These guys were so awesome to do business with. We called them 15 minutes before closing time today after having a bad experience with another business in the area and having trouble getting cash off our AMEX Serve Card and the manager Ryan was thankfully still more than happy to serve us. They were so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that we had every question answered fully and then they even let us set up in house financing when we explained the problem we had getting more cash off our card or running it thru. Our little girls are gonna love their new ATV!

They have had my moped for 3 almost 4 months to just replace the gas cap and front cover. They had to wait for parts to come in so I will give them that, however when I called to check on how it was coming they said they had the parts for over a week but just “hadn’t had time” to install them. RIDICULOUS. Their story also changed multiple times and the excuses and reasons why it was done just kept flowing. The manager ended our phone call saying he was going to refuse to give service. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I loathe posting negative reviews. However, if an honest review of this place had have been posted, I wouldnt have gotten burned. Heres the story - the scooter I had was given to us by someone who purchased the scooter from Moped U. When they gave it to us, it only had 145 miles on it. It was ridden twice and at 186 miles, it decided to simply no longer start. We checked the battery and it was OK, we checked the fuel line and it was OK. One thing led to another and we wound up not riding the scooter and let it sit for a few months. Every once in a while wed start it to see if we could get it running again, but to no avail . . . it would start but the minute we gave it gas, it would die.Once we could carve some time out of our busy work schedules, we took the scooter into Moped U to get a diagnosis and get it fixed. Dropped it off a couple of weeks before the big snow we had a few weeks ago, and it literally sat at Moped U for a month before they even looked at it to make a diagnosis. We heard every excuse under the sun for why it took so long. The official diagnosis from Moped U: the scooter needed a fuel treatment and carb clean & they added an oil and gear oil change as part of their standard service package - roughly $178. They claimed this is what it would take to get the scooter running again.SO, we thought about it and decided we could do the carb clean and oil changes ourself, save $178. Carb clean done and still the scooter wouldnt stay on. Out of frustration, we did not want to throw any more money at it, and decided to list it for sale. Wound up selling it to some sweet people who texted me today and said that the issue was in the vacuum lines/vacuum system of the scooter.WOW - so, not only did Moped U keep the scooter for an entire month, they made the wrong diagnosis!

Terrible place I ordered one before Christmas cuz he didnt have one in stock so I put $500 down on it and he said it would be here right after Christmas no big deal . Then he calls me up and said itll be here the second week of January so I said maybe you could hook somebody up with a discount or something. The owner said no no no cant do that. then he calls me on January 6th and says we got the 4wheeler in but theres a problem can you wait longer. I said you got to hook the customer up with a discount or something you know you ask favor of your customers you got to return the favor right wrong you know what he says he says I dont even want to sell you a four-wheeler now because you dare ask for a discount. Lets show him reviews really count for something and that you cant treat customers this way

We were looking for a mini bike for our 10 year old and the guy sat Moped-U were responsive even on Christmas day via Facebook messenger. We were in a bit of a Christmas morning crisis (having gotten a broken bike somewhere else) and they were so sweet to help us talk our little guy into a new option the day after Christmas. When we went there, we realized the bike they had on hand wasnt really the right fit... it was a tad too big. They helped us find a fit via another source in town (craigs list - someone was selling a used one) just to help mitigate the Christmas blues for our little guy. What service. They had nothing to gain because we paid them no money on this transaction HOWEVER I know they care about people and products and they will forever have our business and recommendation. I have visited the guys at MopedU several times over the last few years. Service has always been top notch. They have always had the parts I needed and the staff are very knowledgeable. Even when I just came in with question, they were always willing to share their knowledge. About a year ago, I went in looking for brake parts. After answering my many noob questions, they offered to take a quick look at my bike and helped me adjust my brake cables without even charging me! Today I went in looking for an engine bolt I sheared off while rebuilding my engine. They found a couple of spares in their “bolt bucket” and gave them to me free of charge once again. If that isn’t great customer service, I don’t know what is. If I ever need anything scooter/moped related, you can bet I’ll be doing my business here. Keep up the great work. Thanks guys!

They cant finance they can I took a buddy to get one there price tag was 3 they go through a third party to get financing and well I would advised personal loan or buy it becuase the website the use to see if they can finance well 2,400 turned in 6,100 dollars with there online financing buy used buy one broke in and serviced right and you will pay 900 dollars and you will be able to get your money back at least!

Had an issue with my Honda Ruckus and took it to another scooter repair shop who couldnt find the issue after a month of having it. Took it over to Moped U and within 24hrs and less than $100 my Ruckus was back on the road. Best scooter shop in Arkansas! Friendly service and mechanics that actually know how to fix scooters.

I decided to try this place out because I was getting really sick of being treated rudely by the people at the Yamaha place (not sure if its because I am a woman or have a scooter or both) and also the last time I took my scooter there they did not put my scooter back together correctly (missing washers)These guys did a GREAT JOB servicing my Yamaha! It runs like a charm now and I was treated like customers should be treated.They did a better job and were MUCH nicer to me than the other place.

They specialize in cheap, generally lower quality, scooters. Although, from what I understand the genuine brand is somewhat repeatable, but the rest are Chinese clones. I havent bought from them, but I have had my scooter serviced there. They forgot to tighten the valve stems after replacing the tires, so my tires immediately went flat. That was an easy fix at least. One more comment, they sell scooters, not mopeds.

We recently purchased 2 Scooters from MopedU. Ryan and his staff are very knowledgeable about everything they sell. We visited them a few weeks ago just shopping around and we returned to them after visiting another store. These guys are not pushy, they will explain everything to you, have a question ask them and they will give you a straight answer.We will not shop anywhere else. If you want the truth and need answers go see Ryan and the other guys, ask your questions and get the answer, it may not be the one your looking for but it will be the correct answer.

Took them 3 weeks to fix my scooter, but when they actually did get around to it they did a great job all around. Great customer service and workmanship. I just wish I could get it fixed faster, especially since the labor charges were so much.

I really enjoyed buying from these guys.They where nice and got us in and out in 20 minutes.The repair side of things wasnt so good.The company they buy their parts through is a bit slow, and thats about my only issue.I would recommend to friends on the side of purchasing a moped, but repairing is something I am a little skeptical about, but then again it Is the fault of whoever delivers parts to them.

Scooter u is the best place in town to do business with. They have gone above and beyond to honor good sale and they have exalant business ethics. I bought a used scooter and had some trouble with it the next day. I called them up they were at my buddies house within 15 minutes to pick it up and had it going Im back on the road within a few hours. They did this all with no charge to me. Theres not to many places around anymore that take pride in making there customers happy. This is the only store I will bring my scooter to due to the exalant service and smiles. Absolutely love this place. Got the best scooters and the best service. I was even stuck at Hammontrees and the gentleman Mike, drove to where I was, taught me how to kick start it, and I have been issue free all 3 years of renting with them.I look forward to riding my scooter to class everyday when I get up, its better than a convertible car! And costs only $2 to fill up and will last you like a month. Its great. Highly suggest renting/getting a scooter w them💘🤘🏼

I went there to start browsing for a moped for my son. I really learned a lot and even was shown the internal workings of a moped motor upgrade. I couldnt image having a better first impression of a sales and service center. 5 stars without hesitation!

As of right now only one star. They seem nice enough. But guy there said credit company works with bad credit etc. I filled the credit app out. Boom, came back fast. Denied credit. In few weeks I will have enough to pay cash. I will find somewhere else to spend my money.

After going back to mopedU I had a much better experience than my first one. They helped me out and gave me better descriptions and told me what they are checking and what they think the problem is. The mechanic was nice and helped me decide the best options for my scooter.

I showed up today 6-18-20 with cash to buy an ATV they advertise on there website they did not have a single one and told me be a month and half to get one in. False advertising. Website states multiple colors to choose from they had ZERO. DROVE AN HOUR FOR NOTHING

These guys have saved the day for me on more than one occasion. I had the chronic problem of Arkansas weather where my scooter tires would lose their bead and Id get stuck somewhere. On more than one occasion they have picked me up and explained why the tires were doing what they were doing.They also walked me through what different types of tires offered as far as performance/cost went and never tried to oversell or confuse me.While these guys primarily sell the Chinese/Taiwanese scooters, they were much more helpful with questions about my Honda PCX150 than the dealership.Bought new tires from them in November. The whole process took 5 days from order to installation and the ride has never been better.

I have a list of reasons but I will try to keep it brief and in list form so I dont ramble on. .1.Rude and inattentive staff.2.Bait and switch practices (you call for a price but when you get there its 50% more than quoted). .the prices they claim to have scoot tribe actually has by the way.3.They dont even test/tune their products after selling. I help a guy that had just bought a scooter from them that day and it was stalling out because they couldnt be bothered to give the idle control screw a half turn.So if I were anyone considering a new scooter or needing parts and service for one they already have I would highly suggest that you go somewhere else.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I got a 2017 toa toa racer 50 in the beginning of February had to take it back and get the hub sensor for the speedometer installed because it didnt have one and had to have them put oil in it at the same time. Took it back on April 2nd after getting backed into the didnt inspect the moped and didnt fix the brakes which were smashed into the handle bars and didnt inspect the engine or notice a leak which caused all the oil to run out of the engine and down the bottom of the transmission case. Then told me I had to pay $300 to rebuild the top end of the motor (1338 miles on engine) because they failed to do an inspection after I brought it in the same day as getting backed into or any day the following month they had it after the accident. Now they are wanting me totpay for the damages caused by their negligence but they gave me the option to pay for a stock rebuild ($300) or an upgraded rebuild (around $800). Also was told they put 3 miles on the moped today which is impossible withwthe top end blown on the motor. All in all worst place to get a moped if you cant pay it out straight forward, And if you do get a moped from them take it somewhere else the same day and have it checked out. The finance company nextep funding has amazing caring people who want to make sure their customers are happy. How they got involved with a terrible untrustworthy company like moped u is beyond me. To bad I cant show pictures because Im sure everybody would love to see the l bracket you all welded together for my (foot rest) and I did not request you all to do insurance fraud I told you to inspect my motor which was not done and if it was cracked from the accident which there would be no other reason for the motor to be cracked to report it but because of your companies negligence that cant even be done because it had been to long since the accident. And as for there being no service done that was because your employees told me that the moped didnt require oil changes and the moped was at your shop for 2 month and you could of informed me it needed an oil change and taken care of it while I was waiting and still am waiting for the parts ordered in April to include fairings( left and right) left foot rest right mirror and upon bringing it into the shop after the accident I asked for it to be checked thoroughly to include the motor the leak the killed the motor started after the accident. It is amazing how a great company will lie about its customers to save face. But its ok I always have the option to take you all to court for damages seeing as I now have to pay for something that your companies carelessness messed up. Also it was the guy who backed into me whos insurance paid for the repairs so all of it should of been done when you was told to fix my foot rest and mirror it was because I thought he had no insurance so that also makes your claim invalid.

Bought a scooter from them in June of 2016 put 9800 miles on it before the cylinder head went out. I got my moneys worth out of the scooter. July 2017 I put that many miles on it in a year and 1 month.
