Yesterday was my first time to visit this location. I was greeted with a warm hello from Star. 🙂 Shes very nice and helpful. Shes wonderful to work with and shes there Tues - Sat.They have so much to choose from. I would highly recommend coming here. I will be coming back for my future purchases and its close to home.

The guy was more attentive to the vendor than his customers. Probably will not be going there again. It was my 1st time there.

Purchased a wig off the mannequin, brought it home, washed it and cut the back part of the wig to a shorter length. Realized a day later that the wig hat was sewn in upside down. I was really concerned that the manager did not see this to be a problem, resulting in me having a wig that can not be worn and can not receive a refund. I have had better experiences shopping on the internet.

My granddaughter and I went in to get some things to dye her hair, they really have a big selection. It was relatively inexpensive and a nice place to shop.

I went into this store looking for something in particular that I had found there many years ago (a scrunchie/hair/bun thingy). Unfortunately, they no longer carry it, but Keon was wonderful and truly wanted to help, so he even called the other location to check and then showed me some things that may work in a pinch (which I bought and think will work).I mainly wanted to brag on Keon and what great customer service I got while there. He really is super nice & helpful and makes you want to shop there again. I hope the owners know what a gem they have in Keon :-)

The inventory is nice and the place is clean. There is a man that works here that is very nice and super helpful. If you dont know too much about makeup, hair, etc. He is knowledgeable and will help you choose whats best!

There were 2 associates at the front (male and female) and I was the only customer in the store. I asked for help and both associates walked past me to the back. I decided to go to the back and ask for help again, and the male associate said: “I’m busy but what’s up?” I had a simple question and planned on spending well over $100 but after the terrible customer service, I decided to take my business elsewhere

Im my exs designated driver after two strokes have limited her mobility but we give God the because He is the Healer and I dont mind driving her... At any rate we were in the store I left her at the counter to go exchange an item she lost her balance and the results could have been far worse had not been for the clerk and another customer... She always shops there...

Everyone there was very welcoming but I didn’t get what I asked for I ask for a non shedding human hair wig they told me it didn’t shed hair and that I would be able to do multiple styles with the wig when I got the wig put in for me I thought that it was my hair being under the wig is why it was itching so much , so after have the style for 3 weeks I took the wig off couldn’t stand the constant itching anymore once again I wear this wigs same thing always itching of the scout , i will never buy a wig here again .

It doesnt matter when I visit there they never have anything I need they are always sold out. The Buyer needs to order more merchandise even more so during this Corona Virus when more/some people are at home.

My wife likes this shop which makes me like it cause she is hard to impress, they allowed her to shop and not be followed and bombarded with can I help yous so I salute you all.

I had been going to the original super beauty world since 2012 but good customer service there is really hard to find. THIS ONE IS WONDERFUL! the other place is supposed to fit your lace front wigs for you if you want but doesnt. this one actually does! Kaylee(spelling?) was working and they had buy one get one any wig half off! great selection and Kaylee made sure to help me and anyone else find the perfect wigs and suggesed many and was so nice and extremely professional and helpful. she spent all the time we needed and keeps all the wigs as nice as possible on display. I recommend this beauty world for great selection and AMAZING customer service and thank you Kaylee! if you had a bad experience ay first beauty world please give this one a chance youll very happy

In the past to get all 4 of my favorite and only hair products i swear by I had to go to Sallys, Walmart & 2 different hair stores. Im beyond ecstatic and surprised to have found this beauty supply store that carries them all plus items I havent seen in a while! Very discouraging experience at this business this morning. Im a grandma looking for hair accessories for my granddaughters. The sales clerk was very unfriendly almost hostile even though I was polite. Now I wish I hadnt spent a cent. If this business wants to attract customers, why does an employee treat a paying customer this way? I left feeling sad and wont return.

They have a large variety of wigs, weave and hair products as well as makeup, hair bows and barrettes.

THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Theyre supposed to open at 9am on weekdays and here I am at 9:12 standing in front of the store. This has really irritated me. Youre supposed to be here before your customers. This needs to be reported and some type of penalty needs to happen.

Walked through the whole store and just got ugly looks from all the people who worked there. Guess Ill go somewhere else.
