I shouldve followed the advice of several reviewers....DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Since it was the closest location to the delivery address, I figured Id give it a shot. I ordered an arrangement for a good friends birthday. I wanted to place a same day order, but it was too late that day. So I decided to go ahead and place the order to be delivered the next day. I kept checking the status online and ALL DAY it kept saying out for delivery. When I called the store to find out the status, I was told that it IS out for delivery and that deliveries end at 9pm. Fine, as long as it arrived that day. Come to find out that the driver contacted my friend and said they didnt get a chance to deliver the order because it would be 10pm by the time they got there and they didnt want to deliver so late. What??? It was finally delivered the next day...2 DAYS after my friends birthday!! 😑 I received NO communication that my order wont be delivered on time. If youre not able to honor the delivery date, SAY SOMETHING. They blew the surprise by contacting my friend AND they didnt deliver it on time. And NO COMPENSATION. Im NOT happy. If the scenario comes up again, Ill NEVER use this location and I advise no one to use them either. The only good part was that my friend loved her arrangement...other than that, total fail.

First time ordering and LAST! Will never waist my time and money with this company again. I ordered a Bosses Day gift they were offering online, complete with boss balloons, personalized card, and arrangement. After ordering online I gave a call to confirm they got the order and had everything in stock. They told me they were running low on Boss balloons and asked if they could do a different balloon instead. I told them I would rather have the boss balloons, as thats the only reason I chose the selection I did. They said they would make it happen and have it delivered within the hour. Nearly three hours go by and its dropped off. The late delivery was not completely terrible but not ideal, especially after making arrangements with the timeframe they gave me. After it was dropped off I realized it had Thank You balloons so I call them. They didnt want to fix anything, instead I was treated as a problem and hung up on. They said in order for them to fix it they would have to charge. They didnt even have the courtesy to call me and inform me so I could cancel my order. I paid over $80 for something I didnt want. I should have read the reviews and saved my time, money, and patience.

I received an arrangement for my birthday, it tasted great. However, I made a complaint and never heard back. In the arrangement I received, was a box of apple truffles. I ate two and gave one to my 18m old. As she went to put it in her mouth there was a white piece of broken off plastic skewer (about an inch long after I took it out) just barely visible on the bottom of the truffle. It’s a good thing I saw it because she could have choked and or ended up in the hospital. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t heard back from this place. It says to be careful of items that come ON skewers, not be careful of every single thing dipped in chocolate. I’ve worked in the food industry. Do better and double check. And do better and reach out to the customers who have bad experiences. Smh.

I had a great experience with this location. Ordered a dessert tray plus extra dipped fruit online on a Sat afternoon for Sun delivery. I called on Sun afternoon and spoke with a nice young man who confirmed order was made and was just waiting for driver. A VERY kind gentleman delivered at 630 pm. The fruit was extremely well packaged, fresh, beautiful and tasty! I will order again.

Customer service 0/10. I normally take the advice from reviews, but i honestly dont know why I didnt this time. I called to place an order, and I spoke to a gentleman. After he finished taking my order he placed me on hold for about 20 minutes to confirm my order. I ended the call and called back, and a lady picked up. I told her I was speaking to a gentleman earlier and she said that thats not possible because, no male works there. Apparently I was dreaming.Besides this, they did not even confirm when I wanted the order to be delivered and they were about to deliver it at the same day when I quickly called and asked for it to be delivered in a few days time.THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had called before putting in my order to request that it be delivered before noon on the day it was supposed to be delivered. An employee at this location told me over the phone that if I put that request in the comments and then called back with the order number, everything would be good to go. Today, the delivery was made at 4:30pm, minutes before the giftee starts closing procedures so they were never able to enjoy it on their special day. What an absolute waste of money, and I want mine back!Edit: Turns out EA doesnt guarantee their delivery times and the trucks dont normally arrive locally until noon, so Im not sure what this employee did with my information but they lied to me and told me everything would go according to plan. The most the manager said they could do was brief the employees to not misinform customers. A slap on the wrist does nothing to recompense the customer, and I will no longer be one. I will be recommending all my friends and family never use EA again.To EAs reply: My additional feedback is that response still doesnt fix the issue. Congrats on losing all possible business I may be able to influence.

GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!! Clinton was AMAZING from beginning to end. I live in Washington DC so I called the store on1800 Skibo Rd in Fayettiville to check on a delivery for my sister, and lucky for me Clinton answered the phone very professionally. In addition to that he looked up my order and confirmed it was ready for delivery AND I think he heard the concern in my voice and volunteered to make the delivery himself. He called me when he was at the front door of my sisters house making the delivery AND took a picture of her (which she was so excited) and sent it to me so I could see the joy on her face!!! Even my sister said: the delivery man was very nice. It does not get any better than that...WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CLINTON you are AWESOME!!!!!

If I could give one star I would paid for an arrangement to be delivered June 30 waited till 7pm when the store closed and left they come by at almost 8pm was told they would redeliver already waiting 1/2 day on July 1 and still no answer as to when it will be delivered. It was supposed to be an anniversary gift now it’s a day after so what’s the point can’t get my money back and don’t have the arrangement. Save yourself hassle go to the supermarket and buy fruit and a nice basket!!

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! Their practices are substandard to a decade of my past Edible Arrangement experiences.I placed a Same Day Delivery order at this location from Chicago via the website on the afternoon of Aug. 19. for my Sisters Aug. 20th birthday. On the morning of Aug 20, the email status for the order stated Out for Delivery, but the order WAS NEVER DELIVERED. The next day (Aug 21st) when I called, I was told by Enisha that they didnt get a chance to deliver the order!...well, Edible Arrangement Skibo Road Fayetteville totally missed my Sisters birthday! DISAPPOINTING to say the least.Incompetence, unprofessionalism and disappointment are not what I expect from the Edible Arrangements Brand. This location does not live up to the Edible Arrangement standard. I called Headquarters and filed a complaint. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION....should have checked the Google reviews prior to using this location...shaking my head.

I give this store Zero stars! But unfortunately I can’t post a review unless I pick one star. Terrible customer service, the worst I have ever experienced, Ever! The arrangement I ordered was over $100 for my daughters birthday, they delivered it to the Incorrect person (a stranger) never verified it was my daughter they were giving it to. I live in NY so I am unable to go to the store in person. After my daughter found out who received her arrangement (which was already being eaten by the person who edible arrangement delivered it to) they told me to have my daughter take a picture of this person and send it to them, Seriously! What company asks the customer to that?????Instead of them going and taking care of this themselves.They acted as if I was making the story up! I asked for a refund and they have refused to refund me my money! And I was also disconnected or hung up on three times by the people in the store. They claim the person (not my daughter) Who received the edible arrangement signed for it and they refuse to send me the signature because they know it wasn’t my daughter and they screwed up. I called the corporate office and they have been absolutely no help to me at all!!!!! I have never ordered anything from edible arrangements, this was my first time and it was also my very last time! I love edible arrangements. I have been buying this for years and just realized yesterday I could have an account to get rewards. I picked up an order yesterday and had an issue that I didnt notice until I got home. I called in this morning and they gave me the BEST customer service in the world. No company is perfect yet I give 5 stars because the customer service, you can not beat. I will continue to purchase from this location.

Horrible service I ordered for curbside, and once I arrived and called the number posted on the curbside sign I was told I had to come inside. So no curbside! Then once inside I waited for 10 minutes and wasnt even acknowledged. I had to interrupt the person placing there order to ask for my preordered supposible curbside pick-up. I had to ask the young lady was she alone even though I could hear chatter coming from the back. After another 5 minutes I asked if a manager was available, she went to the back and came back to ask what was it in reference to. My order! The 5 minutes later the manager came out like what can I help you with. Im like my curbside order that was suppose to be ready at 11:30 and brought out to me. So she said they were working on it. So another 10 minutes rounded I get my arrangement no apologies or anything. Managers should lead by example and clearly not at this location. Very disappointed and would highly recommend not using this location.

Worst service ever from their customer service to there delivery!! Talked with 10 different people over the phone. I got no answer to the problem. The problem was never solved and no effort was made. Don’t waste your time in this place !!!! They are horrible, if you don’t know how to run a Business don’t do it. I have purchased from here several dozen times over the past couple of years and paid for the product well ahead of time and was given a pick up time.. When I went in to pick the product up I still had to wait . Sometimes for another hour. The product is great but this particular establishment needs new management and or staff!! It’s sad that my husband tried to order some edible arrangements to be delivered to me at work and they said β€œdelivery not successful” when no attempt was made to deliver the order. It’s a shame even after going to the location they did not fill the order to appease the customer and refused to offer a refund. The manager was not professional and refused to speak with my husband. Even still no effort was made to fill the order or offer a refund. He spent one hour going between different staff members In order to get a refund. So sad. Would have been a wonder surprise when your tired and working hard. This was very unprofessional and corporate will be contacted.

I placed my very first order with this location on 9/19 and called right after as I had a tiny request which was to dip the pineapple in White chocolate instead and Anthony (I believe) said he will write it on the order ticket which was very appreciated. The order was for a delivery today 9/22 to a business for my co-worker’s Birthday. I requested for it to be delivered before 11 AM or after 12 PM as this is her lunch hour. 12:30 PM rolled around and I called just to follow up and the phone was answered by a woman with a very bad attitude!! She said the arrangement is in transit with the driver and hung up on me right after. She didn’t even say her name on the phone otherwise I would mention it here! It was delivered at 1:34 PM .. The arrangement looked nice and the fruit seemed fresh. The pineapple was dipped in White chocolate as requested. Giving it three stars because of that nasty attitude from the employee today! If she would have left that attitude at home before she came to work, I would give it 5 stars.

I was greeted when I came in to place my order and they were buzzing around ensuring that the customers were being taken care of. Salonge McCray and Infinniti Russel were taking phone calls, orders and displaying to waiting customers outside the available options that were available . Ms. McCray gave me a pamphlet with options for placing my order. Ms. Rusell took my order and I was told I could pick it up later the same day. I came back to pick up my order and Ms Russell remembered who I was and what I had ordered. Ms. McCray came out greeted me & went to retrieve the dozen white chocolate strawberries that I ordered. We laughed as she described the strawberries, showed me to ensure I was satisfied & packaged them up for me. I had a pleasure with these ladies and will return! Great customer service!

Cant keep an appt.Ordered on the 5th to pickup on the 9th at 10am. Got there 20 minutes early. Its not ready it ok. I wait until the scheduled time. They knew I was there waiting and it wasnt ready until almost 20 minutes after the appt time. Made me late for the vet appt. Very disappointed and will not trust them with any orders again.

Very poor customer service. I wonder what the manager is doing. I had an order for pick up at 11AM. My brother couldnt make it at that time so he went a little after 3PM. I called as my brother was heading over there to just make sure everything was ready as I didnt want him to wait there. The lady who picked up had no idea of the order, then put me on hold, and then came back after 3 minutes, and stated that the order is not ready and just said things happen all the time... Yes things happen all the time, but that isnt the proper response someone should be giving to a customer when they screwed up. The lady also said I dont see what the problem is because he didnt even come at 11... I guess this lady really cant process basic information...and does not realize that she literally had from 11AM to 3PM (an extra 4 hours) to make it so there should be no excuse that it was not ready. It should have been made at 11AM period....She also says it says that the order should be ready after 11. I dont know what world she is from, but Ive never in my whole life heard that orders are made after the promised time. Has anyone ever heard of this ridiculous concept?

I came to pick up an order for a friend at 12:15, they said it would be ready by 11 but when I got there I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to finish wrapping it up. Upon closer inspection I noticed that my box was covered in chocolate and residue and was missing the included birthday candles. So I talked to my friend and then went back in to get a new box and the missing candles, only 2 of the 3 employees were wearing a mask and the 2 that had a mask on had their mask fully pulled out exposing their nose and mouth. The gift box itself was mediocrely put together at best and dealing with the rude customer service made this one of the few places I’ll never be spending my hard earned money ever again.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! I ordered an arrangement for Father’s Day and the delivery was supposed to be during the day. Well 5:30 pm comes and I get a phone called saying the business was closed (of course it’s closed it’s 5:30) so the delivery driver asked for an alternate address to delivery it. I gave it to him and waited for the arrangement. It never showed up. Today I waited for it again and then text the delivery driver to see where it was. He told me someone signed for it that wasn’t the person it was for. Terrance told me it was the owner of the store so that’s ok. My fiancΓ© is the owner so no.... anyway, I’ve been calling all evening to try and get this FATHERS DAY arrangement delivered to the person it’s supposed to go to but I’ve been getting the run around. The delivery driver himself called me and was SO RUDE on the phone. He was asking me who the person was that signed for it ( how would I know that) and telling me he wasn’t going to re-deliver it and all kinds of other rude behavior. I called to speak to a manager and they wouldn’t give me her name, then asked me to call back in an hour. They close in an hour. I’m on the phone with corporate right now and they are trying to handle it.... I have the TexT messages from the driver to back up what I’m saying. NEVER in my life have I been spoken to my a store employee that way! If y’all want really great dipped fruit and you’re in Fayetteville, go to New Deli! I will make sure everyone I know never uses this store! I can’t believe the way they have behaved! I have no arrangement and no money back .... y’all SAVE YOUR MONEYUpdate :So the driver who was suppose to deliver the arrangement toMy house apparently lied to his boss saying he dropped it off and instead took it home to his house because we never got the arrangement until the next day and the manager said he never brought it back to the shop. Come to find out the β€œnew arrangement β€œ they said they made in order to deliver it to us was ACTUALLY the arrangement they WENT BACK at picked up from my husbands shop and then brought it to our house. Basically there were so many lies about what happened that they couldn’t keep it straight...... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! The people that run this business have been running it for years and I don’t know why or how. I remember years ago when I was younger some lady with a accent giving me a lot of attitude when I was simply picking up an order. Then today I ordered the most simple arrangement there is and I spoke with someone on the phone that told me my order would make it to my friend by a specific time i called a couple of times before the specified time to make sure it was ready and the girl assured me that it had been made and was on the way to my friend...I call my friend a little after the time to see if she left out of town yet and she had WITHOUT HER ARRANGEMENT. I call them back and come to find out the order hadn’t even been made I asked for a full refund and they had no other choice but to do so. They need new management ASAP!

Worst experience ever, as in ever, trying to order an item and on the phone in general. Very irresponsible reps at this location with no manners or courtesy. I called to place an order after I had issues with ordering online on the edible arrangements website. Spoke with a rep from this location for over 30 minutes and she did not know what in the world she was doing, and then at some point started laughing and when I asked her what was so funny about me spending so much time on the phone trying to place an order, she asked me why I would ask her such a question then hung up. I called back and spoke with a different rep who started my order all over again and did not in anyway acknowledge the fact that I had mentioned to her that I had spent over 30 minutes with a different rep trying to place the same order. When I asked questions about the discount that they had and mentioned what the previous rep had told me as to how the discounts will be applied on my order, she hung up too. I called back at least seven (7) more times, and every single time I called and they realized that I was the one on the phone, they hung up again. I have never had such a terrible experience ordering anything or on the phone in general all my life. I am only scoring a 1 because there is nothing lower. What a shame. It was so bad that now I am considering escalating the experience to the better business bureau (BBB).

Upon walking in I was told nothing was ready to buy and that no orders could be made due to the computer not working. 32 dollars for strawberries! I expected big juicy strawberries dipped in a delicious milk chocolate. Apparently they didnt think so. The strawberries were the size of my thumb if not smaller and the chocolate was bitter. The strawberries were not ripe or were too ripe. It was the worst order of strawberries Ive ever had! Definitely not ordering from this location again, and I doubt Ill consider ordering from a different location either. Please reconsider driving to a different location and not choose this one.

I was told I was lying, hung up on and my friend who sent the arrangement was refused a refund until corporate got involved. Once corporate was involved a refund was issued, but someone from the store called and left a message that said sorry you think you were lied to but we gave you a refund. Im not sure how this is customer service -- mistakes happen but this is not how you correct them.

Placed an order with advanced notice to be delivered to a business location. As per outlined policy, it was supposed to be delivered before 1700 (5pm) since it was a business location. As of this writing, it is 2000 (8pm) and no delivery has been made. Additionally, the individual that the order was supposed to be delivered to has ended their shift at 1900 (7pm). I will NEVER use this service or company again as theyve failed in the simple task their business is designed to accomplish.

My husband is deployed and he sent me an arrangement for our anniversary. the delivery was supposed to be around 3:00pm so he secretly tried to keep me home. they didnt show up until 6 and i missed the delivery. when i called the number left on my door, the woman hung up on me. and finally when they did bring it to me, the fruit was warm and sweating all over the place. and they forgot my teddy bear! they never called or told me he even paid for one. he had to tell me and was so upset that they ruined his surprise. dont waste your time or money here. customer service is awful!!

Do not waste your money on this very well played SCAM. They seem legit with their high prices and nice TV commercials, but please dont be fooled. They will take your money, not bring you anything, and then not respond when trying to find out what the deal is. Never got my order on Valentines day (which was placed days in advance, and cost$120+), dialed my store 62 times, only to finally get through and get a young girl with an attitude who hung up on me when I asked for a refund. This was at 645 pm on Valentines day night. They just didnt answer again as they closed at 7. Then, these people send me a message on Facebook wanting to connect me to their customer care team and asking me for the details of my order. That was on the 15th. They never responded back, I never heard from them. Apparently it was a bot, not an actual person from the company. What a freaking joke of a business. Such a disappointment. This was also the only gift my boyfriend got me for Valentines day. He ended up having to scramble to get me something else last minute because of their screw up. SERIOUSLY. DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY OR YOUR GIFTS. THEY WILL NOT DELIVER.

Do not order anything from here! I order a arrangement that was suppose to be strawberries, pineapple, grapes all covered in chocolate. When I got my basket none of the strawberries were covered and the pineapple had the core in the middle on them...they were basically inedible. I asked for a refund and I was told ok then put on hold. Once she came back to the phone I told if I bring in the strawberries back in for $6 they would cover the strawberries.

My husband is deployed and he ordered me a teddy bear, a dozen chocolate covered strawberries, an I love you sleeve and a foil balloon for Valentines Day. First of all nothing was delivered until today 2/15. Secondly they gave me someone elses order, which I knew was wrong because the card was addressed to an Ethan from his Moms! Luckily my husband was still awake and was able to send me the order form so I knew what I was supposed to get. I had to call them and the line was busy for over 20 minutes. Once I got through they contacted the delivery guy and told him come back to correct it. It took him well over an hour to come back. Once we switched the items I went through the bag and saw that they didnt give me the balloon or the I love you sleeve. Also the strawberries are mushy and theyre sitting their own juice in the paper cups! My husband was so upset about this whole situation. I mean this company is made to deliver things like this when the person cant do it themselves. He shouldnt have to worry about me getting my gift or if its even the right one!!

Although there were some hiccups with what the actual delivery cut off time was and there was an unsuccessful delivery to the residence, they got a driver to go out AGAIN and deliver the edible arrangements to my recipient. Scheduled a week before to have a Mother’s Day gift delivered the day before. They call at 1030 pm delivery night to see if they an just bring it the next morning. I had the worst experience with this store. I placed an order as a birthday gift. It was suppose to be delivered. However I tried to call to let them know that it will be picked up insteAd. The phone number listed did not work. I called another store to ask for a correct number. When I contacted the store the employee was yelling in the phone. I had to ask her not to yell at me and then I was rushed off the phone when I asked for a refund for the delivery fee. When I got to the store I ordered a parfait and a smoothie which took 45 minutes to be made. I witnessed customers walking out because the employees were in the back and didn’t come to the front to take care of the customers. After waiting 45 minutes the parfait was extremely watery. The employee didn’t even say sorry for the wait or have a good day. No care in the world. I would never return to this store

Wish I read the reviews before I wasted any type money here!! Wanted to surprise my mom with something special and they had a driver walk in With the paper and say I got a delivery for and said her name but they forgot to put it on my truck!!! There was instructions on how to ask for her and give the delivery to her and everything was wrong!!! Talk about a spoiled surprise to make her feel special in front of her coworkers!!! The other one and two star reviews are exactly my experience. Ordered a dozen strawberries totbe delovered while I was out of town . On delivery day, a weekday, they left a note saying no one was there to sign for the package, so they would come back. This is a huge inconvenience if anyone works, they wont leave packages without a signature. When my wife tried to call, no answer. When I tried to call...no answer. When someone finally did answer after many calls, they simply said it was a big delivery day but they would get it out there tonight at 6:30. That was two days ago and I still have not had anything delivered or received any kind of phone call as an explanation. Definitely will not be using this service again, at least not the Skibo store.For a service like this where people are generally utilizing it for a particularly special day, it is imperative that the product be delivered on time and at the proper location. I would not recommend this service as this has not been the end result for myself and many others .

I always order in advance so I can ensure my wife gets her present in a decent time of day, but this location does a piss poor job with deliveries. So basically there is no garunteed time frame for when your package will be delivered. So on a day like Valentines Day you literally need to cancel your plans for the remainder of the day so you can wait for the driver to decide when he/she will be on that side of town. Not to mention the people over the phone were rude and had no idea what was going on. I will never do business with this company again and strongly suggest to others to go someplace else.

Where do I start with this place!! Horrible horrible place with bad customer service and management all around! My husband ordered something for Valentine’s Day about a week ago and i never received it at work. He called another location because this place apparently can’t answer the phone! They refunded the delivery fee and i went to pick it up from Hope Mills! I get there and they hadn’t even started the order. The lady was very rude and had a horrible attitude. The other girl in the back looked like she was straight out of a jail movie! Very unprofessional and then had the nerve to get upset when we cancelled the order and got a full refund because β€œI don’t know if I can get that ready for you right now” the order was placed in advance and we were never given a courtesy call saying it couldn’t be delivered! Never ordering from this place again. It needs to be closed down as a business. Don’t take more orders than you can handle and don’t make promises you can’t keep. The only decent human being in there was a younger tall light skinned young lady who did my refund. Besides that it is a pathetic unprofessional place. The doors need to be closed on this place.

I ordered my sister some strawberries for her birthday, since i live in Florida, I was very skeptical about ordering from here due to all of the negative reviews. I called the night before and placed my order and told them a friend would pick them up and take them to work for her, and asked for them to be ready by 1230. They were very friendly and fast during the ordering process. The gentleman took his time and asked me if there was anything special that I would like to put on the card. The strawberries were fresh and delicious according to my sister. And they had it ready right at 1230, so her friend didnt have to wait. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My fiancee excited about being ahead of the game orders an arrangement days in advance of the big Valentines rush...hes deployed so he thought everything was a go. He was told that the delivery would take place between 0730-430pm which was perfect to my work day. So the day comes and needless to say goes and i get a call around 939 pm from the store asking if i wanted to get the delivery today or tomorrow. I replied with when is it suppose to be delivered? So around 1035 pm the delivery finally arrives and the guy rushes up to the door to give me what looks like strawberries that had been frozen and defrosted, mushy and wet i refuse the delivery and let the the guy know we will NEVER give them an opportunity to service us again. I will make sure that anyone that I care about will not give them service either.

Recently, a friends husband passed away in Pinehurst and we wanted to send an edible arrangement since we have them in Indiana. There was not a location nearby and the national website was not helpful. We used Google to find the closest one, which was an hour away. At first they said no, but then called back and said .. Well do it.. The arrangement was admired by all at the party and the people at this location were so nice and accommodating. I can only hope that their act of kindness will be rewarded with more business in the area. Our thanks for all that made this possible and we would recommend this location without reservation.

I was just reading about bad service/no deliveries that people experienced during mothers day and it reminded me about my experience on Valentines Day. I read about it in the Cheers and Jeers section of the newspaper. The manager stated They would do their best to make sure it this did not occur again. It happened at Valentines Day and again at Mothers Day.I went by to pick up my Valentines Day order and you could not even get in the store. It was packed, some people had been there for hours waiting to get their orders other were their because their orders did not get delivered.They apparently can not handle large volume of orders during holidays. If you are planning to order something from Edible Arrangements dont do it during a major holiday, you will be disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRANCHISE !!!!! I placed an order for Valentine’s Day, for my fiancΓ© and his students at a near by high school. Not only did my order never make it on time (still hasn’t been delivered on this marked day), but the workers are not answering their phones. I saved them a trip, by opting to just go in store and do a hand pick-up. No one was at the cash register, and a sign was placed in the front stating, β€œwe are no longer taking orders, please come back at 5pm”. This is piss poor service and it’s very sad that people like this, broadcast their business online and tell/promise customers same day delivery and it ends up being inaccurate. Now I am shot out $96, for an order that was never even made/relievered. Reporting to the BBB, so that all my soldiers and employees will know, never order from this location.

My husband ordered and paid for an arrangement, balloons, and a teddy bear to get delivered to our house. When he came home after work at 5pm, he asked me if I got his Valentines Day gift delivery, in which I stated, no so he called and got a busy line for 30 minutes. When my husband called today they told him that it was delivered and refused to give a refund. He sent an email to corporate and they later called and said the delivery driver marked it as delivered but that they found it still in the store. Horrible experience! My fiance is in basic training in Texas and wanted to make sure I had something for Valentines day and something nice for graduating cosmetology school. He used one of his only phone calls to let his mother know to order chocolate covered strawberries and have them delivered to me at school Friday the 12th. I was completely busy and away from my phone all day Friday, and when I was able to check I had a voicemail from edible arrangements that they had been trying to contact me and could not find me. First, I was at Paul Mitchell The School in the mall parking lot, not hard to find, and second, way to ruin the surprise. They could have contacted my mother in law who ordered them. When I called them back, they were extremely unprofessional and answered the phone with hello, not even acknowledging it was edible arrangements. Then asked if I would hold while she put the phone down and yelled at other employees. I told her I was going to work at Pierros downtown and she asked for the address. I didnt know the exact address and she should have been able to look it up, but instead told me to call once I was there. when I called the systems were down so they took my name and number and called back when I was busy working and unable to talk. Then came another call and voicemail wondering where I was and the address. When I FINALLY had free time I called and complained and gave my address and they finally delivered around 8 that night. In addition, my mother in law called to complain and their customer service was a joke and did absolutely nothing to make up for the fact that they ruined everything. All in all I will never order from such an unprofessional company again.
