So I purchased a 2020 amigo 150 cc that was used. I got a good deal on it. The staff members that helped me in my purchase were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the inventory. So far the scooter has been awesome. I would recommend them to my friends for future purchases they maybe interested in. Their service department is also great. If you are having trouble with any ATV or if your scooter loses its scoot take it to them they will have you back on the road in no time. Thanks guys for your help.

Great Folks, this was our second experience with needing my childrens 110cc gas Buggy/Go-Cart repaired and for the second time they made it unusually easy and affordable. This time they repaired the clutch, fixed an oil leak, and got transmission working after it was stuck in Reverse. They even adjusted the throttle linkage and replaced the busted old oil dip-stick...................all this for $172 !!!!!!! I am grateful for and highly recommend this team.Matt B.

Very good people working here. If your ride has something wrong they have people there that can fix the problem. Unfortunately it is backed up on maintenance. The bikes seem reasonable on pricing, I dont know about the four wheelers I never checked.

Bought a bike and the speedometer didnt work and they instantly replaced it, super cool. Honestly if youre looking to get a new moped or anything like that this is the place to go.

I took my scooter into the shop to have a tube replaced. Did not get any updates at all on anything. I had to call to find out that the tube had to be ordered and it would take longer. When i called to schedule the drop off, i was given an estimate of 50 to 60 dollars and they said the tube was in stock. So after about 3 days i called and they said they said they had to order one, which is fine, but they also told me they would call me and keep me updated on everything. That was a lie. I have never had such terrible customer service. I had to call several times to find out the status of things, just to have someone tell me they didnt know. THEN i get my bill showing 150 dollars.... I mean i understand labor and everything, but thats still 100 more than i was expecting to pay. The manager did knock off 45 bucks, which is kind, but i am more frustrated with the lack of communication that i had to deal with and the things i was told that were not true. over all, the job got done, but i wouldve just liked it if there was better communication.

Horrible place. every time I went here there was another issue caused by their fix or it was repaired incorrectly. They Replaced my electric starter and it stopped working the day after. they suck at answering their phones. I got an oil change and suddenly my bike was leaking oil. go some where else.

We have been looking for our daughter a small four wheeler and called everywhere local and had no luck. Either they were rude, didn’t have one or wouldn’t hold it for us for 24 hours so I could make arrangements to get it. We widened our search and found Scoot Tribe. They were very kind from the moment they answered the phone. They had exactly what we were looking for and their pricing was great as well! They agreed to hold the ONLY bike they had that met our needs so that I could make the four hour drive there to get it! I highly recommend them! We will definitely be doing business with them again for our younger child when she is big enough!

Bought a Sprint Bentille 2018 but it’s a piece of Junk. Most of the time the moped is on the shop because it doesn’t run. They try to fix it but it’s worst. I have a chance to take it back again before it’s 2 years warranty expires but forget it. I took it cal home and I’ll fix it my self. Spend $350.00 to take it home. They adjust the cam but it’s not Top dead center. And screws are missing. I tried to get my money back but they won’t do it. They have a lot of excuses. Won’t recommend...They took advantage of my daughter because she is nice...

About a month ago my my husband and I went to purchase a scooter out right. When we went in to examine the scooters, they were all damaged( some had chiped paint, some of the scooters lights were cracked or fogged out). The sad thing is ; it wasnt just one scooter. It was all of them. We really did give them a honest shot. He had his mind set on one. But when we found it was damaged. He started to look at the others ( he really wanted a scooter). But alas there whole inventory had some kind of damage. Then when we bring it to the attention on the store associate, he ieritadily said well there shipped from China and thats how they all come. So I did the obvious and sensible thing and ask if he could come down on the price , since there products were damaged. He said definitely not and didnt even to offer to replace the damaged foods before selling them. Highly recommend moped university. There right done the street and there inventory has no damge. Later that day I went there and purchased a scooter out right. I told them about my experience at your shop . They were flabbergasted and said that if any of there inventory had damage before a customer purchases. That they would be more than happy to fix it immediately or offer a discount. Oh and to reply back. I did speak with the manager. He flat out refused .

Bought a Bintelli scorch for $800 cash used... horn worked at first but as soon as I left the lot my horn stopped working and 1 bolt came off my Exhaust which made my moped super load then my whole exhaust came off then couple days later found out they never had a air filter in it...brought it back they said they were going to fix only the horn and come to find out they never fixed it and had to order a part but never called me back on fixing it and he said for now on if I come in I will have to pay cash even tho I was told it would be fixed and still to this day they never gave me a receipt for my scooter
