Excellent service and friendly staff. Repaired my windshields water leak. Understood I didnt want to spend alot of money on anything new or too costly. He discussed the different options that was possible so I can decide how I wanted to proceed.

Needed the two solid glass windows either side of our front door replaced. After two visits totaling 30 minutes was charged $150 labor and I helped the installer put them in. Should have just ordered them online and done it myself. However they were pleasant during the whole process. Good learning experience.

Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with all of the top three glass companies in town for this one repair. Hope Mills was the ONLY one that treated me like a valued customer. I got a quick response when I requested a quote and the glass was in and installed within a week. I was THRILLED, esp. since there was a hurricane coming the VERY next day. If I had waited for the other guys I would have been dealing with water damage galore. Next time, Ill save time, money and headaches and call Hope Mills FIRST, and you should too.

My glass broke on last Thursday at around 4:30....i called Hope Mills Glass and told them I was going out of town the next day. They ordered my glass and had it installed by 9 the next morning. Such excellent service .

I have used Hope Mills Glass several times for my office. Each time theydid a great job and at a fair price. They also were able to respond quicklywhen we needed them. Id recommend them to anyone.

Called monday set up for a tech to come out Wednesday. Told them to call when on the way because children were home so one of us could meet them there. No one did so they left because no adults were home. Thursday they were suppose to be here around 8 am and called at 820 they havent even left yet. Cancelled because I had to get to work... This is the best place to get here Auto Glass fixed in Fayetteville. Much better than AAA Glass which charge me $150 and did not fix the problem. Best prices at service.

Honestly the best glass company not only in Hope Mills, but near Fayetteville period. A close friend of mine was searching for windshield replacement in the area, and luckily we found Steve and his guys. They were just all around humble and genuine people, and it was just all around a great experience.

The staff at Hope Mills Glass came to my rescue when I was on a road trip alone with my 8 year old on the way south to Florida. After a rock created a spiderweb the size of my hand on my windshield, Sandra stayed on the phone with me to make sure I found the shop without trouble. They assessed the damage and determined that my windshield could not take another direct hit. They were kind, professional, and efficient, replacing my windshield and getting us back on the road in about an hour and a half. They were fantastic! I was sure we were about to stay the night in Fayetteville waiting for a windshield but they got me back on the road. Great service from great people!

Really unhappy with the repair. The replacement glass brought within 30 days. The office staff gave me the runaround for over a month. Indicated they didnt warranty there glass. I called numerous times to speak with the owner. He was always out, and never returned my call. Cheap price for a reason.

They did a good job on my truck windshield repair but you can still see the chip in the glass. However it is seal and hasnt spread but I dont like seeing it as I drive.

Sorry service,had a door glass broken out in a place of business overnight.Called Hopemills glass first thing this morning ,said they would replace it with tempered glass and would be there before 4:00 this afternoon.Long story short,they call me at 4:30 said they would have to order the glass and it would probably be Monday before they could get out to fix it. Was nice of them to wait until the end of the day to let me know.Hopemills glass is NOT half the glass company Joe Cox glass was and I will never do any more of my business with them.

I drove up in my fleet vehicle at 4:45 pm I asked them could they help me with my side pannel that crown ford said it would take 3-5 days to re glue the pannel back on hope mills glass company had me out of there by 5pm and charged a reasonable price . To say I was impressed is an understatement ! I would gladly recommend this business to everyone I know thanks again !

Had two screens repaired, one was acceptable the other not, they tried to fix it but it was worse than before, the screen was torn in one corner, the gentleman in office said they were about to go to lunch and to come back. I told him I drove 20 minutes to get here. He changed his story to say they ran out of screen and to come back in the morning. I have not excepted the other screen, lucky the one screen I accepted is for the back of the house, if it was for the front it would have been rejected also.

I asked for a quote almost 2 weeks ago and the only response to a few emails was a request for information I already provided.

Horrible! Do not have glass repairs done here. If they damage your vehicle, they wont repair it. Instead the owner says oh... we didnt do that, we wouldnt cut that. Why would I take responsibility for it? Yep... he actually said that. Owner is an ass and a bully. Take your business elsewhere, save the head ache.
