the New IPhone 6s. I was switching from Att, and my boyfriend was already TM. We called an hour in advance and asked if they had the colors and memory we wanted in stock. They did. We said we are on our way and the Manager (I think his name was Chris) told us no, they close in an hour and they wont have time to transfer contacts or pictures. EXCUSE ME?? We want to spend over a 1000$ and you tell me not to come??? Hold on. We came anyway. And guess what... It took 5 minutes to transfer, I did mine alone of of the cloud, and they gained a new customer (me).SEVERAL people still thier when we left and they were closing. Who sends away cash money? Not I said the fly.

Horrible service. I ordered a free LG pad that came with my phone. It came in the mail and that same day I went to the store to return it and they told me theyll handle the return and processing fees. Over a month went by and they forgot about my order and still charging me for the unused LG pad. I called and all they told me was they can look in the back for it but if its not there they basically told me I still have to pay for a device I sent to their store and trusting them to return it in their word! I hate t mobile and all the employees I encountured.

They have saved my Family from and over expensive payment at Verizon!! I absolutely love my new phone plan and the So called Bad Service Is not Bad at all!! **** LIARS, DECEIVERS !!! *****(1) This store told me I would have reception in Montana. LIARS!!! I had NONE and lost 4 weeks of business for the 10 days I was in MT (couldnt reach clients I made before I went....lost business chances during trip...set me back another week).Know what these idiots at TMobile said? You shouldve called us....I didnt have service, you morons...and theres NO T-Mobile stores out there.They said you should have used wifi. I tried, but when I got through on calls they always drop because the signal went in and out.Their answers are always deflecting attention off of their fault and telling me to do something different. But its their service that fails its not my burden to find alternatives to their poor service or poor product. Its like they all have snotty nose Brad teenage mentalities there(2) I told him what I use my phone for. Im not very familiar on data and how much I need and how much storage I need. So I trusted their advice on a phone. The phone they suckered me into buying cant have more than two major apps at a time like Facebook Twitter and Snapchat which I use for business and personal.(3) I was having trouble setting up my T-Mobile account online so that I can pay my bill online. I told the store the trouble I was having. Again, a snotty nodes teenage brat with no sense of customer service said just come down to the store and pay your bill.But I dont want to take 40 minutes out of my day to drive down there when I should be able to just click a button and pay with a credit card. Their out of touch with humans insensitivity is astounding.(4) crappy phone that they sold me was having trouble charging. I desperately needed a phone the day that problem started. They seize that opportunity and sold me a phone that actually works worse than the phone I had for a couple years. Because I was in a hurry to get to a business event I had to rush and get a case and screen protector and they told me that they could put it on my bill. Then when they rang it up after they are taking it out of the box, they told me I needed to buy another accessory to put it on the bill. So I bought one and the total of the accessories was $120 and they said I needed to pay $80 of that. So they lied to me about three times in the same sale.And now this phone never send a picture attachment via text message.

After an over the phone troubleshoot that took hours to determine my sim card was not working I was told to go here a try a sim card and that it would be noted in my account that if the sim card was proven broken I wouldnt have to pay.well I get here and the lady refused to give me a sim card with out spending $25 and she said thats a big issue when people call they think its a store,im not giving you my inventory away .Im irritate.the worst effort to help me,period.Do yourself a favor and go to any t mobile but this one.

Ive been very pleased with my experience every time I visit and shop at this store or even call them on the phone. I dont feel any pressure from the salespeople, only their eagerness to help me even before they discover that Ive been a loyal customer since Dec 2000.I have added a line, purchased a new Android smartphone for that line, discussed upgrades for my other lines, and anticipate purchasing two new smartphones next week for said lines. I continue to return to this store due to the excellent service and no BS experience received from the employees. Just today one of the reps that I often wait to work with advised me to delay my smartphone purchases until next weekend due to a sale expected in anticipation of the iPhone 5 launch. I was VERY pleased to receive this information as Im not a fan of wasting money. He also helped me review and alter my plan which will save me about $60/mo!Bottom line is that this is a great store with wonderful employees who really do care about their customers and as a result I will keep coming back to spend money here and will continue to be a loyal T-Mobile customer.

This place fools you into get deals and at the end of the day you dont get it. They fool me in to get a Samsung S7 edge and I will get a the other one free, and end they made a mistake Cuz it was the S7 the one on the promotion and not the edge, so now I am paying a phone and dont want.
