I was referred by a neighbor and then looked at the on-line reviews. Nick spent a significant amount of time with me when I went in and was still hesitant to give me a diagnosis until he could duplicate the problem that did not reveal itself when I got the car in and one of his guys took it on a test drive. Once the problem was discovered I was relieved that it was not what I thought it might have been - which would have been an expensive fix. Instead, Nicks honest diagnosis was a tire that was old. Thats it! I left with an estimate and Top Quality has a new, local and loyal customer!! Fair and competitive pricing for parts and labor. Great customer service both in person and over the phone!

Very kind and courteous staff! Fixed my problems up quickly and very transparent about prices and issues with my vehicle.will probably be my new place to get service done.Protip: pay with cash as their credit card company (not sure what you call it) charges customers 10% if they pay with credit or debit, at no fault of the actual car shop. They have a sign up warning this in shop but I missed it too when I went in.

I came in to get my radiator replaced and everyone was so pleasant and informative. The price was very reasonable and I was able to have my car back in 24 hours. They also checked other issues on my car and gave me quotes for each one. I would highly recommend and I will be back.

These guys inspected my car for an emissions test failure. They could have charged me a lot of money. Instead they found a small cheap problem and the car passed emissions. Very honest company.

Nick and the staff took great care of me there are excellent and honest and did a excellent job on my car I could only get certain things fixed but they worked with me. They worked on my car the same day it broke down the night before. Everywhere else I called was mean and said next week. This place is amazing. I was in a bind and didnt know who to trust. Top Quality made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in choosing them for a my car repair. Other mechanics dont want to work on my old 1991 Mercedes but they did a great job with a brake problem here. They also followed up to make sure all was well. Going back soon for more work. Want to keep the old car going.Thank you for a great job!

I wanted to wait before posting this review because I didn’t want to come off as bitter or angry. I will begin by saying Top Quality Car Care used to be just that, Top Quality. I brought mine and my families cars here for everything. Now, they are an utter joke! I was told after the fact that they now have a more lucrative contract with Comcast and have no interest in customers that don’t need major and expensive overhauls.Basically, I brought them my Pontiac Grand Prix for some tune up work. It had to be towed because of the exhaust leak and didn’t want to dump that pollution in the environment. I brought it in on a Monday and was told I could wait in the lobby or they would call me soon. In short, my car was left sitting there 9 days and was never touched. I called multiple times and was assured “we will get a guy on it soon”. Ultimately 14 days later I had my still broken car towed back to me wasting my time, money and faith in this now disappointing company. My entire family has ceased usage of this shop. Hopefully they see this and reevaluate how they treat customers and return to the business practices that they originally practiced.

I am a very picky customer and these guys are simply the best. This is an old school shop and specializes in American built cars but I am sure could work on anything. They went beyond the call of duty to make my f150 truck good as new after I picked it up on the used market. I will never go anywhere else. Look no further for your local mechanic shop that will take care of you. And at a very fair price .

Honest and professional - weve been using them for years and have always had a good experience. When my sons carberator failed after his warranty was barely up, they talked to the store that it had been bought from and got us a new one at no charge. I cant say enough about how good they are.

Much better price for car repair service, than established popular competitor that I had been using for many yearsI had a cracked fuel pump that needed immediate repair work, so Adam, who is the owner, was very gracious and gave me a ride home. Very honest mechanic shop. The dealership told me that I had to get two of my axles replaced ASAP. I withheld and went here instead. Even after talking over the price with them, they still decided to call me and tell me that only one need to be replaced. Ill come back here whenever I can.

After having some bad experiences at local mechanics in the area coming here was a great relief. I was having some trouble with my brakes and before I knew it he had the problem diagnosed. These guys can fix anything! Simply the best!

Midas in Fayetteville damaged my front brakes then denied it. Two other shops looked at the car and started throwing parts at it costing a lot of money. Top Quality Car Care looked at the car and repaired it in 15 minutes with no new parts. Actual mechanics here the other places were hacks. The other shops included Ford dealerships in Blue Ridge and Blairsville who threw parts at it. Williams in Fayetteville missed the fix but were honest and didnt cost a lot of money.

Dont use this company. The owner sabotaged our car on purpose knowing wed have our children in the car. They provided poor service. The mechanic told us he shorted the (cam shaft) job while doing that messed up the powering steering they denied that they did any wrong but did fix it because Adam felt his reputation was important but then rigged our belt to come off only hours after his hands were on our car. Leaving our family on the side of the interstate missing a wedding weekend. Id say he cares nothing about his reputation and thought throwing the N word around was a way of doing good business. Run from this company.

Adam has been my mechanic for 10 years and he has always done wonders with my vehicle. I dont trust anyone else to touch my vehicle when it comes to repairs. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a good mechanic.
