Oh multiple occasions have Fedex drivers not delivered my packages for 3-5 business days, and instead for those 3-5 business days my packages have sat in their trucks. At first they would mark that they had tried to deliver the package, which was a lie as I work from home and no one tried to deliver a package. And now they are just driving by my house and marking that the package is operationally delayed. This has happened 5-6 times and their customer support system is not helpful in the least. Fedex drivers seem to be able to do what they please with packages and it has gotten to the point that I do not wish to buy from any company that ships with Fedex.

Absolutely zero professionalism at this location. This location has been closed without notice, no warning, but is still sending out notifications that packages can be picked up at this location. When you call into Fedex customer service, they dont even know what is going on. There appears to be huge lack of communication going on within the organization and I have been attempting to recover a package for the past several days. First we were told that the location would be open on Wednesday, then Thursday, but actual Fedex HQ has no idea why the location is closed or when it will be open. Their answer is to keep calling every day to check to see if it is opened Yet notifications are still being sent saying that your package will only be held at the location for a certain period of time. I never thought I would see the day when the USPS would operate more efficiently than a privately run delivery service, but well done Fedex youve achieved the unachievable. I will not be using Fedex as a result of this experience.

Fedex is such a terrible company. My package has been sitting on their truck for 5 days and this is NOT the first time this has happened. Even worse is that THEY DO NOT CARE. There is no way to address this issue and customer service is a joke.

Shout out to Frankie for helping me with a project. He really went above and beyond to help. Customer service is on point here. Left wanting to come back. Also, found out one of my packages will ship for $10 cheaper than at usps. This is a plus in general but especially during these crazy busy holidays. I also noticed they have revamped their self help kiosks for those of us who live online and want to print and go. Will be back for sure and highly recommend!

Stopped by 12/18 around 8pm and the man working there was super helpful and a sweetheart! I thought my package label was not FedEx like I thought, he helped me tape my box and have me a plastic slip for my UPS shipping label. He did not have to help me, but I appreciate it so much, thank you!

Dee did an excellent job. She made all of the difference. This employee makes fedex stand out; it was as if I was working with a very proficient and professional supervisor.

The store was pretty quiet, even though I was told on the phone it was extremely busy. Once I got there, the staff was very helpful with my order, and directed me to my next stop, seeing as the label I had printed turned out to be a ups tag. So thankful since Im still unfamiliar with the area.

I entered the building with no greeting. The location was not busy. After I proceeded to stand at a machine for more than 5 minutes waiting for my stuff to print the guy behind the counter literally started yelling at me because I was using a machine. Mind you there was no out of order sign nothing. He was extremely rude. If I could give 0 stars I would. The professionalism was non existent.

I used this FedEx office today for the first time. Called to make sure they could ship my article and drove 35 miles to do it. Manager and staff were great, nice and very knowledgeable in every aspect. Great is all I can say and they will be my shipping store from here on out. Cannot say enough good about my experience. I am very pleased and will definitely refer others to this store.

Lines were lengthy but only because people in front of me didn’t know what they were doing. Employees were extremely helpful and made my process quite simple. Once I got to the counter, I was walking out the door within 2 minutes. I came expecting that I would be standing at the counter for 15+ minutes waiting on them to handle business but instead they worked swiftly and efficiently. The people at FedEx were great and new how to do their job. All my life, I have been going to USPS post offices but I’m certain that I want to stick with FedEx from now on.

I come here often to laminate a few things. The place is always clean and the staff are always helpful if I need help. I really wish there was a location towards Ramsey St. on the other side of town. Keep up the good work FedEx staff!

I definitely appreciate Christina and Frankie for taking the time to help out a single mother with a male landlord who had cancer. He cried when he received the lamented Naval Academy Basic Training Yearbook, for that I will always be grateful. Also thanks again for helping me lament some of my adult coloring books. Definitely makes coloring with my son fun again. I normally do not post but felt the need to. I am always created with a warm welcome from staff mainly Frankie, Dee and Nashia. I send out shipping twice a week an never had an issue. I just put in an order for the cardstock prints and Dee was able to do magic to the file. All in all service is good but if I have to critique one thing would be allow more staff to be available. I know in todays economy hours are minimized but I think this place could be much more only if they allow staff to work full days and not limit the amount of crew members needed when the store is crowded.M. Enaesha (I’m sure I butchered the spelling) is amazinggggggg. I called over the phone and informed her that I needed to drop off a package but I had my sick 11month old twins with me and didn’t want to take them out of the car she told me she could help. As soon as I pulled up she met me at the doorway, took my package from me and made sure I had a receipt. I did not have to take my kids out of the car or step foot into the store. I was able to stand in that door way, safely watch my babies (I was parked in front of the store) and still handle my business. That is going above and beyond! Thanks so much!

Went into this location to fax papers a couple days ago and the employees there acted like they hated there job. A lady named Vanessa , Dee and Mary Chris were all working there at the same time. Dee watched the line stack up not even coming to the front to offer help, Canessa and Mary Chris helped to customers and talked about nail polish for about a good 15 mins. I’m all for customer service and being friendly but with me and four other customers behind me was very unacceptable. When it was finally my turn I got no apology or anything.The fax machine was not properly working and I couldn’t even get my papers faxed. I waited all that time for nothing.

3 times I’ve been every employee has a piss poor attitude. Borderline hateful

Talked to a guy named Robert twice the night before a huge meeting and he assured me my print job would be done. Arrive this morning and it was nowhere to be found. I asked the guy waiting on me to call Robert Im not going to wake him up this early. Like I really give a damn if the guy is woke up so I dont get to work late. Undependable, slack customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

Today I was in FedEx by the mall, and the manager was very rude and loud to a customer, another customer made her aware of her tone and attitude and she finally lowered her voice toward the customer she was serving. However, as I was finishing my work in the store, the manager began to discuss her personal business about going on vacation soon, and the incident with another employee about how she would go to that customers store. The whole ordeal was very unprofessional and I will not be going to this FedEx in the near future if I can help it.

Very unsatisfied I had a Walmart Site to store package. Today is Thursday and thew package was to be delivered Tuesday(2 days ago).I found out yesterday that the driver is coming after 1pm when Walmart doesnt except packages. I cant get this terminal to call me back to let me know if the problem is fixed. Was lied to by Fedex that I would receive a phone call back Tuesday and didnt.

All the employees walk around ignoring me as if Im invisible and not standing at the counter in need of assistance. When I say excuse me, and proceed stating my printing needs, my request is met with employees acting annoyed that I bothered them. Once an employee even rolled his eyes at me as if completely perturbed by my need to laminate something. I bet I could stand at that counter for thirty minutes before somebody realizes I need assistance.
