Went very well. Great staff, great rental agreement and smooth process. They make it super easy. The only reason they lose a star is the trailer we had reserved wasnt available, so we ended up spending a little more on what they had. But the equipment was top notch and ran all day doing what it was meant to do... Work.

If you need a mini excavator make sure you tell the know it all who works the desk you only need it to build sand castles for your kids. I wanted to dig out a 5 foot tree from my yard. The guy goes on and on about how I need a “major” excavator for ANY tree work and refused to rent me anything under 11k pounds.Bottom line: This place will pressure you to rent things more expensive than you actually needed.

Sales representative doesn’t know about the equipment he’s renting out. Ask for a piece of equipment to have a certain feature and he’s like it does. They loaded it in my trailer and once I was in the job site it wasn’t in this model. As sent equipment before it had its complete service. Overheated on me and I’m having to grease equipment bc they didnt
